I made an online appointment for my bridal nails, selected "regular nail tech" and paid the required $100 deposit. About an hour into the appointment, I became concerned because the tech working on my nails seemed very inexperienced. She repeatedly applied and removed acrylics, over-buffed my nails to the point they became painful, and had to restart multiple times after making mistakes. The nail tech doing another gals nails next to me kept looking over concerned with the situation as well. After 2.5 hours of only working on one hand, I asked why the service was taking so long and was informed that the lady doing my nails was a junior nail tech -- not the regular tech I specifically booked. This was especially frustrating/disappointing since these were my bridal nails and I was on a time crunch. To their credit, the salon did try to make it right by moving me to Elena, who was their top nail tech and did a great job fixing them. However, after spending nearly 4 hours in the salon, I was only given a $20 discount, and my total still came to $160 (before I tipped Elena) which felt incredibly unreasonable & disrespectful given the experience I had. They even charged me $20 for "a design", which was chrome but there was no actual design done.... Just 20 dollars wasted for shiny powder rubbed on my nails. Now, a day later, my nails are throbbing and sore. I've had acrylics and gel nails for years and have never experienced this level of discomfort after an appointment and they didn't even clean behind the nails bed at all before layering down the gel x. For a salon that charges premium prices and promotes itself as one of the best, this was unfortunately one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. I would recommend saving your money and choosing a salon that provides better quality service at a more reasonable price. This is not the place girls!

I will never return. First, the location is strange. It's inside an industrial park that feels unsafe and unwelcoming. There's no restroom inside the suite, so you have to borrow a key and walk outside to a shared community bathroom. That alone should have been a warning sign. Second, nothing about the experience felt clean or professional. The technician didn't cleanse my eye area before starting and didn't even have the right products to do so. I never saw any sanitization happening. There was no autoclave or visible cleaning process for tools, and the blankets and pillow on the table looked reused and unwashed. They also don't use gel pads for lashes, which is the standard in any legitimate lash studio. Instead, they tape your eyes with medical tape--extremely uncomfortable and completely inappropriate for this kind of service. The techs chatted loudly about their personal lives the entire time, and I was poked more than once during the appointment. I left with a poorly done full set that immediately irritated my eyes. Within a few days, my lashes started falling out, and I could tell the glue and extensions were cheap. My lash line became crusty, itchy, and sore. For something that cost over $100, this was an awful experience from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else--ideally a professional lash and brow studio that prioritizes hygiene, uses quality products, and actually knows what they're doing. It should have been a red flag when this place listed every cosmetic service imaginable instead of specializing in one.

My appointments are always so relaxing because she is so gentle, I usually start with a little therapy session and chat then fall asleep! I love the way my lashes look and will keep going back to Anne. The studio itself is lovely with high ceilings, soothing music, and plenty of space between clients. After the appointment, she texted me maintenance tips and recommended a lash shampoo and fan. Because of her attentiveness at adjusting the length and fullness at every appointment depending on the state of my lashes, as well my adherence to her maintenance guidance, I only need to get my lashes filled every 3 weeks. Not only is she an incredible aesthetician, but she is also an absolutely lovely human with a heart of gold.
