I specifically requested for Theresa for my french tip nails when booking the appointment. The front desk receptionist was incredibly kind and super helpful. He offered me a drink during my appointment. The overall place was clean and bright. It is divided between pedicure section with the massage chairs and feet bath to the right and manicure area. Theresa delivered exactly what I wanted when I showed her a picture and she was quick with her work. I have a weird cuticle on my thumb and she accidentally nicked it when trimming my cuticle, but it happens. The prices weren't too bad compared to other places I've been to. I've been here twice, both times had different experiences. The first time was when they first opened and their service was great, in line with the high price point they charge. Second time was so disappointing and is discouraging me from returning. I like that they have service forms to prevent miscommunication and I like that they offer a variety of complimentary drinks. I've only gotten pedicures here so this review is solely based on customer service and experience with pedicures this second time. I made an appointment for a weekday afternoon for 3 pedicures, so when we came in, we were sat immediately after filling out their service form. There were only 2 other customers getting a pedicure when we sat down. The ladies that worked on us were all pleasant and respectful, but my issue is that none of us got a massage at all. Our pedicures felt rushed and for the price point, not worth it. We got one of the signature pedicures with option of hot rocks or paraffin, so they weren't cheap, but I guess they were compared to their deluxe pedicures that cost almost $100. Our total for 3 pedicures came out to about $230, after tips...definitely not worth it in my opinion. read more

This was my first time trying this salon, and I was so impressed!! I had stopped getting pedicures all together (I went monthly for years) because the quality of other salons kept dropping while their prices were going up. Nova did AMAZING on my toes, they look great! The leg massage was wonderful. Massage chairs were comfy with a phone charger. The complimentary drinks was a really nice touch. Between the price of the pedicure, shellac, and tip, my total was around $65. This is the first time in a long time I felt like I wasn't getting ripped off. Fair pricing and excellent service. I started out thinking my experience would be great but I had mixed emotions. I messaged them a picture and said I'd like to do this on my regular nails without acrylics if possible. They said they could do the design and it'd be $85. Didnt come with any of the regular manicure services, and they charged me $100. I had to have nails redone several times. They told me they could do it and had all the colors, they did not have all the colors. I had to repeatedly reexplain and show what I wanted. They play favorites with clients. Since they didn't offer the cuticle trimming complimentary for me (but did for the girl sitting next to me getting the same service) I asked if I could use the clipper to get the one aspect trimmed before we put Gel X on. She said she'd have to charge me and check with the manager. They did one hand of cuticle trimming for free. I told her I needed short nails because I'm on computers all day. She didnt trim the nails and it was difficult to communicate. The nails did look nice. read more

I don't typically like to chat a lot while I'm relaxing and the y really pay attention to the vibe you give. This was my first visit to the salon and while the people were very pleasant and the salon itself was clean and nice, it's been 3 days since getting my shellac manicure and 2 of my nails have no polish due to it peeling. You know how sometimes the polish is too thick, and it bubbles, that's exactly what happened here. The polish lifted near the cuticle line, and we all know what happens once it starts to peel, we pick at it! It was a waste of my time and money; I will definitely not be back. read more

