I've gone here a handful of times. The last two times I was serviced by Mike he was extremely rude. The second to last set I got with him he was upset he started painting my full nail (I always get French) and he didn't double check , just started and was super upset when I noticed two fingers in. Than the most recent set by him. They don't have anything but the counter for you to rest or / prop your hand up for the service and he was upset i couldn't hold my hand a certain way. He was so upset i just skipped the massage because clearly he didn't want to nor was I comfortable. Ivy is always extremely nice and after that incident recommended me another employee. I made an appointment for today at 1pm . My service started at 1:30 and I was still charged the same price even though I waited for 25 mins? Because they overbooked themselves? I understand 5-10 mins. 25 mins and nobody cared to check in or say they were running behind? Also I noticed they use the same nail files for everyone. If you go here good luck. read more

Dear Cancer friends. This salon is not for you. The waxing and pedicure nails is on par but the receptionist Luke is not great at all. He swindled $15 from my partner, which is not.very good. I'm very thankful for Tom and Sam. They do a wonderful job, but I don't think Luke the receptionist is a very nice person.i paid with cash and I asked for $10 for each person which is enough money for a tip. I'm not working for me. Luna Nail Lounge was absolutely AMAZING for my 10 year old daughter's birthday! They went above and beyond to make her feel special, and she was glowing by the time we were done. We made a group reservation for a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived, they were expecting and ready for us. They seated all five girls together and their mani/pedi services lasted over an hour! The salon was immaculate, and they offered complimentary beverages to guests. Towards the end of the service, they started playing "Happy Birthday" overhead, while staff lined up with a quirky birthday hat and serenaded her. All of the patrons joined in singing and wishing her a happy birthday. They had special kid pricing, and it was overall just a ten star experience!! Went in for a mani and pedi, and left paying $121.63??? My ticket said $63, which included two paraffin waxes for $10/each, and a nail repair for ONE nail that had broken ($5-$10 each). It's like they tacked on an entire full set of acrylic or something insane, NO idea why I was charged double what I should have been. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened to me, either. It's like they try to charge extra to see if they can get away without you noticing. If they don't refund the difference, I will not ever be returning. So upset and feel very taken advantage of. Please be sure to read your ticket carefully and don't be afraid to call them out if it is more expensive!! Updated to include photos of my nails peeling off only 5 days after service. The thumb started lifting at only two days after, since the tech had gotten some on the skin so it did not adhere properly. I will not be going back after this, way too much money for it to fall off after such a short amount of time!! Additional update: additional nails were lifting, so we are left with only two nails with gel on them now. At this point, I want a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. read more

Made a last minute appointment and was welcomed with open arms. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was friendly and everything was clean. I showed a picture of what I was hoping to get and they were able to go off of the photo and make it a reality. Rachel was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and good conversation. I like that you can get an adult beverage, margarita, white wine, red wine or mimosa, (if of legal age) and enjoy the pampering. A bit on the pricey side, but so worth it! The overall place was so pretty and professional looking I thought it would be a great experience. sadly it was not, it was very busy so I understand not getting to me quickly but I waited 30 minutes past my original appointment time. they were quite rough with me I ended up with sensitive fingers after. the nails broke extremely easily and very quickly I found them breaking from doing simple tasks at home. the nails when they came off have left deep grooves in my nails and I'm devastated. Last between 2 and 3 weeks, I will say I'm pretty hard on my hands at work too, so they may last longer otherwise. I moved to the area a few months ago and my friend has been coming here for years so I gave it a try. Every time I come my pedicure is done differently. The Luna pedicure went up in price and after this last experience where you could tell the lady didn't want to be there I won't be coming back. To pay $66 for a pedicure it should be a great experience and it's not. I told her to cut my nails and she was like "where they are already so short". But they weren't you could clearly cut them. She spent half the massage on my toes? I have had gel put on my fingers twice and they rush through it and don't even give you a normal "manicure". They just remove the color and put another one on. The owner is so nice and friendly but with the price increase and lackluster service I will look for another nail salon. read more

My husband and I always come here for pedicures. They are always jammed with clients and yet always have space for us, even if we come in without an appointment. The staff is super friendly, they remember our names and are efficient. Chairs are always clean and set up and we are always greeted with a glass of wine or mimosa. Awesome service. read more

Wish I could give them negative start avoid, the font desk person is rude. I complained about my nail they did not give a she the girl did say she can try to fix it but after 1.5hrs I was fuming. If this was my business I would be embarrassed to let a client leave the shop with their nails looking like this. The pictures I'm posting where taken as soon as I got home. I did tell the nail tech not to do the top coat what is the point knowing I was going to fix them right away. When she began the dip process I asked her are you going to cut my cuticles she told me she will do it at the end. Awesome spot in Mill Creek. The salon has a great selection of reasonably priced services to choose from and a large amount of staff to meet the busy clientele needs. We were a party of 6 who booked a reservation for a Saturday AM and I am glad we took the time to do that; the chairs filled up fast, and after getting a lovely pedicure, I can see why. I had generally positive experiences here when it comes to basic paint jobs. When it comes to designs, it was really hard to find someone who could get what I wanted. I had one experience where I wanted something specific and it turned out horrible. I was told after spending $95 on nails that were nothing like I wanted that the nail artist that knew how to do marble design wasn't working. Which was incredibly frustrating because I wish he would have told me that before sitting me down with someone who was not able to do what I wanted because I would have gone with something more simple and came back next time asking for the correct artist. However, this experience (I believe I had Mika) her work was absolutely stunning. She took her time and made sure to ask questions and did such an amazing job on the shape and design. I left glowing, I couldn't stop looking at my nails. They totally redeemed themselves with this one. I've been going here for years. My only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because of that one experience, but also the last two times I've gotten shellac nail polish a day later started bubbling or having air pockets which later would break and peel. I have no issue paying the prices would just be nice to not have it tarnish in a couple days. Otherwise wonderful salon, beautiful decor, fast and friendly services. Three stars only because everyone was friendly and my nail tech actually talked to me the whole time (I hate sitting in silence). 1) I asked for coffin, my thumbs (just my thumbs) ended up being square. 2) My full set took 45 minutes, I can rarely get in and out for a fill in 45 minutes! 3) I was asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed. I said yes as this in my opinion should be a part of the service, why wouldn't I? I was charged +$7 for something that elsewhere is included. 4) The gel is bubbly on some nails. 5) Showed a picture of color and shape to get incorrect color and shape He sneakily up sold me and rushed through the service.
