I work in fabrication and have had some problems with manicures but nothing on THIS scale!! A few cracks but nothing too bad I just like long nails... I don't care if I crack them myself... but this place is on another level..... , and granted my nails are real, I have had plenty of manicures while working manual jobs and this manicure (2nd) I have gotten from THIS place is by far the worst... I literally grab something and it pulls my manicure off and of course my nail is going to come with it because they're melded together! stay away!!! I've had some bad nail experiences but never enough to leave a review. This salon was close to home and was open earlier than others so I decided to stop here for a quick fill. A man did my nails and they turned out just terrible. He wasn't very friendly either, if he was I probably wouldn't have left a review. The shape, polish, filing, and length is all very inconsistent. Some nails are longer and some are much shorter. Some edges are sanded down so much it exposed my natural nail and other areas have thin or too thick of polish. After 2 days they chipped, not just paint but the acrylic too, which I've never had an issue with at another place. There was also so much polish on my fingers, I actually used a knife when I got home to scrape it all off my skin. Long story short, they just turned out awful and I'll be paying to have someone else fix them. Wouldn't reccomend this place. read more

Yall. I tried to give this place a chance I really did. Just moved into the area and was looking for a long term nail salon. I got a full set of acrylics with gel which the pricing is very cheap... That should have been a sign. They looked great at first. One week later and one nail popped off and 4 others were lifting so bad that I could have taken them off no problem. I noticed they don't use dehydrator on your nail or buff the nail plate nearly enough for the acrylics to stay. I really don't do a lot with my hands and after years of having long acrylics, have never had them pop off after only one week. So I went back and they replaced 5 nails... FIVE. It was free to replace and so I figured I would give them another shot. That was 2 days ago. Guess what. My nails are lifting again and the same finger that popped off before is about to come off again. Just do yourself a favor and don't get acrylics here. 2 stars for repairing my nails for free and cheap pricing. read more

I'd been a regular customer here for many, many years. I'd come in on a regular basis, and bring my daughter too. They'd constantly talk me into services I didn't need and undermine me when my daughter would want extras on her manicure (they charge per nail). The last straw was when I had a shellac manicure that was terrible. It didn't set correctly. I went back, they did them again, but I had the same problem. I asked for my money back after the third time and they refused. They wanted to keep doing them over, and I didn't have the time (or patience) at this point! read more

I decided to try this place and brought my daughter and sister with me. When we got there we sat down and the guy who works there looked annoyed like he didn't want to do anything. Anyway I asked for a dip and had him start my nails then some other lady came in the middle to finish. My nails looked ok but they didn't clean around or under to get the junk off and they did the did thinner than I have had which caused me to have one cracked nail 2 days later and a second 3 days later. I went to a place by my house to fix them and this place is not that close to me and the place I went was like these are way to thin and that's why they are cracking easy. I noticed that the other nails are cracking and chipping. I will not be back. After feeling like I was an inconvenience and my nails being done this way Is frustrating. My sister asked if they could clean up around her nails and basically looked annoyed with her and rubbing her skin to almost raw. She told them to just stop and she will do it herself. Also the place needs to be updated and cleaned up. Stacks of magazines probably from years ago and just clutter. They also didn't take temperature or ask questions to follow Covid protocol. read more

Worst pedicure ever. I used to go here all the time because they were the only salon in town that could help me with my ingrown toenails. Today they made me wait for 20 min, after I called before hand, and my feet feel even rougher after the guy "filed" my callouses off. Extremely disappointed and won't go back again. I used to come here all the time but hadn't been in for over a year or so. The main woman remembered me by name which I thought was so incredibly sweet. Not only is it very clean inside and relaxing, but the staff are all very nice. I think that that was such good business that she remembered my name when I hadn't seen her for a long time. I also got a French tip manicure and whenever I went anywhere else but here I was never satisfied with the job or the price. My second visit here I tried the SNS or "dip" manicure in place of my usual shellac because my technician recommended it as an option that will last longer than shellac. It took much longer than shellac and doesn't include any of the standard manicure services, just a quick cut and file and buff to smooth the nails. The end result has a powdery residue in part of the coat as the layers were applied incorrectly - she told me it was because of one of the top coats they have.... One of my hands has a glossy finish and one of them a matte. In short, it looks awful, and though she apologized and tried to fix it, after 2.5 hours (!!!) at the salon for a shellac mani/pedi, I asked her to stop trying to recoat them as I had to leave. The worst part of this - they charged me $50 for the SNS full set (again, not a manicure). I couldn't believe it... Pedicure seems fine but over priced for the quality. Also want to flag that they started me 20 mins later than my appt time. The first time I was in there another customer was saying she was there for nearly 3 hours and that she really had to leave... I wish I'd learned my lesson then! read more

I went to a local salon for a fill. Bad idea! Went back to creative nail. Attention to detail was soooooo worth it! I spent hours re-shaping smoothing and repainting after the last salon did an "unwanted fill" I left creative nails very happy with shape repair from last fill and the fill they did! My nails are finally in point! I won't make that mistake again. Stick with what I who ya know. read more

