Called Friday to schedule an appointment for first thing when they opened on Saturday. Couldn't decide if I had wanted to have my acrylics taken off or get a fill. Decided since my set was still in good condition, I got a fill. Kim (I believe? Not sure, sorry!) did a great job. She was really attentive, always asking me if the shape/length was what I wanted. For color, I went for a milky white. Decided last minute to have a design I had seen which was the completely opposite of what we decided to do. Told her I wanted something simple but fun. She even asked me what colors I wanted and this is what we came up with. It's simple enough for casual days yet can still be dressed up if need be. Told her I'll be back to see her. Im not one to write reviews, but it can be so hard to find a nail salon, I just want to share for anyone looking! I walked in for a shellac manicure, felt like I was intruding a bit, but they said they had time. Maybe that was just the atmosphere. I was handed two rings of swatches of colors to choose from. Tried to choose, but definitely felt rushed. I said I wanted a red and he said he had red and took the rings from me. The manicure process was super rushed. He didn't wipe my nails off after buffing them, which I thought was weird, he just went straight to the base coat. He picked out two reds and showed them to me. The rest of the manicure was super rushed and there was quite a gap between the color and my cuticle, but I respect peoples time and effort so I left a good tip. I didn't think much about my experience again, until my pointer nail on my left hand chipped less than 24 hours after I left. The rest of the nails felt pretty soft, but I just dealt with it. A week on and all my nails look like this. I'm a SAHM, so I'm not hard on my nails. read more

Definitely would go here! Got all these beautiful nails done, Acrylic dip powder! Very clean in store. Best nail salon I've been to so far. Yet, no nail salon is perfect. So... The down; -got pink dip nails that left my skin stained around nails -got pedicure done and after a few days started chipping (this has happened both times I've got pedicures here) -overcharged me (they wanted $80 for a pedicure and acrylic nails- they charged my mom $30 for her toes so that would have meant my nails were $50!! I also went last week with everything with Covid-19 happening. They require face masks. You sign into an iPad as you enter and fill out some quick questions and info. They have a plastic glass between all the nail salon tables and pedicure area. The employees all wore masks. Hand sanitizer was at the front if needed. Nice and cool in the building so we weren't all suffering from heat. read more

Extremely disappointed that the quality of this nail salon has gone down so quickly in the past year. The only time you can get a decent job done is if no one is in there which is quite rare. Rather than take their time, they rush you through to get to the next person instead of just asking people to come back later. This time around asked for a pedi and shellac mani as the one I got here two weeks ago came off after a week. The polish used to last over three weeks so that alone makes me wonder what's going on. Pedicure was okay but when I went to put my sandals back on noticed a black line across my toenail. Rather than getting pink to cover she just added some top coat, what a fix! Also enjoy the color on my skin every time. Gets worse with the manicure which was probably the fasted I've ever had. Actually, it wasn't even a full manicure, only a "color change" but still got charged the same $53 I do every time...guess I cheated myself? I have gotten French maybe once a year and now I remember why...it doesn't always turn out so great. Requested the white be thinned out but never really got there and have white all over my skin anyway which looks wonderful. The women in here are nice and I know they have a job to do but it sucks to pay for a service and be let down. After spending probably a couple thousand dollars here since it opened the convenience of the location is no longer worth it. I hope things improve! read more

Sadly upset about today... Got to the salon at 9:55 am (5 minutes prior to opening) with no one else waiting in line As soon as door opened at 10 am, there was a sudden rush of literally 10 people. Less than half had appointments and the rest were walk ins, like myself. This WAS my favorite nail salon, until today. I got one of the worst manicures I ever had! It just before my sister's wedding and no time to redo this. I asked for simple almond shape. Ok, this indeed is my new go to nail salon. I felt so pampered when I went in two weeks, I received probably the best spa manicure with shellac and spa pedicure that I have ever had. They got busy while we were in there but never once did they rush us or they're work. The salon has a great atmosphere with smiling and friendly staff. I almost wish it was time for another pedi because I am already wanting to go back. They're prices are great and they're work supersedes excellence!! Went in today for another manicure as my nails had grown out a little, although my shellac still looked great!! As far as nail salons go, this is pretty standard. They accept walk-ins and appointments, though it doesn't really matter which one you are, as you'll wait regardless. I had a 10 appointment and arrived at 9:50. As soon as the doors opened, I was sent for my pedicure first. Three other women came in (with appointments) and then two more (without). There were only 3 employees at the time, so I don't know how they booked 4 customers at 10:00. As soon as I got finished with my pedicure, I had to wait for someone to become available for a refill and sat in chairs for another 15 min. I left around noon that day. What made up for it is my tech, Harry, did an amazing job. I was a walk-in last week and got right in after work at 5:00. My nails got trimmed shorter than I wanted and aren't perfect, but this is a typical nail salon on par with those expectations. Note: if you have AT&at service, you will get NO reception in the building. My tech even acknowledged this. They do not have WiFi for customers, so I learned to bring my earbuds or a magazine. TL;DR They are courteous, clean, and open later than normal salons. But the wait times kinda suck. read more

Highly critical of nail salons as I'm from a big city and I find that when you move further away from metropolitan areas, the quality of nail salons decreases (because there's less competition I guess, I don't know). Used to love this place, I can't say the same anymore. I walked in for my scheduled appointment and it seemed like they had forgot and were not prepared. Once I picked my colors and asked if they could do a certain design, they talked to eachother and decided the price would be $62 for an acrylic mani with a design on 6 of my nails. I only ended up getting a design on 4 nails, and was still charged $62. The nails look great, but they cut me several times to the point where I was bleeding and in a lot of pain. I have never written a bad review so trust me when I say to stay away from this place! My husband and I went in for pedicures this afternoon with an appointment and the lady that "worked" on my husband spent all of 5 minutes washing his feet, and clipping 3 toenails. I was shocked when he was done in just a few minutes. He told me he would just pay and not leave a tip and never come back. When he went to pay the lady tried to force him to give a tip, when he said no thank you she sneered at him and went complaining to her colleagues about it. I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years now. Went in today and received awful service for maybe the 4th and last time in 6 years. This was by far the worst. The woman who did my pedicure cut my toes extremely bad. To the point my sandal was filling with blood. My nails look terrible. I could cry because I'm going to a event and I feel like my nails look uneven and not what I asked for. I specifically asked for something in particular and my nail tech didn't do what I asked. If I knew he was unable I would of asked for something different. He just assumed I'd settle in which I have to now. 100 dollars later and I feel so disappointed. Tempted to just pay to get them fixed elsewhere. The moment customers started coming in they started to rush their services. Terrible and never going back. This place has only been open for a week today. It's a very nice nail salon. I love the decor! It's super nice! The place is very clean and welcoming. All the ladies working there today seemed very friendly. Jay did my nails. She did a great job. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because my ring finger nails are slightly crooked and the thickness of the acrylic isn't 100% uniform, however I am still really happy with the overall look and quality. I appreciate that she was willing to make them as short as I wanted and that they are thin, making them more natural looking. I've had many experiences (not at this place) where they make my nails too thick and they look awkward and like bulbous looking from the side view. Not good!
