Nail salon is clean and they have a large selection of gel polish colors. They do not offer extras like I am accustomed to at my other nail salon down the road. No lotion, no massage. The woman who did my nails was nice but was on her cell phone a lot. Prices advertised are not accurate ($35-$45+). I was charged $60 for a basic full set with short square nails with a normal gel polish. Mind blown. The length of the nails on my left don't match the length of the nails on my right hand. I would not recommend this nail salon and I will not be returning. Too expensive and not the best service for what you pay for. Really unfortunate. read more

I can honestly say this is my worst set of nails ever.... I got a full set ($85) and a pedicure. I asked for ombre butterfly nails and showed the picture attached and received a very very knock off version. I used to come here religiously a few years ago, stopped getting my nails done and came back today only to be very disappointed. They're bulky, didn't even try to clean up cuticles despite me asking twice and can barely tell they are butterflies. They look a mess... for my pedicure all of my nails are lop sided because of the way they were cut... Super unhappy! read more

I have been going here for a couple of years. They started out doing a great job But over the last 6 to 9 months their work has gotten really sloppy. I have the shellac done. A full set should last 3 weeks. I am lucky if mine last 10 days. Unfortunately it's true...you get what you pay for and I will no longer be giving them my business. read more

I'm all for a quick mani but not when you do a crap job. That's exactly what I got. She didn't get any dead skin off the nail bed like almost every single mani place takes time to do. Polish was all over the sides, and she applied coats so fast and thick that they bubbled and pulled (shellac!!!) Oh and I didn't even want to put my hands in their UV light things they were SO dirty on the inside and worn down. I only went here because my usual place was closed and thought I'd try it based on reviews but I will never go back. read more

They did a great job with my pedicure and the price was great for the area. I would definitely go back and hate I did not discover this place sooner as I only have a few weeks left in Everett. I decided to get my finger nails painted at the last minute and it only cost six bucks for French tip. I decided to try Luxury Nail and Spa while visiting my family in Snohomish on the recommendation of a friend. While I'm originally from the area, I didn't start getting pedicures until I moved to San Diego and didn't know where to go while on vacation. I must say that I'm impressed with Luxury Nail though. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I think this may have been one of the larger nail salons that I've been to as there were ten massage pedicure chairs and nine manicure booths. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that I made an appointment for my mom and me at 3 p.m. and my pedicure didn't start til 3:15 and my mom's at 3:30. But they were somewhat busy and we did at least get to sit in the massage chairs and soak our feet while waiting. The salt scrub was great at exfoliating and the hot oil leg massage was nice and relaxing. I had my classic french pedicure, which looked great, and my mom got flower designs on her big toe, which were cute and free! All in all, for a $21 pedicure, I'm impressed and may find myself back at Luxury Nail on future trips to Everett. read more

Michelle has been waxing at this location for over 10 years. I remember her being so genuine and nice which meant a lot to me back then because I almost never had time and especially cash to do anything nice for myself since i was a struggling single mother of two at the time. I remember when i was leaving i felt like i told her my whole life story and she handed me a coupon for a free wax on my next visit! Blown away! Happy to report she still the same sweet lady and knows how to make you look good and feel good when you leave. Got a toe infection from them! Went back to show them pictures and proof of my toe nail being infected, doctors notes that I had to take antibiotics, and pictures. Michelle said I came in there like that. She said I had a blister on my foot when I came in... are you f-ing kidding me!?!? How would she know she wasn't the one working on my pedi! She wouldn't give me a refund either. It was clearly their fault. If I had a blister on my foot then why don't u tell me "I'm not gonna work on your nail because it might get infected" WARN ME. Nope. "I came in there like that" she says. What an excuse. I wish there was a zero in rating they don't even deserve 1 star. Unprofessional people. Cheap place. They probably don't sterilize tell tools they use. Be careful going there. They might just blame you for a toe infection that they gave you. read more

I worry about writing a review because then I'm contributing to how much busier this place could get as word gets out yet I believe they deserve some praise. It is VERY difficult to find a good nail place people! Am I right ladies? I can't tell you how many times I've found that either the person doing my nails is not licensed or the tools are not sanitized well or they barely wipe down the pedicure baths or they use illegal foot razors, etc. Someone seems to always been cleaning this place! The tools are clean, some of them even come in new packaging for your service. I've had every technician work on my nails so far and every one of them is good AND their license is posted on the behind them. Also, they have sold me on shellac! What an amazing service! I can go almost 3 weeks with perfect fingers and it's only $28! And full manis/pedis come with FREE art... no extra charge. I've been there almost a dozen times and am confident I'll be there a few dozen more. read more