I was very excited to try this new place but unfortunately, I did not like the experience. I did manicure + shellac ($40) and Deluxe pedicure ($45). Their brown towels they used for everything shed linen like crazy and they left linen everywhere on my arms, hands and nails when they wiped using them. The manicure technician had to remove the linen through the procedure and I even pulled it out before I put my hand in the light so that it doesn't get caught. Unfortunately, I found a couple of them trapped in my nails after I left. Beside this, the manicure technician was ok. The worst part was the pedicure. The manicure technician cut the side of my toe nail too deep and it hurts when I walk. She also missed painting the corners and edges of toes. She also painted my toes without the separator so I had nail polish on my skin and she did not even bother to remove them at the end. The menu said "2 hot stones" but She only used 1 stone at a time to massage, switching between right and left every few seconds. Their skills are not up to par despite their high price. I just relax with my drink, chat with the girls, and before I know it, my nails are done with precision! She always kindly makes sure my needs are heard and that I like what she's doing. She's a sweetheart. Rachel did my girlfriend's nails and they came out beautifully. She is also very talented. The pedicures are nice as well, Emma, Rachel & Cherry have done such a great job, give super nice massages, and are also detailed with your feet. I always feel so much better leaving their chair! One time, after breaking a nail, Tony offered to repair it for free, and yesterday when I went for my fill, I tried something new (Chrome) and ended up not liking it all that much. I went back and forth the past couple weeks if I wanted to write a review or not. Sometimes people have off days, but I honestly don't want anyone else to go through my experience again. So hopefully the owner sees this and trains their technicians on social skills and technical skills. On 11/13, I went in for a deluxe pedicure and deluxe manicure with shellac. The pedicure was perfectly fine and relaxing, hence giving this business any stars. However, the manicure and manicurist was a disaster of an experience. I have had many mani/pedis over the years, and have a pretty high tolerance for imperfections. As long as I'm able to relax and get a decent service, I don't complain. Unfortunately, I was unable to relax as the manicurist was conversing non-stop with me. I tried to be polite and reply, but I would also try to close my eyes to give hints that I just wanted to relax. The conversation got to the point where I was uncomfortable. After she found out I'm about 7.5 months pregnant, she told me "wow you must have been very beautiful before getting pregnant". I wasn't sure what she meant, so I clarified, "you're saying I was beautiful before becoming pregnant?" and she replied, "yes, before your body changed." WTF. I grew up in an asian household and I get that body standards are different in different cultures, and I am well aware that asians don't have the best filter, but this was a disgusting comment for her to make. I would rate the manicure itself 0/5. She was quick and distracted. I got cute and she used some glue or something to stop the bleeding, wish she asked first because just holding pressure would do the trick. She also sanded down my nail surface way too much when removing my prior gel polish, leaving my nails brittle and thin. The color I wanted on the example would've taken 3 coats, but she put on top coat before I could ask for a 3rd coat, so the color looked streaky an uneven (can see lighter spots in the photo of the last two fingers). My nails are usually strong and thick, and maybe one nail will break here or there with normal use. She even commented on how healthy my nails were. DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT come to this salon. I was visiting Seattle and decided to give this place a try. The quality of the gel manicure is the worst that I've ever seen. The place is looks nice and clean, the receptionist was very nice. However, the lady that did my nails were SUPER unprofessional. She had one airpods in and was on a phone call the ENTIRE time that she did my nails. Not only did she not soak my nails enough, she was hard core pulling my cuticles out and filling my nails. The prep work on my nails were crap, she was painting my nails AND trimming the side of my nails at the same time. she will send it to the UV light, take them out and trims the side of the nails, REPEATEDLY. The worst part of it all was you pay $15 extra for gel just for it to not last more than 5 days. The side of my nails were already coming off on day 3. HIGHLY do not recommend this place as they pay little to no attention to you. I understand $40 gel manicure is a pretty standard price and I know some places you kinda have to pick good service or good quality for $40 gel nails, but this place has NEITHER. I wish I would have been wearing my glasses because the girl that did my toes not only did a terrible job but actually forgot to paint my baby toe on my left foot! I got my nails done 3 days ago and they're already lifting. I asked my nail lady to make my nails shorter, twice and she never did. The paint strokes aren't straight and the acrylic is on my cuticle. Went in to get my acrylic nails removed and to get a classic manicure with gel polish. It is a very clean and spacious place! My nails turned out beautifully and exactly how I wanted it to be. The lady was very nice and I can tell she was trying to make it look perfect. They provide a complimentary beverage which is a nice perk with several options. I am removing one star because they did not warn me that the acetone I had to soak my acrylics in were HOT. My fingertips were burning so I had to take them out for a bit. They became even more sensitive because it also went under the UV for my gel manicure. It is still sensitive today which is the next day. If it wasn't for that, I would have given them 5 stars. I would come back to the same lady who did my nails, she was great. Just beware of the hot acetone. My fingers were not happy. read more
