I very recently came to Seattle with extensions from another salon and originally emailed Danielle before coming because I wanted a fill with silk.

Made an appointment online in Yelp app. Brightly lit and clean. Very light pink paint coloring on walls. Ladies were welcoming and comfirmed appt or walk in. Immediately went to chair. Offered. Complimentary water, drinks and wine.l (refrigerated box) Nice touch. Had a menu and chose Pedicure basic for $40. Cut nails, cuticles , buffed off dead skin... salt scrub up to knees. Requested buff shine instead of polish. Very nice experience. I'm a FaN.

Over the summer, I got a classic gel manicure and gel pedicure here for a special occasion. I was excited to give this place a try as I read the good reviews under new management. I came early morning and was the only customer inside. During my pedicure, my toe was cut and it started bleeding and hurting. I understand accidents can happen and was calm about it. However, I was then surprised that the tech tried to hide the mistake by pouring blue liquid over my toe whenever I looked away and moving on with the rest of the pedicure as if my toe was not bleeding or in pain. It was stinging from the liquid. The tech tried to cover up their mistake so I wouldn't notice but I spoke up multiple times to say that my toe is hurting from the cut and there was silence from both techs who were doing my manicure and pedicure. They continued on without pausing and checking to see how I was doing even after I told them it hurts. I was very uncomfortable throughout the rest of the service. I fully paid for my services $100+ at the end including tip but did not leave satisfied. No discounts were offered and I barely got an apology. My toe was in pain as I walked away and was so scared of it getting infected. I don't think this is acceptable service. There was a lack of accountability, professionalism, and care/comfort for the customer.

I am having my hands…read morephotographed for a project launch at work and wanted them in tip top internet worth shape...so after some research found Eyes on Me. I'm actually so impressed from my visit last night with Jazgul that I've returned today for a pedi. The time and attention spent on each nail, cuticle, spot on my finger blew my mind. It's worth the money. They play gossip girl on the tv, have phone stand/chargers, and the environment is quiet and relaxing. They also have a menu of drinks to choose from. A coworker today said my nails look like AI they're so good.

I'm normally not someone who leaves negative reviews, but I feel like I should share my experience…read moreso other girlys are aware before booking here. I made an online appointment for my bridal nails, selected "regular nail tech" and paid the required $100 deposit. About an hour into the appointment, I became concerned because the tech working on my nails seemed very inexperienced. She repeatedly applied and removed the gel x tips with glue (3 times, I thought my natural nail was going to rip off), over-buffed my nails to the point they became painful, and had to restart multiple times after making mistakes. The nail tech doing another gals nails next to me kept looking over concerned with the situation as well. After 2.5 hours of only working on one hand, I asked why the service was taking so long and was informed that the lady doing my nails was a junior nail tech -- not the regular tech I specifically booked. This was especially frustrating/disappointing since these were my bridal nails and I was on a time crunch. To their credit, the salon did try to make it right by moving me to Elena, who was their top nail tech and did a great job fixing them. However, after spending nearly 4 hours in the salon, I was only given a $20 discount, and my total still came to $160 (before I tipped Elena) which felt incredibly unreasonable & disrespectful given the experience I had. They even charged me $20 for "a design", which was chrome but there was no actual design done.... Just 20 dollars wasted for shiny powder rubbed on my nails. Now, a day later, my nails are throbbing and sore. I've had acrylics and gel nails for years and have never experienced this level of discomfort after an appointment and they didn't even clean behind the nails bed at all before layering down the gel x. For a salon that charges premium prices and promotes itself as one of the best, this was unfortunately one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. I would recommend saving your money and choosing a salon that provides better quality service at a more reasonable price. This is not the place girls!
