Once she started offering Microblading (semi-permanent eyebrow pigment/tattoo) we decided this treatment would be perfect for me, as my brows are very light in color and I have to shade them in daily. I spent approximately $130 a month on services just through her and felt myself a loyal customer when about a month ago she stopped returning my phone calls, text messages and any other contact I tried. On top of all else, she brings her dog and/or daughter to most of her appointments, which seemed almost endearing- until I realized she really just runs her business poorly. I was pleased to see they had a Groupon too! Katrina listened to what I wanted and the lash bed I was laying on was so comfy I didn't even realize I'd been there for almost 2 hours! The coolest thing about Katrina is that she went with my vibe (I'd been at work all day) and didn't engage me in conversation the whole time. She just let me relax and did her thing. She was gentle and kind. Just what I needed today! I will post an update in two weeks when I come in for a fill but I suspect they will hold up if I do what she told me. I've been back for a fill and will post another photo of my lashes 2 weeks later. Still looking good! I'm going back in today for another fill and could probably even wait 3 weeks as my lashes are still holding up well but I love how they look right after so I will keep going ever 2 weeks as suggested.
