Here are the cliff notes (read below for details) - New owners (not a good change) - nails are crooked and chipped - used polish to cover flaws - made me bleed on 4 fingers - nails all different shapes and sizes - only took cash and told me at the end - won't honor old punch cards - nails are chipped from acrylic sizes being wrong and needing to be filed down I went today to get a full set of acrylics and the new person did a horrible job. I am so so so disappointed. I used to love this place :( Not only do they not do acrylic gel anymore (they used dip gel which I guess is ok....??) but she didn't use the electric machine that files your nails smooth. She used a hand held nail file like you buy at a grocery store so she literally made 4 of my fingers bleed from filing my skin versus my nails. I will never go back there. She said it's a new owner so they wouldn't let me use my punch card either. Told me I can use the same card but instead of "5 visit's get $5 off your 6th", you do 10 visits and get a free manicure. Not the end of the world, ok but you can't say I can use the same punch card and then not honor what the card says on it. My nails are all different shapes and sizes and when I told her one looked crooked she literally said "yeah everyone's left and right hands are different shapes". I was like um..... my nail on my left thumb is leaning towards my right hand haha.. it's not my hands. It's the crooked nail. I asked her to shorten them a few times and eventually she just stopped listening and did her own thing. They're way too long. She also glued on the acrylic nails and then ripped one off my finger because she did it so crooked so it ripped real nail when she literally pulled it off after it had been glued. Then they wouldn't take cards. Only cash. Cause their "machine is broken". So thankfully I had cash. There are bubbles in the polish because she used the polish to try to cover up how lumpy my nails are. I cannot believe how bad my nails look. She asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed and cleaned up and I said yes and she never did that. Unless you count how she filed off the skin around my fingers. Overall very disappointed and will never go back.

I told the lady it is my bridal shower and that I needed my upper lip and eyebrows waxed. She literally put HOT wax on my skin right away!!! It was scorching hot and on top of that my skin got irritated and itchy. On my bridal shower day! Oh but here is the best part! She put that same hot wax on my lips! She wiped it but the wax did not come off so it got on my teeth and Was uncomfortable. Also I tried making conversation and being nice the entire time but nothing. They talked about me, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. At the end I asked to look in the little mirror after she was done because you can see little things better and she just pointed at their big mirror and completely dismissed me. I still gave a tip and was kind but after I got home I realized I don't want anyone to have to go through this experience!

But I got the ultimate pedi and she damn near burnt my legs with the steamer then hot stones. My toes have pooling of polish at the cuticles but the real issue is my fill. One the base they used was almost clear so you can see all the fill lines. Then they filed them so thin I knew they're gonna break. And sure enough, by the time I was home one had chipped, with in another day another and this morning about three days later I was scratching my leg and my index finger nail cracked in half. This is probably one of the worst mani pedis I've ever gotten and the prices they charged were the same as the high end salons. I will not return.

Services: They seem to offer most services including the SNS dipping powder (no light required)! The services I did were SNS dip powder nails and regular pedicure, along with removals of previous set. All in all I paid about 140 with tip for everything. Michelle is a top tier technician! Without even breaking a sweat,she was training a new tech who was doing my pedicure - Thi(?) I believe was her name. Michelle even did a French tip with dip which most places can never do for me bc it's a bit hard to do with just dip! I am allergic to any gel/acrylics so I haven't been able to do any design in a while and really appreciated getting a French tip :') Michelle was efficient, used an efile so it was more gentle on my nails than hand filing, and had such beautiful clean work! Thi did my pedicure and although still seemingly to be in training she did soooo well; she has the most gentle touch even with scrubbing my calluses, this may seriously be the best pedicure I have ever had.
