Went in for a fill and the lady trimed my nails way to short without asking how short I wanted them, I only had the tip of my nails painted and brought my own stickers to be put on and I got charged 85 dollars. Very welcoming but I went 3 times, the first time was a very nice experience, I got a full set with a design and a pedicure by two very sweet women, but even then that was $105 not including tip. Really not worth it in my opinion. And the second time the woman doing my fill filed too deep causing "rings of fire" on every nail, and broke skin with her drill. The third time I called to have Alex do them but he filed the color off then told the woman who filed too deep to do them, and they kept making comments about how complicated my design for a themed birthday party was so she only did the base color and extra lines, that costed $87 without tip. I understand wanting to have a valid wage for your employees but it almost felt like a game of how much I was going to spend every time, I have a hard time wanting to come back. read more

This place is so hit or miss. I had nail fill and a polish change on toes (no pedicure strictly polish change) and at checkout they were going to charge $95. I asked the breakdown. $35 for polish change on my toes! No shaping the nails (like other salons do for much less) AND the polish went over my nail bed on every toe with some nails the polish didn't even cover the sides of my toes. Very sloppy. I asked them to be fixed once after they slammed the uv Device over them and smudged them, and then asked them to please fix the overflow that was on my skin and not nail. I felt like I was a pain at that point. Then when I left I realized driving out, my thumb nail had a funky line and bubbles in it. I'm usually a very generous tipper, (I go between 30-40% if I really love the attention to detail, but I hated spending another $19 tip at even $20% for such shawty work. read more

I have found my new nail salon! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like lifelong patrons and like we have been going there for years! My nails look amazing. I had originally requested purple and gold for the Apple Cup coming up and the first color I had was not what i was expecting. I left and the color was more burgundy than purple so I called later and asked if they could fix it. He told me to come on in and they would fix it. They were busy but still got me in to fix the color and I felt so bad but they were more than accommodating. We will definitely be back for all our nail needs!!! Totally unimpressed with the services provided here. This wasn't my first time coming here and the work is not consistent. I got a dip manicure and a basic gel pedicure. My pedicure was terrible, my nails were not filed evenly and were misshaped. There was gel nail polish all over my toes and cuticles. I had to go back the next day to have them fix the polish all over my toes and reshape, the lady just dremmeled the polish off and that was it. My dip manicure wasn't much better. There was no cleaning up the cuticles or soaking the nail. The nails were barely filed. I had to reshape them once I got home. The dip is very thick and looks terrible. They started chipping after a week. I believe they charge too much for what they provide, I might as well of kept up my acrylics. I paid $110 for both nails and toes. read more

I have many good things to say about this place and I would go back here again but I was not a fan of how I felt like I was rushed out the door before the polish on my toes was anywhere near dry. I had asked how long it would take for the polish to dry and her first response to my question was "you can leave now" I politely asked again and she had said 30 minutes until I can put my shoes back on. I had a terrible experience. I went to the old location all the time and loved it. At the new location, communication with the lady I had was awful. With the new place, all of the nail polish is behind the counter so I had to point to the color I wanted. The gal kept grabbing the wrong color. Finally, a couple minutes later she understood which one I was pointing to and got it. Then she wasn't paying attention when doing my nails and nicked me with one of the tools. She seemed very distracted and was watching others/looking around while filing, cutting etc. Then, the news was blaring right above me talking about a shooting in Tacoma etc. I asked if the channel could be changed but the lady I had couldn't understand me. Eventually, the person next to her loudly yelled across the room to another lady to change it, but before she did, she loudly yelled back at us and asked me why I wanted it changed. I then had to explain with everyone in the salon watching me that I came here to relax, not watch the news which is pretty depressing. Next, the nail polish came out terrible and uneven. I couldn't get out of their fast enough! I'll never go back. So awkward and terrible. I haven't had these issues at other nail salons. read more

I am writing this review in hopes that I can give some feedback to employees here. Please take this as only feedback and do better. Sometimes I come here to get my legs waxed, but I won't be anymore. Most of my hair grew back only a few days later. The waxer pretty much broke the hair at the surface as she pulled the strips off. The way the strips were pulled off were completely incorrect. I didn't know how to bring that up in the moment, didn't want to seem like I was telling her how to do her job. You need to pull the strips so they are nearly parallel to the leg. This is basic. Or else you will end up just breaking the hair... which is what happened. The strips were lifted straight off my leg. This is wrong. As well, the disorganization of how she waxed in random places left me with hair patches all over the place. I had to tell her to go back and do missed sections. I also had to point out strays. She thought they were under my skin and they very much weren't... you need to use the magnifying lens if your eyes aren't seeing the strays. You're a professional, come on. I know the poor lady was jetlagged and tired and I felt for her. However, you should not come into work like that. It reflects poorly in your performance. It's not fair I spent $55 when I could have just shaved my legs, as it was the same result. read more

I explained my experience in past salons and told them what I would really like. Alex was quick to understand and do exactly what I was imagining. I really wanted to like this place & usually one to give the benefit of the doubt but don't be fooled by their + reviews. My overall opinion is that the people running this are shady & tacky AF. I barely even know where to begin: My best friend had never had a mani/pedi before and I took her today as a belated birthday gift to both of us. They close at 7 so I called at 6 asking if they could accommodate us/when they take their last walk in-the male owner told me that as long as we got there by 6:30 they would take us. They sounded friendly & I was super nice on the phone even explaining that I didn't want to come in last minute as I understand how that can be hard when you're trying to close shop. He assured me it would be fine. We got there by 6:15 (she literally lives 5 min away). They were busy so we picked out colors while we waited. Again, they seemed friendly enough. The reason I'm giving them such a poor review isn't even because they had a sign that requested tips in cash, nor is it even the fact that NOTHING came with my $45 dollar manicure (not even lotion on my hands let alone a massage) but because of those reasons AND then some: *the woman (wife & owner I'm pretty sure) was clearly peeved when she came to do my pedicure. She didn't say a single word to me until she asked what polish I'd picked out. On top of that, my water was lukewarm, I was not asked if I wanted my toenails long or short nor did she care if I was comfortable or if I wanted one of the many specially scented pedicures they had listed on a board. The pedicure I got was the poorest & biggest waste of money I've ever spent on a pedi. *my best friend picked out a green color for her toes and we said it was green several times but the polish the tech started painting on was a reddish hue and I had to insist on them changing it. *while waiting for my nails to dry and unable to get out my wallet to pay, the male owner literally told me that my best friend could pull out my wallet for me. He stared blankly at the tip my friend pulled out (all of it in CASH of course) until I literally asked her to pull out another $10 bill. *he told me my nails would dry very quickly. (I opted to try the powder dip based on his recommendation as I've never tried it before.) The top coat did NOT dry quickly. My friend had an entire cigarette outside while we waited for them to finish drying after paying and they were still not dry and now they look like shit. They didn't even bother to give me my sandals on my way out nor did they thank us for our business or wish my friend a happy birthday. I spent $162 dollars + $32 in tips for both our mani & pedis and tipped them way too much in all honesty. I usually tip more. The only reason I tipped them at all was because I felt bad for coming in "so late" and it's the day before Mother's Day. Look, I get it. My friend will probably never get another pedi/mani again. And I live fairly far south of Snohomish. They didn't give a shit about our experience or doing a good job. Don't tell people that you will take them then give them a piss poor half ass job. Buyers beware: Proceed with caution. Read the poor reviews on them because they're the most honest ones you'll get. Save your $$ or go ANYwhere else. The only reason I can tell they've been able to stay in business is because they're good bullshitters. Don't waste your money.