I was so disappointed today by the service I received. I have been going to this salon for over a year and have always enjoyed the customer service and prices. However, today, the two women who were doing my nails seemed more interested in talking to eachother. My favorite part is usually the massage where I can sit back and relax. This was made difficult because the women were so fixated on their conversation that they rubbed the same spot with the salts over and over. Not very relaxing or pleasant. My hands and feet were never touched once. The woman who painted my hands globbed on the polish to where it never fulling dried and was smugged by the time I got home. I've been coming here for years. These ladies work so hard and are always very nice. I brought my mom here twice when she was in town visiting and they always ask about her. They provide cute designs and custom them on request. I've never been cut or infected like I have at other places. I see them disinfect their tools and basins. You can get a free design or french tips which adds to the benefits! Kevin, Lynn and Michelle are great! It's always busy every time I go but as they say, any place that is busy must be good! They have the WORST customer service. The nail techs are NOT knowledgeable about anything that you want. They just do what they feel looks good and you have to deal with it. I ASKED the lady doing my pedi to give me the nail filer and I had to file my own toes because she acted like she didn't understand. The owner did NOT step in, but instead sent over another lady that was worse then the 1st one. The staff are really friendly and they are constantly checking to make sure your experience is satisfactory. I got a luxury mani and pedi. The cost was discounted and though it was not listed in the service, I received a parrafin wax treatment on my hands and feet. I was given a nice hand and foot massage. And the lady was able to remove an ingrown toenail in a painless way. I did not even notice. I checked because I thought she forgot but it was gone. The color for my nails was great and they offered to do little designs for free...I got a lip wax and it was fast and efficient. No ripping of the skin either...I will come back. read more

At the time, Everett Luxury Nail & Spa had 4 stars on YELP, the most out of any other salon in the place. I came in for a french pedi and regular mani, but the lady in charge (it is true you walk away with more services than you actually want) convinced me to get shellac pedi manicure....... SURE okay. I loved it. I love it everytime I come here! It def does matter which nail service tech you see tho.......... I felt like a lot was included with the treatment, like paraffin and designs, that you have to pay extra for at most places. Also, as walk-ins I felt like I waited for a very short amount of time before being seated, which is great. My favorite nail place of all time & been a loyal customer for about 4yrs now. Their prices are unbeatable, if you have a problem or change you mind about the color your using they dont hesitate to make you happy and they have quick and friendly service, Im usually in and out in under a hour for a acrylic fill. They have hired a few new people in which I got a fill my last visit from a new employee and sadly they did a horrible job on my nails and my fill only lasted maybe a week, next time I will say no thank you to a new employee and wait for a skilled technician. This is my second choice salon in the area. They are often busy and working more than one person at once which I am not a fan of, and the head tech often talks you into something you weren't looking for in the first place. She does tend to thrown in extra service for free though. I really like getting my eyebrows waxed here though, one of the few people I trust to get close to me with was is their tech. read more

After a few years their top coat started turning brown and I felt rushed thru every service so I stopped coming. I decided 2 weeks ago that I would do back for another chance since I was having a hard time finding real gel nails in the area. I waited for an 1 1/5 to come back because they were so busy. When I got my set they were a little shorter and not as round as I like since they don't have time to really ask and listen to what you want but there were the best set I had had in a long time and I tipped Kevin well before I left. My nails started lifting 2 days later by the time I needed a fill every nail was lifted and one had come right off. So I though maybe if I offer to pay full price they will take a little more time on my fill. I understand being rushed to take more clients and desperately trying to up sell colored rips and shellac so I wasn't taking it personal. We had an appointment for 5 my friend was getting a acrylic fill and I a gel fill which was said on the phone and at least 3 times while I waited for 45mins for them to start my nails. There is never one Tech doing your service for whatever reason they split it in between to people. Michelle filed my nails and told me they would be putting more primer where the nails lifted and that Tina was going to finish my fill and then Michelle would paint. I was extremely frustrated that I had to wait over an hour for them to actually start and so when she sat down I put my Netflix on and spent my time trying to really relax and not be pissed enough to enjoy. After she was done and asked me to pay I looked at my nails and they were horrible I started to file them myself since the job was not done. When it was time for paint I pointed out you could see the superglue they used for the lifting rather than the primer and they just looked bad in general I couldn't see thru them like before. So I had assumed it was the quality of the job and glue and didn't realize till the next morning when I woke up that they didn't use the UV light to cure the gel!!!!!!! I called the shop and was told that they used acrylic and not gel and Michelle refused to acknowledge that I asked for gel several time I asked her who puts acrylic on gel nails and she said sometime the customer doesn't wantto pay the cost for the gel. I told her I have never used acrylic there and had an hour long g conversation with both her and Kevin on how much better it is and she said I asked for the acrylic and that she doesn't know why we even come cause they never make us happy. Wow great customer service right so I ask what am I supposed to do with nails that have gel and acrylic and she tells me you can pay $5 to take them off and $20 for a new set.......I had just spent $20 the day before and had offered to pay $40 if they would take their time and really show their skills. I will never in my life go back I felt so bad like they were being forced to over book and upsell clients but after this last experience I realized you are dispenciable to them as a customer and they cut their prices %50 because they don't care if you come back another customer who loves the low budget price and spent mind the low class work will be right there to take your spot read more

Horrible experience at Everett Luxury Nails. I had decided to get my nails done the day before flying out for vacation and received the worst service. My nail tech cut my cuticles several times. I repeatedly told her that I was bleeding and it hurt and I was ignored. Long story short, my nails hurt and looked awful. I will not be visiting this nail salon ever again.
