I hate when u call to ask for a price and then when you arrive and get the service done, they give u a different price. Why? Why do you guys do that? Not to mention I got my nails done less than an hour so u can imagine the results of that. Extremely thick acrylic, not properly shaven down, or even glued down completely to begin with. I got a gel manicure last Saturday, and I'm very happy with the results. The girl who clipped my cuticles was gentle but thorough, and Tina who painted my nails was very attentive. She did the design just as I asked, and even after a week, my nails look great! I moved from Korea in July, and was having a hard time finding a nail salon that I liked, but I think I found the one now! Went here for the first time on Sunday and was quite disappointed. I only wanted a paint-on done on my nails, and once I left my nail immediately got ruined. I wish they gave more time to let your nails dry or a just having a better drying mechanism instead of a tiny fan. They were nice enough to redo my nail that got messed up but I was absolutely disappointed when I looked back on the nail. They painted it lazily and you can see the brush marks from the polish. If I'm paying $7 just to get my nails done, I'd expect better service. I'm not going to come here again. read more

It's really hard to find someone that does good dip in the area, like Instagram quality nails. I usually don't get dip because my experiences have been bad and I used to get acrylics all the time - so I know what I like when it comes to shaping, thickness, and consistency. Lien was/is amazing. She is so nice, and she cares about what the client wants. She did such a good job on the dip and she also is great at designs just like the pictures show. The first time, she did a cute 3D flower design on my ring finger but I just wasn't used to it. Don't get me wrong, it was so pretty! I was just afraid that it would get caught in stuff, I am clumsy after all. She was so nice enough to take it off the next day and add a different, more convenient design for me. They did have time unless I wanted a fill. I was turned away because they were not going to make enough money off with me. I waited for my ride for 15min and no other customers came in. I'm surprised that anyone has anything bad to say about this place! I got a shellac manicure a few days ago, and had a couple chip. They still looked amazing otherwise, so I popped in and asked if I could get them touched up. They happily did it (and added an extra clear coat). I fully expected to pay for a touch up and was ok with it, since I can be tough on my nails. No charge, and she told me not to worry about it when I felt bad that I didn't have cash on me for a tip, since I was expecting to use my card. Will definitely be back (with an extra tip, haha). I just had the deluxe pedicure and it was fantastic! I had it done while my husbands car was being serviced at all it takes auto right next door! How amazing to have my toes done while doing an important errand for my husband!! They were fantastic! You fill out a card with what service you want so there is no language barrier issue and they have a spot where you can have a complimentary beverage of your choice as well! This is a unicorn of nail salons around here! It's CLEAN! They take a lot of pride in their work and spend time making sure everything is perfect. They don't use and reuse dusty, nasty files on you. The pedicure bowls have disposable liners and the ladies are sooooo friendly and lovely people. My old nails were completely soaked off, instead of being filed off which was amazing. The soaking machine to remove the old SNS made them come off 10x faster. The new SNS was done by Tien and looks awesome. The pedicure was done with a nice strong massage and lovely hot stones.
