I found Tammy through Groupon. I needed a wax for a vacation where I needed less hair in um, certain areas. I have done these before but never by sugaring. Talk about a game changer. It actually gets the hair by the follicle. Regular waxing leaves the root, which is the exact opposite of what I thought. However, I would get a ton a of ingrown hairs with regular waxing, even if I did good exfoliation before and after. With sugaring I feel fresh as a new born baby. It even hurts less in the process. I decided to have her do my legs, so I didn't have to shave on vacation either. We hit it off right from the start. She was super talkative and we had a lot in common. She has lots of years experience and even started curling eyelashes lately. I have been back a 2nd time and plan on returning again and again. The grow back of the hair is even soft instead of prickly. This is due to the hair actually starting from a new follicle. Plus no ingrown's at all. Rude! I was so looking forward to getting a massage on my day off. I'm a single mom with 2 young boys and deserved one! I Wore my mask, showed up at my appointment time and found her "office". She Literally opened the door and yelled at me for coming back there even though there was no one up front and NO instructions on doing otherwise. She yelled "how did you get back here?!?" told me to go back up front or cancel and I gladly did (cancel). Like I want a relaxing massage from some nasty angry person ?!?! Very nice woman, terrible eyelash extensions. I have been having my lashes done at Kara in Edmonds and a place in Lynwood - and have them done about every 4 weeks - always a great experience. Kara was not available today and I decided to try this place. 2 hours and terrible result - eyelashes going in all different directions and with random lengths all over my eye. It could be missed easily. I like booking my appointments online, and I am happy to choose my appointment time from lot wide open availability time, including weekend options. Tammy is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Unprofessional and rude massage therapist. What should have been a relaxing peaceful experience left me shaking. I walked in to get my massage and was treated very rudely. It was 5 minutes before my massage and there were things strewn all over the massage bed. Breakfast sausage etc. I was rudely told to fill out paperwork that was tossed across the bed at me. I asked if this was a bad time and then was rudely told that she still had time before my massage. And if I wanted to come in I could. I reminded her that I am a customer and was there for a relaxing massage experience and that this wasn't it. She then told me that I should leave and closed the door in my face. !!!! Had a 90 min massage in March and was super impressed. I am a triathlete(older woman) with injuries and super picky about my deep tissue massages. My regular therapist was on a months vacation and I decided to give someone new a try. I didn't want to do this publicly but Groupon refuses to refund my money, and I did not receive what I paid for. I had a 1:30 appt. The massage provider messed up my appt and didn't show up until 2:00. I called her cell several times over the half hour I was waiting with no response. Because she was late she only gave me a 40 min massage instead of a 60 minute that I paid for. She offered to give me another massage at a later date but I will not be back. Although she was nice, it was NOT a typical massage. She had loud top 40 music blasting, she never turned down the lights so it was very bright, her incoming emails kept pinging, and at one point her cell phone rang. It was not the amount of time I paid for, not relaxing at all, and extremely unprofessional. Bought a Groupon and not able to make an appointment before the expiration date, 9 days out. Tammy told me that she could not honor an expired coupon even though I called before it expired. Said that I had plenty of time to call and schedule and that I should contact Groupon to get my money back, because she would not honor it after the expiration date. This is in contradiction with Groupon policy, as well as my previous experience with other merchants. Very disappointed and I did reach out to Groupon and expect my money back. The day before the massage I called to make sure the time I had written down was correct and she said she had no record of my appointment and had nothing until a month out. I said I would need to call back once I had my calendar in front of me. Once i was home I gave T3 Beauty Boutique a call back and left a voicemail. BUT I never heard back. I had a 1 hour massage it was heavenly. I have major tension issues so I get massages frequently. I gave this new place a try and I'm so happy I did. Tammy is really strong but gentle and intuitive too. She was able to work out all of my knots, and even showed me some helpful stretches afterward. I'm going to send my husband to her because his back is very tense and tough to work out. Her hours are great too, I was able to get an evening appointment the day after I inquired. Three days after the massage I was still feeling loose and relaxed. I really recommend her and I will be going back. read more

First of all, give yourself enough time to find the place because it is not easy to locate. That's not my beef. I paid for a 90 minute massage. I checked the time when the therapist left the room for me to get ready. I looked at the time when we were done and my 90 minute session lasted 65 minutes. When I called her on it, she tried to defend the time, but I told her that I timed it. She said, "Have a nice day" and closed the door of her studio behind her. I have had many massages in my life due to chronic muscle tightness from years of ballet and the massage from Tammy was one of the best I've ever had! She used the perfect amount of pressure for me and checked in with me occasionally to make sure that the pressure was good. Found T3 through Groupon and I highly recommend Tammy's massages, especially for those who are athletic or have injuries. She mentioned that lots of her patients are Iron Man athletes so if her massage is good enough for them, then it's certainly good enough for me too :) read more
