I read the reviews prior to coming here, and after visiting, I understand why reservations are recommended. They had six pedicure chairs total, (and more manicure booths) and I believe the ladies here do a meticulous job and take their time, so it makes sense that they don't put profits over quality by squeezing in as many walk-ins as possible. I called at 3pm and was offered a 4:15p appointment for my daughter and me. This wasn't just any pedicure, though - it was the first one I've ever done with my 5 year old daughter who loves having her nails painted. We arrived at 4:10 and were taken back immediately by Amy. My daughter was started first. We had asked just for painted toes, but Amy was sweet enough to accommodate her fingernails as well. They have a nice selection of OPI and China Glaze polishes, so my little girl chose a pale sparkly pink. She didn't get the hot water, scrub, and massage because she's five, but she had her nails trimmed, cleaned, filed, and painted, and they came out perfectly. Amy was very friendly and gentle, and we both loved her. Amy also did my pedicure. I got the full meal deal and it was relaxing and lovely. I'm very satisfied with the way it turned out. The salon was clean, tastefully decorated, nicely air conditioned, and I was surprised to find that my total bill was $42. Looking for an affordable nail salon. I called ahead so I can get an appointment day of. I tried to do a walk-in appointment in August but they were too busy. Their nail wall of polish is organized by color, super easy to find what you might need. I noticed during my nail appointment the esthetician would wipe down the top of each nail polish bottle used after use so it's ready for whoever were to use it next. The salon has two entrances, the entrance facing Main Street has two chairs that serve as a waiting area and the manicure stations as well as another section with a nail drying station. The rear entrance that opens to a shared parking lot is wear the pedicure chairs are. The have pamphlets with services and their corresponding prices. I love how their prices are inclusive of tax. Without tip, my basic manicure was $20. They have punch cards available and appear to take all forms of payment. I felt like this place was very clean and organized. They have plexiglass screens that separate the customer from the esthetician. Most estheticians I saw today have continued to mask. All-in-all, I'll definitely return. I've been coming here a while and usually am very happy with their work however after my last visit, my gel manicure started peeling off within 3 days- until I only had 2 nails left, it was hard to get in for a Fix due to my (and their) busy schedules and the holidays but when I finally made it in they wanted to charge me again. On a mission to find a great nail salon since moving here and can't recommend them as your go to spot, but it's ok if you need a place that isn't busy and can schedule you in at last minute. Pros: - consistently clean salon - quiet, upscale atmosphere, soft lighting and music - half of the time, my pedicures had polish that lasted more than 1 month - my first and only gel manicure there so far came out beautifully. I think the technicians name is Grace. She was super careful with trimming cuticles as well. The gel manicure lasted for 2 weeks before starting to chip/show signs of wear Cons: - they NEVER take off calluses properly. They try to roughy and randomly remove calluses in areas where there are no calluses (like the arch of my foot where it's sensitive!) and won't take time to remove calluses on heal area that is actually there. On the 3rd and 4th visits, I would point this out to them, but they still did a mediocre job at best. - they never ask you which type of manicure or pedicure you want and just rush you in and start working on you. I never know which price is associated w which service because they don't ask which service I want. I think they just go in doing the bare minimum unless you ask to upgrade. - pedicure nail polish is hit/miss. The last time I went; the lady was kinda rude and cranky and did a terrible job. I asked her to fix the nail polish on my big toe because it was lumpy/uneven and she didn't even acknowledge me and then just roughly slathered on more nail polish to cover it up. Because of this experience, I'm now looking for a new salon. The only time I'll be coming back is if Grace is available. read more

I made reservations for 5:15 for two on a Friday. We walked in and the workers did not act like they wanted us there, no warmth. The lady actually sighed when I said I wanted to add shellac to my mani, but I had already had told someone on the phone. I guess they were just done for the day and wanted to rush us home and adding shellac would take more time. Our pedis felt rushed, my little toe was barely painted, just a quick swipe. She cut my nails way too short, my nails look like little stubs and it's only been two days, and some of shellac is already peeling off. I still gave them 20% tip because I always feel badly, they never thanked me, just shoved a pen in my face for signing. This salon is a charming little place in the Town Center. You can enter from both the front at the back- one enters into the pedi area with two rows of massage chairs/pedi stadiums and the other enters into their mani, drying, and sitting area. They didn't seem to have a lot of staff when my friend and I walked in but they took our names for a reservation 40 min later so we got some gelato across the street while cooling our heels. I loved how the arranged the nail polish colors across the spectrum. It was so pretty! They also had newer colors and gel colors at the front desk. The pedicure was much more involved than others I've had. On top of the usual nail color removal, nail trim, scrub, and lotion massage, they also massaged hot stones up and down my calves and gently wiped my legs off with hot towels. My footsies felt so pampered! My pedicurist, Maya, did a great job! This salon also puts your sandals or flip flops on before they paint your nails- so you won't smudge them later while putting them on, I suppose. They also check your nails after the drying machine clicks off to make sure it's dry. They seemed a tiny bit pricey for the area and for a pedicure but the service was fantastic. They also offer a punch card for return customers. One more thing: they heard me tell my friend that I was treating her for her bday and they gave her a card for $5 off her next service for her bday! read more

Located in the new "epi-center" of Mill Creek, this location is fairly new overall. Once I was able to get in and get things going (try three in one day, long story!), I could NOT have been happier. It was a little overwhelming at first, because when I got to the "YOU PICK COLLA" part, no one warned me there were 10,000 colors to choose from! I had never had a pedicure before today, and now I know what relaxing bliss I"ve been missing all this time! I left a little over an hour later with soft, supple and shiny hands and feet and lovely pale pink nails all around. A mani/pedi combo is $40 here, I have no idea if that's "normal" pricing or not being it's my first time, but I consider it a fair price and would definitely return here. read more

Today I came in (called this morning and they were able to get me in without a couple of hours) with a painful big toe because of a small ingrown toe nail that was beginning to form (not a serious = should see a doctor one FYI ). My visit here was okay. The space is really open, light and bright, and feels very welcoming and inviting. That kind of contrasted the rest of my experience, which included service that was brusque, bordering on cranky and inattentive; a perfectly serviceable, but not at all noteworthy mani/pedi; and prices higher than they should be given the average results and service similar to what I'd expect from a cheapy, dive place. I have been a patron of the French Nail for years now. Compared to the other nail salons in the Mill Creek area this one is the best bang for your buck. Unlike most of the local places they do not try and do your finger nails while you are still in the pedicure chair. I hate to feel rushed when I am paying for a spa service. The French Nail lets you enjoy the experience rather than rushing to get you out of the chair so they can get another person in it. The little touches really makes all the difference. The hot stone rub, fresh lemon juice squeezed onto your legs, and glass nail files. Do make sure that you call ahead and make an appointment though.
