If you looking for the best spa experience of your life then this is definitely NOT the place. If…read moreyou looking for your "spa fix" then perhaps. The price isn't bad, because you have access to amenities and a message. There's a NO bathing suits policy in the locker areas where you access the steam room, hot tub, pool and showers. So if you're shy/uncomfortable find another place. The Good: lots of amenities to access. Staff is attentive and open to solving issues when made aware and are generally nice. Quiet/meditative atmosphere. The Bad: THE MESSAGE: that little Korean woman beat the shit out of me. Lol. There is a form for you to complete that offer an opportunity to inform them about problem, areas, areas to avoid and etc. They completely ignored that. I received my massage on Tuesday and it's just now recovering from the pain on Saturday. Swedish vs deep tissues doesn't mean shit. I'm a chubby dinosaur, so I know a masseuse would look at me and think they would have to work harder to make an impact. That's just not how it works for me. And unfortunately the masseuse speaks little English so communicating your needs will not be possible. The more English speaking staff are at the front desk and the 1/2 individuals running around. Tips: communicate your needs for massage upfront when you pay so hopefully they are translated clear before you get to your massage. Bring your own towel. Be prepared to leave your American shyness at the door.

Bought a Groupon for women's gold package and had an amazing, relaxing day at Q sauna. The facility…read moreis a bit run down with old sofas/common area, but the spa experience definitely met the expectations. You start by checking in and receiving a shirt and a short with towels. You will remove your shoes at the entrance and walk into the woman's locker/hot spring area. There are 2 hot water pools, 1 cold pool, an infrared sauna room, and a steam sauna room. Next to the pool, there are 2 spa areas for body scrub and massage. You will probably get the most extensive body scrub experience here, leaving with baby soft skin. The oil massage was a bit rough with the Korean auntie, but you will leave feeling relaxed. There is a snow room upstairs, and multiple hot rooms such as salt and charcoal rooms. There is also a Korean restaurant in the facility which was very convenient. Food was decent, a bit on the pricy side since the portion was small. Overall, it's a place where you can easily spend hours to relax, eat a nice meal, and go home feeling refreshed!

The day before the treatment, I received a call from their receptionist informing me that the therapist preferred 90 minute slots and asked if I would be willing to update my massage from 60 to 90 minutes. Otherwise they would need to reschedule me for another slot. Their other time did not work for me. While the receptionist was very friendly and polite, the reasoning that the therapists didn't want to have empty portions in their schedules felt like a bait and switch. Essentially, asking me to spend more money with the therapist to make my visit worthwhile for them. This was frustrating especially because I had already booked a 60 minute massage with upgrades. Receptionist stated this is a known issue with their online scheduling platform, which seems idiotic issue that should be fixed for a large franchise since it significantly impacts the customer experience. This is the first time it has happened, so it's possible it is a therapist by therapists preference, but be alert that they may not be able to keep your appointment.

Lindsay did a fabulous job giving me a maternity massage! My due date is just 2 weeks away, so I've got lots of aches of pains, and she did a really great job working out the kinks. She was also very friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with her about our kids. I look forward to my next appointment with her.

This spa is unique in that they accept insurance so that they can provide a spa like service even if you're there for therapeutic massage. Other services include: Relaxation Massage Infant, Maternity and Teen Massage Foot Treatment Spa Massage Dermalogica Face and Neck Massage I received a Foot Treatment which I believe involved some reflexology technique and then a Spa Massage with a paraffin wax treatment on my hands and feet. The foot treatment started with a soak and then pressure point Massage. I was so surprised at the tension I was carrying in my feet! The spa massage was very calming and Shannon was amazing. She adjusted pressure to my comfort level and answered questions I had as she worked. The paraffin wax was new to me but left my hands and feet soft and moisturizer. Ah, a lovely day at the spa and here's where I really left feeling rested...no sales pitch on items afterwards. Thank you!
