I originally found this place on yelp, it is close to home... However I think I need to find a different nail salon! They do not take walk-ins, must have appointment! But if they don't turn the phones on, there's nobody to answer, to make the appointment! I did not know they were appointment only, I walked in and got dirty looks from staff SMH! I got a basic pedicure, which is actually NOT what I wanted. I wanted to upgrade! However my tech did not speak English nor did she take time to ask! The service itself was OK, very fast, in and out in 45 minutes or so. Massage not included! Also, the polish lasted less than two weeks! They do not clean the lotions and oils off of your nails... so after 10 days I noticed chipping! Oh and they offered me drink service. But after I put in my order, they told me it was only for hour long services and only one per customer. Doesn't seem worth the effort! One star service, gets a one star review - Do better!! A few positives though, they put quite a bit of time and money into the design of the salon. Overall, they are friendly. But that does not negate everything said above! TBH, it's worth driving 20 minutes to my old nail salon (with 5 star reviews). read more

He was super nice and chatted with me while we were there, which is great because the experience was more personal than other places I have been to in the area. My daughter got her nails painted by another gentleman while I was getting mine done and he was really nice to her and joked around with her, and even repainted a nail she had messed up before they were done drying, and she didn't even notice she had, he did. Pedicure was good. Acrylic set was bad. Check in process was bad. My nails are different lengths, most noticeably my ring finger nail is super long and my pointer & middle finger are way shorter. Both my thumb nails were not shaped correctly. The gal doing my nails wasn't super friendly and was rough with my nails/fingers and was unpleasant experience. Unfortunately didn't notice until next day and don't want to go back. The pedicure was good, I did enjoy that. Overall won't be going back. Pricey for the service/quality provided. Getting my nails done is something I don't do regularly and go to have a nice relaxing experience which this was not. read more

I had an okay experience, my tech was nice but the quality of service lacked. I booked online for a deluxe mani/pedi with Cindy. I don't believe I had Cindy as my tech since the tool caddy she was using had a different name. I came in on a Wednesday and by Friday my gel polish on my fingernails was lifting and chipping off and by Saturday they were all peeled off. That's pretty annoying and disappointing since it's a $15 upcharge for gel. The pedicure was okay, but she missed painting my little toe nail. Then my tech did my manicure in the pedicure chair. Usually no big deal but she did my right hand on my left side so I had to reach across for her to do my nails, which was pretty uncomfortable on my shoulder. For $80+ I guess I expected a more relaxing experience and better quality nails but I feel like that's not what I received. read more

Went to get my nails repainted since it looked like I dipped my nails in white paint. Was told it would be a no charge fix, I didn't mind paying for the paint but originally I paid extra to get the "French tips". Ended up paying $15 for them drill off the white and put on new color. No cuticle oil, and edges of the paint could have been cleaned up and made sure all sides had paint. Great manager! I wish I could have been with a different nail tech though since when I asked him to clean up a few spots he was getting agitated. I don't think necessarily towards me since there was a client that he was appointed to do her toes/nails, that was waiting. so the first time i came in here i LOVED their work my nails were stunning, so i decided to come back here to get my nails done before my big trip. i had came early into my appointment so i could take my time on deciding what i had wanted, shortly after the tech came up to me rushing me telling me "we don't have all day" after another few minutes past she snatched the colors i was looking at and took me by my hand back to her station when i was 15 minutes EARLY. next i chose a really cool cat eye and it's like bright colors and she puts it on and it turns out black so i'm sorry but i asked if we could change it just to white (keep in mind the nails were not the length nor shape they were intended to be AND every nail was a different shape). so she slams the nail paint down and grunts i can not make this up did i forget to mention that when the dust would get in my hand she would slap it away, i get like brushing it off with your hand BUT SLAPPING IT?? finally after what feels like a million years we're done and ended up paying $45 before tip i pulled it out and there she goes again snatching it right out from my hands overall not a good experience from her specifically. oh and they came off in 5 days read more

