I was a loyal customer of adorn beauty for about 2 years between 2021 to 2023. For that time, I only went to Kylie for lash extensions. She was great. In 2025, I wanted to get my eyebrows laminated for the first time. Since I trust the business and the people who work there, I thought I would give adorn beauty a chance. However, the person that did my brows was unexperienced and new. When I told her my eyebrows stung, she said it was normal. Little did I know when I got back home that my eyebrows had completely scabbed over and I lost significant hair in my eyebrows. As you can see, I wrote an email asking for a refund for the poor service. No response from adorn beauty. I booked an appointment for lash extension and brow wax with Anna after seeing how great my girl friend's lashes were! It was super easy to book with her via the Vagaro website. I didn't receive a reminder link from Vagaro prior to my appointment so Anna was super kind to reach out to me for a direct reminder and confirmation of appointment which I really appreciated. There is a free covered parking garage on Horton street behind the building which was easy and convenient to find. Anna's shop was clean with nice lighting and great music. She made sure that I was comfortable before going ahead with the lash extension process. This was my first time getting lash extensions so I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. The whole two hours felt like it went by so fast because we talked about everything from relationships, to food, to korean dramas lol! Anna was super easy to converse with and made sure I was comfortable throughout the application process. I let her know that I'd need it to last throughout my wedding and honeymoon and she assured me she uses a strong gel. Anna seemed very knowledgeable and provided great insights into the world of lash extensions! She also waxed my brows for me and created the shape I've always wanted. My eyebrows are naturally on the thicker, "bushier" side, so I appreciated her working with me to create the best brows for my face shape. I've been getting my eye lash extensions done with Anna the last couple of months and honestly can't find a single thing to complain about. I get volume lashes and even at 2 weeks, my lashes always look so full! I get compliments on my lashes even when they're not at their best. Anna is very thorough with her work and even creates her own volume fans as she goes during my appointments with her. My appointments last between 1hr and 15 mins to 1hr and 30mins and although that seems like a long time, my appointments always go by fast because of how personable Anna is! Anna makes me feel extremely comfortable and at ease during my appointments. Sometimes I get really impatient and super fidgety during lash appointments, but with her I am always relaxed. The location of her studio is really convenient as it is literally off i5 and next to the West Seattle Bridge. Parking here is plentiful. Scheduling appointments is easy through the Vagaro app and you can check her schedule months in advance. I recommend booking with Anna at least two weeks in advance. Her pricing is affordable and on par with the plethora of lash techs in the Seattle area. What sets Anna apart from the rest is her work, friendliness, and her eagerness to please her clients. Adorn Beauty is the cutest little hidden gem in Seattle! I've seen Anna at Adorn twice now. Once for a Volume Lash Set and another for a fill. I initially wanted lashes done because I wanted beautiful lashes for my engagement photoshoot recently, without the pain of falsies popping off. My lashes were so long and luscious without looking like Snuffy from Sesame Street lol. Anna really delivered! LOCATION: The actual studio space is VERY modern, cute, and clean. There is also a LOT of free parking available and the location was easy to find. +++ LASHES: I've gotten both a Volume Lash Set and a lash fill, both experiences positive! My initial set lasted for almost a full month. I am someone that rubs my eyes constantly and I wasn't too careful with water contact around the eyes. I would say about 60% of my lashes held up after a month's time, which is AMAZING! My lash fill was great too. I decided for a less voluminous look for the fill and it was perfect for that "natural every day" look. I wear glasses almost daily so I recommend going with a classic set if you wear glasses too, unless you need the volumes for photos or some other special occasion. EXPERIENCE: Anna makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions. My lashes felt properly handled each time. I've had a few services done here by Anna: lash extensions, waxing, and a lash lift. Everything done here was amazing! I had extensions twice and never committed to fills because I'm not entirely convinced extensions are for me. I rub my eyes way too much and wear safety glasses at school so they always bother me. Also extensions give me crusty eyes in the morning so I think I'm allergic? I've been told to take antihistamines but I just don't want to lol. But whenever I go on a travel trip, I think they're totally worth it. Anna is my go to girl! Even a month into extensions, without fills, I would still get compliments from my classmates and patients because my lashes still look good! I think that goes to say how well the lashes hold up if you take good care of them. I usually wax myself at home but I love it here. Anna goes between hard and soft wax depending on your needs. I loved the hard wax! No skin tears or pulls plus the removal is so clean!! They add chamomile essential oil to their baby oil for a nice, relaxing smell. Lastly, I had a lash lift done recently and fell in LOVE!! I definitely think this is the lash service for me considering my lashes aren't too short or sparse. I don't wake up with crusty eyes like I did with extensions. The curl is absolutely flawless an makes my mascara looks 10x better than when I don't have lash lifts. The treatment is quick and painless. I'm pretty sure at one point I even fell asleep because it was really comfortable. Adorn is a suite located in a building off airport way. It's kind of secluded but very accessible with FREE PARKING! That's a plus. The space is small but quaint with an industrial and feminine charm. Wonderful natural light beams inside. Anna does a great job she uses quality products and to be honest I could go a full month without a fill but I do what is recommended as I am a germaphobe. People are constantly complimenting my lashes even when I am due for a fill. I opted for the classic and DD curl because I wear glasses and the lashes don't bug me at all. I am not careful with my lashes I rub them and wash my face as usual. I noticed with my previous lashes from another lash bar they would fall off all the time more than the normal shedding.
