It would be simple to stop this behavior, all they would have to do is have an employee whose job it is to make rounds and enforce the rules which are clearly posted - no sexual acts. Unfortunately there are hardly any employees around, and that is why these perverts can get away with these public sexual acts. Believe it or not, children are allowed at this spa. I am considering reporting this to the police for that reason. Now that I am here writing this review, I am seeing that there are multiple other reviews reporting the same thing. The fact that this continues to go on shows that management does not care. I will be posting this review anywhere that I can, and telling my friends and family to avoid this place.

The day before the treatment, I received a call from their receptionist informing me that the therapist preferred 90 minute slots and asked if I would be willing to update my massage from 60 to 90 minutes. Otherwise they would need to reschedule me for another slot. Their other time did not work for me. While the receptionist was very friendly and polite, the reasoning that the therapists didn't want to have empty portions in their schedules felt like a bait and switch. Essentially, asking me to spend more money with the therapist to make my visit worthwhile for them. This was frustrating especially because I had already booked a 60 minute massage with upgrades. Receptionist stated this is a known issue with their online scheduling platform, which seems idiotic issue that should be fixed for a large franchise since it significantly impacts the customer experience. This is the first time it has happened, so it's possible it is a therapist by therapists preference, but be alert that they may not be able to keep your appointment.
