They're 30 minutes late just getting me into the chair & had three different nail techs ask the exact same question about what I wanted to have done (I explained & showed a picture each time)... No price list displayed anywhere, I asked for acrylics & was told about the "new gel that doesn't use chemicals" okay- what about acrylics. Everything was an up charge, medium length +$, almond shape +$, French tip +$, add polkadots to 2 nails +$. Just them rattling off prices. I would not recommend this place. Scheduled appointments mean nothing, shady for a salon to have no price list just techs adding costs without a point of reference.

I'm sharing this here as well because my experience still stands, and the lack of response only reinforces how overlooked I felt as a customer. -- I've been here twice and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. I do enjoy the vibe when the salon is busy--it's pleasant and lively--but my actual service hasn't matched that. Both times I had the same nail tech. During my first visit, she seemed more focused on conversations with coworkers and other customers and acted irritated when she had to stop to work on my nails. The second visit was quieter, and I could tell pretty quickly it wasn't going to be a great experience, but I needed a fill because my nails were starting to hurt. I always get gel since I work with my hands and need it to last. The polish didn't even make it a week without chipping. What finally prompted this review is that tonight, while reaching into my purse, one of my nails made a popping sound and polish peeled right off. That tells me the color coat never fully cured--I've basically been walking around with a dry top coat over wet polish. I'm disappointed because I've seen so many good reviews, but this hasn't been my experience. I likely won't be back.
