My daughter and I tried this place in March after reading the positive reviews on Google. I am sorry to report that we did not have a positive experience. (The woman who worked there appeared competent. Perhaps, that is who the positive reviews were for.) My daughter said that the guy who worked on her shook the whole time, provided zero cuticle care, and left the edges of her acrylics with incredibly sharp edges. Her nails started to fall off within two days. My gentlemen gave we the world's fastest dip manicure. He used only bit size for his Dremel and all of his tools appeared questionably sanitary. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until I reminded him that my cuticles needed to be done. After rolling his eyes, he pulled out a cuticle nipper that was sitting next to rusty-looking toenail clippers and began aggressively hacking away at my cuticles. As for my nails themselves, he cut them WAY too short. (I had one broken one that I asked him to even out. He apparently interpreted that to mean cut them all way down-in the wrong shape nonetheless.) I ended up paying another place to completely redo my nails a few days later. This included having to add extensions to the ones he hacked. The one positive I will give them is that they have the best selection of dip colors that I have seen anywhere in Snohomish. Sadly, none of that mattered given the experience we had. read more

No comments please about my feet or toes, I know they are ugly, they have been put through quite a few surgeries. What I requested was the $45.00 pedi, and to please just clean up my toes, no polish, for my surgery tomorrow. I just left the salon. When I came home I put my glasses on, and saw this. $45.00 They look terrible The 4th toe nail on the left foot was cut so short it bled a bit. I wanted to like this place as it's close to my new home. Sadly, I did not. I got a pedicure and the lady clipped my cuticles and nails so much that I bled. Then she buffed my feet without watching what she was doing and I have a scab on the side of my foot! Two of my toes polish came off that same night. And the toe that bled? In town for the day and decided to get a pedicure. Called ahead to see if they had a wait and was told no wait and to head over. I arrived about 15 minutes later and only a handful of people were inside(probably because it was gorgeous outside!). I was directed to one of the big comfy pedicure chairs and picked out a color from their samples. The young lady who helped me pick the color was so sweet and gave me a great pedicure. No painful leg massages given either haha! At the last minute I decided I wanted my nails done to match the color on my toes and was told, "no problem!" No attitude was given. The tech also shaped my nails and was able to shorten them without going overboard. Now I have matching beautiful nails. I'll definitely be coming here when I'm in town! read more

The pedi was okay- I wished she would have given a better foot massage. She barely put any pressure on my calves and the bottom of my feet. I got the honey scrub and that was nice. The part I was disappointed about was the actual nail polish. It seemed to not dry very evenly- maybe the polish was watered down? It clumped up towards my cuticles and looked uneven. I might try and find a different nail salon in Snohomish next time I am in town. read more

I love their pedicures! They do a great job and my toes always look amazing! They paint the cutest flowers too. Sometimes when they get bussy it does take more time which is what it is. It's not something that stops me from going back time and time again, though. I would recommend it to anyone in the area. This place WAS my favorite go to nail salon! They always did such a great job. However, they recently hung a sign asking to tip in cash because credit card companies are charging too much; a lot of salons have started asking this same thing. A few weeks ago I went in, tipped in cash then when I checked my bank account later they had added a tip to my total and ran my card for more than what I signed for. When I called to talk to someone they just took a message and nobody would talk to me. This is obviously very illegal but I'm not going to throw a fit over a few buck but I wanted to bring it to other people's attention to keep an eye out. Very disappointing trip.. .. My daughter and I came home with a mess.. Polish came of pedicure immediately.. I watched them "water down" polish while I was there and though I waited 20-25 min to leave.. Nails were still tacky and never dried properly and came off.. I paid 65 bucks ( with tip) and I have nothing o show for it :(.. My massage was really rough and not pleasant but that was just that girl and I could have said something but its harder to say.. That polish isn't going to stay on... Oh and I watched her supervisor look over her paint job which was clearly uneven and not say anything but again, I could have said something there too so that's my bad but saying.. This polish wont stay on is harder .. On a better not.. Had no problem getting in at 11 am on a Saturday which now that I think of it was too easy.. Maybe others heard about their shotty practice. :-( read more

I had really high expectations for this place with the good reviews. We had an appointment for five of us to get our nails done, but we were treated like a burden. I understand it can get busy with walk-ins and such but they acted frantic to get our nails done (for a wedding mind you) and ended up with sloppy mistakes. We all had to go home later and pick off the nail polish from our skin that they had slapped on so quickly. I'm not a stranger to getting my nails done but I've never had a such a bad experience. They also chipped the same night we had them done (all five of us had chipped nails) and I spent $17 on maybe a couple hours of pretty nails. I will not be returning by any means. read more

Went to this place for the first time today with a girlfriend for pedicures. Called ahead to schedule a time, and they were able to take us pretty much as soon as we showed up and had picked our colors (lots to choose from!). They were quick and efficient with the trim, and then spent a really long time on the sugar scrub and massage, including a hot stone massage! I've never had a salon spend so long on this part and it was divine! coloring, again, was quick and efficient. I had asked for a flower to be added, and it was the most beautiful I've ever had done! Wish I could post a pic! It was a few dollars more than other places I've been ($25 for a basic pedi), but it was well worth it! Will definitely be going back! read more

There are a very few and far times I ever treat myself and today was one of those days , for my birthday I really wanted and needed a wonderfully relaxing pedicure, I researched some places online and Nail Masters seemed to have decent reviews. I went there and was sorely mistaken, first off when removing my old polish she refused to use more then one piece of cotton to take off my old polish, mind you I had dark purple glitter on my toes, then she started cleaning, poking and every tortuous thing you can do to feet, I have never been closer to tears with my foot and leg message, I was left with red finger drags up and down my legs, when they were taking the dead skin off my feet she used something I have NEVER needed, it looked like a cheese greater, that was so painful seeing that she took to many layers of skin off. I wanted french tips, I got french tips... Over the purple that wasn't fully removed. so now home I'm realizing my heels are rubbed so raw that it is causing me large amounts of pain to walk, I have me feet both wrapped in ace bandages and there not even soft, they are more rough then when I went in, I do not look forward to work tomorrow, the topper on the cake was this pedicure cost $40, needles to say I'm sorely a unhappy 1st and last time customer. read more

I enjoy going to Nails Masters. It is a place to go get pampered and rejuvenated. The attendants have always been pleasant and are concerned with the service they provide. Most are expert in the massages. I do treat myself to the flowers on the toes in summer; very feminine and makes one feel special. In the 2+ years I have been going to this shop I have only had one wrinkle in my experiences and that was because of a client that had a complaint about her flower, which is okay, until the volume and continuousness of her complaint infringed on other clientele including me. She was a bully, obnoxious and rude to the attendant, the manager, and viewed that way by most of the other patrons. I think anyone that can only share their opinion by being nasty and using foul language is not a lady, lacking in social graces & intelligence. Since she stated she will never be back, the rest of the us can now enjoy our time for relaxation and being treated as royalty at a very nice shop. read more
