I was blown away by her technical knowledge and craft during my first appointment: Anne walked me through the process and explained in great detail what she was doing at every step. After the appointment, she texted me maintenance tips and recommended a lash shampoo and fan. I was interested in getting partial lash extensions. I didn't even know that was a thing. But I wanted to see how they'd go. I have had my lashes done elsewhere and I always feel like I have giant fuzzy caterpillars on my eyes, I have small eyes and every lash tech feels the need to bombard my eyes with a bunch of lashes. I usually don't like them right after, but more like a week or two after, when they have shed a little. So, hence the partial. They're ok. It took just as long as getting a full classic set. And it cost the same as a fill for a full set. The website is not clear on pricing. And there's no one to verify or talk to about appointments or pricing. I showed up at my appointment about 10 mins early and waited outside in the rain, bc the door was locked. No one answered the phone and finally a tech opened the door for me. My appointment started 10 minutes late, and I was supposed to fill out a waiver but couldn't bc the internet was down. Kinda shady. My lash tech was kind. I felt like she might have been new to the biz, or maybe I'm just used to my old lash girl. I wanted to like this spot bc it's close to home, but, eh, I feel like I can apply my own lashes, for way less. read more

I recently started getting my nails done with Charli and she's so great. My nails always look perfect! They also last 3 weeks! I've switched over to colored acrylic, instead of Shellac because it lasts so much longer and looks the same. I believe it might be slightly more expensive, than shellac but because you can go 3 weeks it definitely balances out. I'm new to lag extensions and Lash was recommended to me by a neighbor-friend. Tavia is the only lash artist I've had, but she's great and I'd be sad to have to switch if I was unable to see her! My lashes (moderately full, synthetic) look great and hold up well. I could go every 2 weeks, but they do hold up for 3 weeks! The salon is large, set up nicely, and it feels comfy and inviting. The beds are well cushioned and they'll provide bolsters for under your knees if you have back issues. Mornings an be a bit chilly in the mornings, so I'll wear warmer clothes for future morning appointments. No reasons for me to go elsewhere! read more

I'm giving 3 stars because my lash tech was very kind and the space was well decorated and clean. I would leave 1 star about the lack of communication of the salon's abilities to perform services that are advertised and available for booking. I booked for a full-set of Volume lashes 1 month in advance of my vacation & was informed on the day of my appointment that they are typically a "Classic Lash only" salon that uses pre-made lash fans, not handmade & that they would not be able to achieve the volume set look I had booked for. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because I was 2 days away from departing on vacation & she told me she would do her best. After finishing I was clearly disappointed and was told with my next fill we could achieve "more" volume. I got $10 off my service because she knew I didn't like them & the lashes all fell off 3 days into my vacation. I also did not receive 100% coverage in my appointment, I had several gaps of healthy lashes that I tried to fix myself but anyone who does lashes knows that it's virtually impossible to lash yourself due to the fumes from the glue. I paid over $200 for my full-set + tip even with the 'discount' and was very surprised to receive a direct text referring me to an entirely different (more expensive) lash salon. Unfortunately I will not be returning, but hopefully the business owner can be made aware that over charging and referring customers elsewhere after they have already paid $200+ with unsatisfactory results is unprofessional. I could have demanded a refund but I simply cancelled my fill and will be starting over with a different salon. read more

Really bummed to write this review as the actual appointment for a classic fill here went smoothly and I didn't experience any pain or issues in the weeks following. However.. I went to another salon today (2.5 weeks after my appointment here) to get a fill. The lash artist asked me why my lash retention was so good- she took a look through my lashes and said it was because the previous lash artist used way too much glue in some areas, wrapping/curling my natural lash around the synthetic lash, also sometimes gluing the synthetic lash to my eyelid instead of my eyelash. She took photos as I was in disbelief initially, but she was definitely right- in some places my natural lash was intertwined with the synthetic lash instead of having the synthetic lash rest on top of my natural lash. In the end, I had to remove everything and get a new full set. I thought the lash work done here was great initially but unfortunately I feel like I have to at least give a heads up to other customers. For reference, I received the fill from Madison, so I can't speak about any other lash artists here. read more

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and emailed them with my questions and appointment request details. I got a a nice apology and was asked directed me to text them, so I started all over again. I then texted my request; they answered ~6 hrs later offering a time that isn't close to what I requested and offered to put me on the cancel list. I offered my flexibility then they offered 2 times. They put triples, if that's the correct term, even though my natural lashes are uber pale and not that long and bling's not my thing. First off I would like to announce this is my second time I have had to rewrite a review because April (the owner) will immediately remove negative reviews so she can have a false representation of her business. She only keeps reviews from her friends and good experiences to trick people into thinking her establishment is a great place to go. NOT THE CASE! Because April keeps trying to silence my voice out of fear of being exposed of her wrongful behavior I am rewriting my review out of pure principal. April runs this place like a sorority. She is extremely catty and bullies people god forbid someone complains about poor service. It all started when I was unhappy with the outcome of my lashes. There were gaps and the lashes were very unbalanced, mostly placed in the center of my eye. I paid for a 90 min session and it looked like I had nothing to show for. When I came to April expressing my concerns, she was very argumentative and rude. Rather than fixing the lashes and rectifying the situation and making it right, she said she will only fix them if i make a double payment. Because I declined, she told me not to come back and that she didn't want people like me coming to her salon. I can't believe how mean, uncaring she got just because I expressed that the job needed to be corrected. April is incompetent when it comes to customer satisfaction and running an ethical business. I've been getting lash extensions for about a year now and have tried about four different places around town. I recently discovered this place a couple months ago and is my most favorite . I've only seen Kaly and Holly so far...they both do an amazing job! Everyone here is super nice and also fun to chat with (they seem to be okay with sharing clients) Also compared to other places the price is a good deal since a fill is an hour and a half at only $65 (other places usually only an hour) the lashes have been looking pretty full and have been lasting about 3 weeks (other places have only lasted 2 weeks). The space is also cool, the loft is sectioned off into private spaces so you get to have privacy and the decor is pretty and fluffy, the bed you lay on is soft... makes me happy, helps me relax.. They also have a few smell good products I haven't tried yet, but am getting curious. Highly recommended! read more
