I appreciate the cleanliness and friendly staff here. I came in for a pedicure at 40wks pregnant. They got my friend and me in right away for a scheduled appointment. I came home disappointed to find the nail polish on my toes is transparent in several areas, thick brushstrokes made the paint uneven on the nail and there was paint around the nails. There is a 10% charge if you use card. I've never heard of such a high charge. What was planned to be a relaxing evening, turned into an evening of me removing their paint job to repaint my nails on my own so I don't have to go into the hospital looking like this. Stay far away!! Terrible experience! Ruined my 11 year old daughters nails she had been growing out they were long, filed them so short they hurt. Painful pedicure they tried charging $70 for, my other daughters nails were uneven and the design she wanted looked terrible and it was simple! Another lady about had her nail ripped off and was literally in tears from the pain! 2.5 hours here and they never got to my nails. I made an appointment somewhere else. I asked if they could fix my daughters nails, they asked if she did them herself!! That's how awful they look. I even asked if they knew had to make a Mickey Mouse head otherwise just dont....one big circle 2 small no detail...Completely trash! Almost $200 just thrown out the window. I'm really sad. Yesterday I went here to get my nails done because I needed a fill and this is my normal place. The ladies switched off which is kinda weird to me. My nails look like a 2 year old did them. First off, my nail polish has already lifted and peeled off (picture attached) and 2nd, all of my nails have bumps in them. This is especially stressful considering I leave for vacation tomorrow. I used to come to this place and left because of the way they did my nails. I had the worst nail experience of my life today. I came to get a manicure and pedicure for my graduation and it turned into a complete blood bath. Both of my ring fingers were very deeply cut and bled for two hours! It was so painful and gory. They kept putting alcohol in it which was excruciating. They are already both infected and now will look terrible for my graduation pictures tomorrow. I've been going here for over a year and I am a frequent customer and they treated me horribly. Hi, I have only been to CT NAiL 3 times. Right from the beginning I knew that they were good, just not how good. I recently spent 2 weeks in the hospital. Unexpected emergency. I had my nails done. Mani and Pedi probably 10 days before. I got so many compliments on my finger nails. It looked like I had a french manicure with red instead of pink. Kind of funny but so nice. It looked so fresh. I will never go back here. I've had acrylic nails for over 3 years and this was the worst manicure I have ever had. The nail tech barely put enough acrylic on top of the nail form, so it was impossible to achieve the curved shape I like. I work in an environment where it would be easy to break my nails, so I voiced my concern that these would easily break without some extra support. She did not take the time to go back and add more, instead saying she would do it the next time I came in. The thin nails were also difficult to shape. Instead of being arched, they are very flat. She began shaping my nails before asking what I liked. The end result is flat, boxy nails that are slightly tapered at the end. I voiced my unhappiness and was told that this was a more natural look. Um, hello? Who is the customer here? I am a salon owner myself and this is not the professional look I was aiming for. I left feeling very unhappy and I refuse to go back. I was so disappointed with the service I didn't even leave a tip. If you want quality nails, go to Alex at True Touch down the road. Made an appointment. Came in and a lady worked on my nails with a dip powder. From there it went downhill. Very bad experience. Nails came out crooked, glop-y, flare at the tip, and uneven. Nails were never compared to opposing nails to check matching lengths. Lady was running all over the place and not paying attention. She apologized for leaving me, but after the 2nd time I became annoyed. Bubbles are in my nails. Cuticles were never trimmed. Left in a hurry to cry in my car. Never going back. read more

Um ya, don't go. I was killing time while my daughter had an appointment. I'm not from around here so it looked clean and they were open. Should've got the clue when no one else was there, no one called and no one came in while I was there... First, the lady doing my manicure, cut me twice so bad that it was pulling blood in on the side of my finger nail. The second one I didn't realize until I got home a couple hours later and my finger was hurting. I poured peroxide on it and it was already infected. The guy doing my pedicure did an ok job. I have been to all of the places in Snohomish and this is the only one where they care about quality and how you feel. No one is perfect and no one can read minds, so all you have to do is tell them what you want and they are extremely accommodating. Larry gives the best foot and leg massages in history. They would bend over backwards to make sure you are comfortable. One time he observed how hot I was and went and shut the door to the outside and turned on the ac just to make sure I was feeling better. I didn't ask him to do that but it was very appreciated!!! I came in without an apt and got in right away. Everyone was friendly and it was very peaceful and quiet. They gave me a mask and followed all the new health guidelines. They are very clean and I like that they have liners for their bowls. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. The price points are some of the best I've seen in the tie counties. Happy with my first visit. I decided to try this nail salon after a horrible experience at another local nail place. I was cut badly under my pinky nail and it got infected. Took 3 weeks to clear up. The lady at CT did a great job and was very fast. Acrylic is perfect, not too thick or thin, polish is perfect and nails are all cleaned up underneath. Please please if you care about quality DONT go here!! Worst experience I've ever had in a "nail salon". Both my mother and I went there to get a pedicure this week. I should've known as it was the only place in town that could get us in on the spot. Within the first five minutes we knew we had made a mistake. The water was cold in which they said they had run out, I screamed twice from the girl stabbing me, they cut my mother's nail so short they couldn't put polish on it, she left the bottom of my feet covered in dirt which was from my farm and our polish came off in 4 days. It explains why they kept looking at us and asking us if we were ok. Oh and the girl doing my feet must have not but a regular as one of the other girls took over half way thru as they kept telling her what to do next. It was Mother's Day and my daughter made reservations. I doubt that mattered they took every client which walked in the door. The pedicure was great but I sat in the pedicure chair for my manicure. Holding my hand/arm up for her to do my nails with the dish of water in my lap. The whole manicure lasted perhaps five minutes, including polish which flaked off my Monday afternoon. Ct nails is not the place to go. I've gotten my nails done there a few times and it's not worth you're money. The employees are very rough with your nails, simple designs don't come out the way you want, and employees don't talk to you. My nails are always very sore afterwards. The salon also never adheres to there hours. They're not available when I come to the door because they close hours early. The only thing decent I liked about this place is that they are cheap. I have a wonderful morning here with my daughter and two granddaughters ( ages 5 and 3 ). My daughter and her girls had their first mani-pedi and we all had an amazing time. The little girls had such a great time and they enjoyed the immense task of "picking a color". The littlest of our party chose silver, blue and sparkles.
