My nails are always perfect! I was seeing Jess White before she moved & was pleased with her work. After she moved I was able to get in with the owner Jessica and wow...I didn't think it could get better but it did! I was able to have almost 4 weeks of grow out before our next appointment. No noticeable lifting at all. Whatever she does she clearly does it well & I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times! Yes they are more expensive than a "regular" gel manicure but you are not getting a regular gel manicure here. The products that Jessica uses is far better than any traditional nail salon & I mean FAAAR better. I have never been to another salon where I could come in with 4 weeks of grow out and not be bothered by it & I am picky with my nails. Shine and shape were still great. This is the best place for nails you can ever, ever go to! THE best, I tell you. Jess is the most professional and absolute best nail tech I have met. Having done my gel nails with her now for a year and a half, there is NEVER a reason to go anywhere else. Not only is she super sweet, she does the best nails in the area.Jess is also the rep for the brand Akzéntz, and she is a nail technician teacher. You book and manage your bookings online, and it's super easy. The studio is very nice and comfortable, and there is always free parking just outside. She has coffee and other stuff for her clients at the ready, just super nice. My gel nails keep for 4 weeks or more (one time 7 weeks!), I never have any chips or peeling off (unless I cut through it with a kitchen knife, which has happened ;-)). Wow - It's hard to describe what it's like to work with someone who knows her stuff as thoroughly as Jess. I managed to squeak my way into her schedule for my first appointment last week. I've been waiting for her client list to open up for a year! I work right across the street so not only is she convenient, I had heard (on Yelp) that she was the best. I've had my nails done by ONE other person who did the high quality of work that Jess did. However, that person charged almost twice as much and went half as fast. Jess has everything down to such a science that at one point, I just marveled at the confidence of being handled (literally) by someone who just knows what she's doing and knows what she needs you to do. When she told me I was getting true Gel, I didn't understand until I watched the difference in application. They are just a tad thicker than I usually like, but after a little more than a week they look flawless, they simply laugh at knocks and scrapes that would've chipped or broken my shellac polish, and they have held up through some pretty rough treatment while still looking glittery and fabulous! I also just enjoyed talking to her. She's a super bright cookie with a very inspiring story! This woman is going places! Unfortunately I fear someday she may go into parts of the business that don't involve sitting in front of me for an hour giving me beautiful nails... I will cry on that day. I'm not sure if she paid people to put nice reviews about her, but I am here to be 100 percent honest. It's not always about the nails, sometimes it's about the person behind the job. Jess is the most rude, non caring person I've come across. Her nonchalant, bitter attitude is horrible. Her condescending way of dealing with her clients is disgusting. And not to mention if you are ever in a bind and had to bring an infant or a child with you, she will make you and your child feel lower than low. She by far has the most entitled attitude because she does good basic nails. You ask for anything more and watch how her attitude changes. She cares about no client and will do away with you if she doesn't like one thing you say! So proceed with caution. She will start off nice and then watch for the nasty, sarcastic attitude. I have been seeing Jess for several years now. I refuse to go anywhere else..she is the absolute greatest! I used to be a really bad nail picker, and she has completely transformed my nails. My nail beds are so much longer, my cuticles are in much better condition, and my fingernails are now strong and healthy. She is extremely clean, professional, and friendly. I will never use shellac, or any of the other products out there. She is incredibly skilled, always making my nails blinged out with glitter, or she hand paints beautiful designs, like the pink cheetah in one of the photos I uploaded. Yep, she's exactly what everyone is saying! Personable, funny, professional and flexible. She really bends over backwards for her clients to make sure they get in when they need to or if something comes up and they need to switch, she's all over it. I am a horrible nail biter, and since I've been in Jess's care, my nails have never looked better. She is also not afraid to lecture me on my nail picking (aka gently educating me) :) She is able to tell me the 'why' behind the reasons of leaving your damn nails alone, which is something I desperately needed.
