Another woman, who seemed to be the owner, stepped in with no introduction or explanation and just continued the service. I had asked for an almond-square shape, but she did a square shape instead, which wasn't what I wanted. I decided to let that go at the time. Unfortunately, the shellac started chipping just two days later, and another nail chipped on day 7. Normally, my shellac lasts over two weeks without issue, so I was really disappointed in the quality. Overall, I appreciated the convenience and the quick seating, but the communication, attention to detail, and durability of the manicure fell short.

My husband and I booked a mani/pedi combo for him and a standard pedicure and full acrylic set for myself. When you book online, their confirmation email states that someone will reach out via phone or email to officially confirm, but we ended up having to call them to make sure we could come in. When we arrived we were asked to fill out a form to confirm which services we wanted. These forms were then set aside and forgotten about. I verbally stated I wanted a full acrylic set with gel as well, but you can tell from the photo, those are not acrylics! I should have spoken up and corrected the tech, but at that point I was already set up in the chair for my pedicure, and she kept stopping work on my hands to take care of other business. She cut the cuticles on my right hand on three separate fingers and caused them to bleed, so I wasn't super eager to get a full set of acrylics after that. The gel started chipping off not even a full week later. My husband also did not receive the manicure portion of his mani/pedi combo at all. It's safe to say we will not be returning.

Don't waste your time or money at this dirty, filthy overpriced establishment!!! It's gross in there, nothing "upscale" about it!!

When it came time for the nails, I got coffin acrylics with gel polish, and the colors they had didn't quite match up with the toe nail color. These women PAINTED LAYERS of colors to get them to match almost identically. Not to mention, I have two different thumbs, so one thumb is much bigger than the other. It's always been a source of insecurity for me, especially when they pull out the toe nail sizes for acrylics. This lovely woman custom shaped the perfect coffin for my toe thumb, and told me it's considered to be an "artist thumb." I could've cried of happiness walking out of that salon. All of the nails look SO GOOD, and I'm so happy with how welcomed they made me feel. In addition, the price was absolutely phenomenal for the services requested.