I went in for dip powder.The staff was nice. Nails seemed great but within days the edges of the powder was chipping off. My nails became frayed and are breaking left and right. I'm disappointed to have spent $45 on nails that not only didn't last but have torn my natural nails up. Definitely won't be back. Edit: I did go back in after Diva responded. Here is what I loved - 1. I was able to get an appointment the same day and was seated right away. 2. They really are trying to keep everyone safe with their cleanliness and extra precautions. Temperature check, sanitizer before sitting and shields to protect contact. 3. They are an incredible selection of colors! This is rare! What I didn't enjoy - 1. The women who had to do my husbands pedicure clearly was not happy that she was chosen to give the big guy a foot rub. I get it. But that made the entire visit VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. 2. The lady cut 7 out of 10 fingers. One of my fingers was cut so bad she had to super glue it just to stop the bleeding. I went in for pink and white acrylics and they looked so awful. The white is a straight line across my nail instead of the moon shape. And even asking her for less white, the majority of the acrylic is white. Went back and Yen fixed them. Horrible experience, less than professional service. Not only was the technician unable to complete a proper pedicure but when asked if she would be able to do my hand nails with the ombré design she insisted on trying. She kept asking other technicians for assistance and was struggling so I eventually asked if she knew the technique and would be able to do my nails, she said no so I said it was fine to just not do my hand nails. She insisted on doing one nail to see if she could do it and let me decide but was unable to do it, when I asked her to to stop she got upset and had other coworkers address me and try to intimidate me into letting her do my nails. When I refused they unpainted my toe nails and threatened to call the police, they stated that I wasted their time even though I made multiple attempts to as nicely as possible refuse service for my hands based on the lack of experience and the poor job done on my toes. I was baffled that they would threaten to call the police but told them they could since I had done nothing wrong, after all was said and done they removed the polish from my toe nails, did not do my nails, scared me and treated me. They lack customer service, basic knowledge, and respect for others including paying customers. I will never be returning to this establishment and recommend others stay away or risk being put through the humiliating and unnecessary treatment they provided when a simple request was made. read more

I was there three times. First time I got full set. I asked for a fall color, was told that color was out and made to take Christmas red. Not given a choice. Henry is lazy. Two nails broke immediately after. Second time was Connie. She's fabulous. Good manicure. Boss lady does great nail art. I was happy. But thumb shellac just lifted up and ca.e off first week. Henry gave me my first acrylics ever and they are beautiful. He used "mood changing" shellac that I admit I gave him a hard time about. But it's so cool! It's heat sensitive so the warmer the nail is, the clearer the polish. The cooler, the darker the polish so it's natural ombré. Sometimes they're completely clear or completely dark. This place appears to be a nice clean salon, but the service and their work hardly deserves 1 star. The lady giving me a fill kept "slapping" my fingers away from the one she was working on. She was barely friendly, maybe asked me two questions the entire hour. The fill did not even cover my nails completely and the polish had holes. The employees were all so nice and conversational, and they even did my nails and toes at the same time so it took half the time that it usually does. I was not excited to go based on the reviews but it wasn't bad. All nails matched except for right pointer finger but if I would have noticed and spoke up it probably would have been fixed. The color was quite different from what I chose BUT it was the color I was wanting so was happy when it was lighter. Its not the greatest gel polish cause it's a little patchy at the root of my nail on some of my nails but not too noticeable. read more

Was a little apprehensive considering all of the bad reviews with the old manager. However, I was unbelievably pleasantly surprised by how absolutely WONDERFUL they did! Great price, friendly service, and amazing job! My nails haven't been done this well in a LONG time. She took her time, listened to my requests and even made suggestions. She repaired a few broken and lifted nails, shaped them SO naturally and thin! I can't say enough great things! I will definitely be back to see them! I recommend a technician named Yen.
