Upon arrival, I was given a numbing topical cream and showed Donna pictures of the shape/style that I wanted. We started sketching, and she took over 30 mins to perfect the shape. After weeks, I decided I wanted a bolder brow (for my fuller makeup days) and she was able to deliver beautiful defined brows.
