I began them one week post-surgery with my drains still in. Myeisha took the best care in working with those. I continued my sessions (2 a week when possible). I had my 6-week post-op appointment, and my surgeon said that I am cleared. He said that the massages I had were extremely helpful. Let me add that finding a person who does Lymphatic massage is difficult in the area. Myeisha is a GEM! The spa is clean, and the entire staff is so pleasant. I will be continuing to visit there, but now I get to go for the fun stuff!

I love that I'm conveniently able to self schedule my appointments on the Gloss Genius app. Be sure to take an ibuprofen or two within an hour of your appointment.  I take two every time and it helps a lot even if I have sensitive skin.  The smooth end result is always really worth the hard work & pain! You also get a free touch up a week after your first visit & a complimentary pair of exfoliating gloves to take home. It's painful, but stick with it. Before you know it, you'll be braving your waxes more easily and looking forward to them! :)

As a woman, I find it troubling to see a company promote services that suggest we need to alter our appearance to be enough. This shift feels less about care and more about capitalizing on insecurity. I can no longer support a business that profits from messaging I believe is harmful to women. I hope they reconsider the direction they've taken.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be very disappointing. If you're considering using a Groupon here, be aware they don't seem to respect it or treat those customers with the same level of professionalism. The communication was very unclear. I was texting with someone (unsure of who) who kept rescheduling my appointment three times, all at the last minute. Each time, I rearranged my schedule only to be canceled on again. It felt like they simply didn't value my time. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and disrespectful. It honestly came across like they don't want new clients or care to offer the service they promote. I'm very disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a thoughtful birthday treat. I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future. Until then, I can't recommend this place especially if you're coming in with a Groupon.

They didn't give me my $ back! She is A FRAUD! Be very careful. I am just giving a huge word of caution. Groupon Never issued me a refund because the owner says "I redeemed it!"
