She was so easy to talk to and made me feel right at home. The bonus was she had a pretty good music selection playing while she did my lashes. She was gentle and precise and it shows in her work. Requested an appointment for today at 11AM (10/05) the pervious morning around 9AM, I did not receive a confirmation for the appointment. The spa opened at 9AM the next day, I called at 9:30 to see if the appointment was overlooked, left a voicemail as nobody answered. Waited for half an hour with no response before texting the same number I had left a voicemail with asking about the time slot I had requested and if I needed to rebook it, the only response I got was "yes". It took up almost until half an hour before my requested appointment slot for it to actually be booked/confirmed. After all the trouble of getting an appointment booked, you can't really tell my lashes were lifted. They are predominantly straight, slightly curling in random areas after the lift. Comparing the photos I took after my appointment in 2019 to what I received today, I will not be returning.

The only negative about this is she got my name wrong in it. I was a little confused when I arrived- she has a small room inside the hair salon. Anyways, the appointment went well. She showed me the types of lashes she offered and the different application styles. She was very efficient and sweet. I had to ask for a neck pillow, and she put a rolled up towel under, which did the trick- I'm not sure how people can lay there for almost 2 hours without one! I later got a text to say if I'm not there in 11 minutes I should not come. I called and she said the same thing even though I explained the reason but was still turned down even though she had 4 hours until close. I was devastated that I wouldn't be able to get my lashes done for my vacation the next day. Called several places but they all said by appointment only( I think because of the time) so I went in a plaza in woodinville to get some food, saw a sign that says eyelash extension and walked in. Spoke with the lady who said they were closed and if I could come back the next day. I told her why I wouldn't be able to reschedule (same reason I gave Lucia) and she asked if I could wait 20 minutes, 20 minutes turned into an hour which was ok. She closed her business place but I was able to get my lashes done and my eyebrow wax and was out by 9. I gave a 1 star because Lucia business place is at her house and she closes at 8. Yet this lady closes at 7 yet she was still able to help. I understand time is money but that wasn't cool. Obviously Lucia don't need customers