Love this place! They are super nice, accommodating, and patient! They always take great care of me! I have had polish not look as cute on as I thought, and they don't bat an eye about redoing it. I usually have a kid in tow, and they always are super nice! They will draw them a spa and put the salts and such in, while I'm getting my pedi done! They will lotion their legs and polish my daughter (or boys if they want). If I'm doing a mani also, they will talk with the kids and keep them entertained if they get bored waiting for me to finish. They do wonderful powder nails! Plus they check each nail to make sure they all match in shape and length! If it's too short, they will fix it, too long, no biggie! They leg and foot massage are to die for! They never rush you or half-ass the job! Even if customers are waiting! And they never pull the "5 minute wait" just to wait an hour like the other salons. If they have a wait, they will be honest and up front! I know the 5-minute wait is just to keep a customer from leaving, but I don't mind leaving and coming back an hour later! It's annoying expecting to get in, and end up sitting around for 45 minutes to an hour. Plus and added bonus, they don't talk to each other (almost every other salon I have been to will sit and not speak English-clearly talking about the customers haha)! They will charge maybe $5 for the kids-if anything! I used to be an avid Rebecca's nails customer, but trust me and give these guys a try!!! You won't be disappointed! read more

I've tried nearly all of the nail salons in the area, as well as many outside the area, & Creative Nails by far exceeds the rest! The courteous staff is always quick to get you seated in a pedicure chair where you can relax & soak while enjoying a lovely chair massage. Their products outlast all others. I have very hard nails, so most polishes don't last for me, even shellac products. But the folks at Creative Nails have mastered the art of shellac! They also take the time to wrap each of your nails in cotton & foil as opposed to having you soak your entire hand in acetone like many salons. This is a major bonus for me because that stuff can be really drying on your skin. They are always very thorough from removal of old product, to trimming, to filing, to massaging, to application of new product. And best of all, their prices are very reasonable & they even offer a punch card!! For every five visits you receive a free design & for every 10 visits you receive $5 off!! Walk-ins are always welcome & I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen. I've found my nail salon for life! read more

I only gave 4 stars because the polish itself isn't super high quality (you'll chip soon if you didn't get shellack), and I've wondered how often they change the towels that put in the back of the chairs. Went in for a pedicure, it took an hour 15 minutes! I wanted French tip and the girl had to keep doing over because she messed up- three times, okay we all have difficult days but.. After all was said and done the toenails were cut crooked and some at weird angles and the French tip was uneven and crooked. I won't go back, the girl didn't understand English and so communicating that I was unhappy about the job didn't do any good. I have never had a poor job done like this. So much for treating myself- came home and took all the polish off, re-clipped the nails (straight) and did my own French tip with my reading glasses on, which looks much better! I recently injured my back and haven't been able to keep my feet in great shape so I wanted to get a pedicure before I went to the podiatrist the next morning. When I walked in everyone was really friendly and pointed me to the nail polish selection, which there was a lot of. The shop was air conditioned which was great. There was no burning incense which I really appreciated because of allergies. I was thinking "this is the ultimate place to come, from now on I will only come here! When I sat in the chair the technician handed me a brochure and asked me to choose which pedicure I wanted. I didn't want leg mask and paraffin on my legs, just a classic pedicure. I guess when I chose that I didn't realize that I'd be punished for not choosing a more expensive service. My whole pedicure from start to finish was less than 30 minutes, including the 8 min dry time. My feet were hardly filed at all, less than one minute each foot. I thought that must have been an amazing file to be so effective! Nope. My feet are more rough now than before I went in. I didn't even get a top coat on my nails and after 8 minutes of drying the technician came and put my sandals back on my feet and said I was done. By the time I got home whatever moisturizer they had used on my feet was gone and they were white and chapped looking again. There was no line, there were no other customers in the salon but there were 5 employees total. There was no reason to rush and do a hack job. Unfortunately, even though other than my crap pedicure it was a great loacation, price, scent, air temperature and friendly people I will not be going to waste my money going there again. Going to give myself a better pedicure right now for free! read more

The two times I have gone there even after I have said something the Le nail tech does not put the acrylic to the cuticle so you need a fill in a week. It is also very thick and it leaves a noticeable ridge on nail. read more

I came in with a friend who is a regular. We both had appointments at 5. She to get a mani and pedi, me to just get shellac mani. Looking for a new place that has mood change polish and these guys do. Anyway they took my friend and then took a walk-in ahead of me. Presumably they thought we'd be leaving together but they were wrong because I needed to meet my ride at 545. That's why I make appointments. So I don't wait a half hour for nothing. So I just wandered around for a half hour before finally giving up and leaving. Nobody said "be with you in a sec" or "sorry for the wait" in fact they all avoided eye contact. That is until I finally left. Then one of the manicurists said, "you don't want your nails done?" "Nope, took too long, getting picked up in ten min. That's why I made an appointment. " "I'm so sorry." I bet. Hope that walk-in you took pays off. Won't be going to a place where appointments mean nothing. read more

3 of us had an appointment on 7/14/2014. when we arrived the place was not busy at all, The service was horrible! I had one of the owners (A male) doing my pedi. He could care less if I was there or not! all he cared about was watching "TV" he patted by legs a few times and said "your done" what do you mean i'm done, I've gotten a lot of pedi's and this was not what a pedi is suppose to be. he didn't do anything! no scrubbing , no rubbing, nothing! I was so mad! one of the other people in our party had TAO doing their pedi! She is the only one that does a great job but she only started the pedi , they had her move to someone else and the person that finished did a horrible job finishing (We all had the hot wax treatment) they didn't bother wipping all the wax off and left big peices stuck to my legs and toe's. This is why the polish didn't stick! There are other spa's in Monore.. I wouldn't waste my time or money at this one. read more
