Very welcoming but I went 3 times, the first time was a very nice experience, I got a full set with a design and a pedicure by two very sweet women, but even then that was $105 not including tip. Really not worth it in my opinion. And the second time the woman doing my fill filed too deep causing "rings of fire" on every nail, and broke skin with her drill. The third time I called to have Alex do them but he filed the color off then told the woman who filed too deep to do them, and they kept making comments about how complicated my design for a themed birthday party was so she only did the base color and extra lines, that costed $87 without tip. I understand wanting to have a valid wage for your employees but it almost felt like a game of how much I was going to spend every time, I have a hard time wanting to come back. read more

This place is so hit or miss. I had nail fill and a polish change on toes (no pedicure strictly polish change) and at checkout they were going to charge $95. I asked the breakdown. $35 for polish change on my toes! No shaping the nails (like other salons do for much less) AND the polish went over my nail bed on every toe with some nails the polish didn't even cover the sides of my toes. Very sloppy. I asked them to be fixed once after they slammed the uv Device over them and smudged them, and then asked them to please fix the overflow that was on my skin and not nail. I felt like I was a pain at that point. Then when I left I realized driving out, my thumb nail had a funky line and bubbles in it. I'm usually a very generous tipper, (I go between 30-40% if I really love the attention to detail, but I hated spending another $19 tip at even $20% for such shawty work. read more

Very nice people. They would like cash tips only. I had a dip manicure done for 55ish dollars. I did not see a menu anywhere for options. When I called to schedule, I had a difficult time hearing the person on the other line. There is religious decor and sayings all over the walls. It seems bright and clean overall. Totally unimpressed with the services provided here. This wasn't my first time coming here and the work is not consistent. I got a dip manicure and a basic gel pedicure. My pedicure was terrible, my nails were not filed evenly and were misshaped. There was gel nail polish all over my toes and cuticles. I had to go back the next day to have them fix the polish all over my toes and reshape, the lady just dremmeled the polish off and that was it. My dip manicure wasn't much better. There was no cleaning up the cuticles or soaking the nail. The nails were barely filed. I had to reshape them once I got home. The dip is very thick and looks terrible. They started chipping after a week. I believe they charge too much for what they provide, I might as well of kept up my acrylics. I paid $110 for both nails and toes. read more

I have found my new nail salon! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like lifelong patrons and like we have been going there for years! My nails look amazing. I had originally requested purple and gold for the Apple Cup coming up and the first color I had was not what i was expecting. I left and the color was more burgundy than purple so I called later and asked if they could fix it. He told me to come on in and they would fix it. They were busy but still got me in to fix the color and I felt so bad but they were more than accommodating. We will definitely be back for all our nail needs!!! The location is clean and the work is very noticeable. I have been getting my nails done off and on for years and this place is by far the best I've been to! I highly recommend! While they have a child chair Monster did not want to use it so they propped a couple pillows behind her and that allowed her to reach the water and well as sit in a chair like and next to mama. I have many good things to say about this place and I would go back here again but I was not a fan of how I felt like I was rushed out the door before the polish on my toes was anywhere near dry. I had asked how long it would take for the polish to dry and her first response to my question was "you can leave now" I politely asked again and she had said 30 minutes until I can put my shoes back on. Overall it is a wonderful shop just make sure you come with sandals that don't cover your toes if you have any shopping to do after and don't be surprised if you are told you can leave as soon as the top coat goes on even if the whole salon is empty. read more

I've been 2 times so far and I will continue coming. I would recommend being specific as to what you would like for your services. First time I got a classic manicure with regular polish. She just filed my nails and put the polish on. No cuticle care, lotion, nothing. The entire nail wasn't painted which bothers my OCD. Came back and got a pedicure with regular polish, and a gel manicure. I got both hands and feet done in the pedicure chair. Gel manicure was better because I asked for my cuticles to be cared for and got better services. Ladies are very nice and hospitable, and enjoy making conversation. I had a terrible experience. I went to the old location all the time and loved it. At the new location, communication with the lady I had was awful. With the new place, all of the nail polish is behind the counter so I had to point to the color I wanted. The gal kept grabbing the wrong color. Finally, a couple minutes later she understood which one I was pointing to and got it. Then she wasn't paying attention when doing my nails and nicked me with one of the tools. She seemed very distracted and was watching others/looking around while filing, cutting etc. Then, the news was blaring right above me talking about a shooting in Tacoma etc. I asked if the channel could be changed but the lady I had couldn't understand me. Eventually, the person next to her loudly yelled across the room to another lady to change it, but before she did, she loudly yelled back at us and asked me why I wanted it changed. I then had to explain with everyone in the salon watching me that I came here to relax, not watch the news which is pretty depressing. Next, the nail polish came out terrible and uneven. I couldn't get out of their fast enough! I'll never go back. So awkward and terrible. I haven't had these issues at other nail salons. read more

I am writing this review in hopes that I can give some feedback to employees here. Please take this as only feedback and do better. Sometimes I come here to get my legs waxed, but I won't be anymore. Most of my hair grew back only a few days later. The waxer pretty much broke the hair at the surface as she pulled the strips off. The way the strips were pulled off were completely incorrect. I didn't know how to bring that up in the moment, didn't want to seem like I was telling her how to do her job. You need to pull the strips so they are nearly parallel to the leg. This is basic. Or else you will end up just breaking the hair... which is what happened. The strips were lifted straight off my leg. This is wrong. As well, the disorganization of how she waxed in random places left me with hair patches all over the place. I had to tell her to go back and do missed sections. I also had to point out strays. She thought they were under my skin and they very much weren't... you need to use the magnifying lens if your eyes aren't seeing the strays. You're a professional, come on. I know the poor lady was jetlagged and tired and I felt for her. However, you should not come into work like that. It reflects poorly in your performance. It's not fair I spent $55 when I could have just shaved my legs, as it was the same result. read more
