I have only done pedicures. the old lady does the best job. but i find them rude. they are nice when talking to you, but not when they speak their language. I was getting what they were saying translated. you have to be careful now with the technology available. they were laughing at the polish I brought in. there was another customer that was complimenting them on their colors they were wearing. they thanked her and then talked in their language about her. My mom, friends, and I had an appointment at 9:30 for pedicures and manicures on Friday. As soon as we walked in, they rushed us to choose colors and yelled at my mom for picking up the nail color book and turning it over. We rushed to pick a color and sat in the pedicure chairs. I had been coming here off and on for about 8 years so it felt so uncomfortable to be rushed. I never had an issue before and previous appointments were pleasant. My mom requested a color on her toes and her fingers to be painted, only the tips, in the same color and they ignored her request by painting the whole nail in that color. She thought she was receiving a decent pedicure and when she got home she noticed her callouses her not removed adequately. I called the next day to let them know and they told me to tell her to "apply lotion and Vaseline after showers each day as well as come to pedicures more often." I had my dip removed and a manicure done. They rushed the manicure, didn't even soak my nails in the manicure containers, and sure a heck didn't make sure my nails were cut and buffed evenly. They definitely lost my business as well as anyone I had recommended them to. Their prices have definitely gone up, no menu of services or prices is posted like their used to be. Kelly also did the same thing to me as Shane F. said they did to his wife. I tried to give them a cash tip because that's what they said they preferred the last time I was there and she wouldn't accept it. read more

Kelly is great at doing coffin-shaped ombre nails! It's not too much about the skills, but rather my experience near the end of my visit. I had to hassle back and forth about the desired length and color, and it stinged a lot during the process of filing/shaping nails (I ended up getting several mild cuts). Their pricing is also a bit confusing. Kelly started off mine and told me that it would be $55, but the girl who finished my nails called for $60, and I'm assuming that she added on tip because I was a student and thought I wouldn't give tips? I'm super disappointed..my first time here was great and so I recommended it to friends and family. Came back 2 weeks later for a fresh manicure and now have ugly painful nails. All cuticles are peeling and/or bleeding. Thumb nails were cut so narrow on sides that I feel so much pain like the feeling of ingrown toenails but on my thumbs. My nails had perfect cuticles with zero hangnails prior to this "manicure". Its 3 days post manicure and my thumb still throbs. I have to soak it in hydrogen peroxide and hope not to get an infection. Keep in mind, my nails did not need any shaping as I just had a manicure 2 weeks prior. All I came in here for was a polish change. Super disappointed. I also noticed that when you pay via CC, your lowest option for tip is 20% which I generally have no problem giving but it is insane to be forced to tip 20% on bleeding, painful, ugly nails. read more

Wife has been going here for a long time, and they do good work. However, every time she seems to be charged more and more for the same service, and with no posted prices it's hard to know if this is legit. Last time I was waiting for her to get done I saw a woman pay $35 for a pedicure, and my wife got charged $60 for what seemed to be the same treatment when they believed she was paying with card, but then changed it to $50 when they saw her pull out cash. It's like the technicians make their own price based on how good they think you'll tip. Please put up a pricing list as most businesses do so people don't feel cheated. I will NEVER go here again! I've been telling everyone too. I only went there because my usually salon was closed on Sunday. The woman doing my nails took a really long time, almost like she was new. Not only that but she was sanding the acrylic and drilled a hole through the acrylic, through my actual nail and made me bleed! Then had to fix it so she of course had to put it in my cut! OUCH Also the gold glitter I picked out was not what I got.... At all. She painted the nail silver and put two gold sparkles on it... Ok now I'm color clashing and there's a hole in my nail. Not going back to use their service again. I made appointment on Monday for Thursday manicure, the staff confirmed that they have spot open at 5:15. When I got there, it was full and I waited for 30 minutes there. You cannot rely on the appointment made here. Very disrespectful of my time. I initially decided to drive in traffic to try out this Nail Salon because my friend "Cindy" snd several members of her family go her. Today I called & asked if they had time to do a pedicure and they stated to be there at 4pm. I promptly showed up and drove in horrible traffic to get there. When I arrived they looked at me as if I had NEVER CALLED for an Appt. And on top of that were pretty much just rude and acted like they could care less. I then called my friend who referred me to 4 Seasons and she told me to go across the street to T.T. Nails. I went to the other nail place and they treated me with respect and did a fabulous pedicure. As far as 4 season nail salon................ I would never step foot in there again and I love telling people about places where I've had bad experiences so they never waste their money on somewhere like that. read more

I've been here before and usually have no issues, but the last two times 4 seasons has not been up to my standards. the last time i came here i needed my acrylics removed and then a new set. the lady who was breaking off my acrylics was being so harsh with the clippers that she broke my real nail. i expressed my pain and my nail started to bleed, however i had no help in trying to get it cleaned off and she just said sorry and continued going. she put my bleeding nail in acetone and i winced because, OUCH, i took it out immediately because it stung like hell and she proceeded to force my hand back into the acetone, no sympathy at all for the pain i was feeling from the nail she broke. i should have left, but i let them finish and do the new set, which to date is probably one of my favorite sets i've had, which is why i decided to come back and not let that time turn me away from 4 seasons forever. today i came back, wanting some fresh nails for an important meeting i have later, and i was disappointed. when something costs additional, it's common to let the customer know first that it'll be an extra charge, and i wasn't let know. i wasn't even trying to fight the extra charge, but the lady was getting really defensive when i asked about it. as for the actual nail experience, i was left with polish on half of my fingers. what's disappointing is the fact that the lady doing my nails noticed the polish on my skin while she was still doing them, and decided to only try to remove it by scraping the spots with her own fingernail (again, ouch). it was ineffective and i was very disappointed that she let me leave the chair with my hands messy with polish. is this the 4 season standard? i don't think i'll be returning. read more

I was impressed by this place. I spent way too long going to a not so good place. Recently I decided to go to a number of different places before deciding on a place that I'll become a regular at. This was the 4th place I've tried and it's the best so far. The have very fancy chairs. They even massage your butt and legs! The remotes actually work and you can easily change the settings. The service was friendly and they seemed to have several regulars stopping in while I was there. The pedicure was really good. They spend a lot of time and they actually scrub your feet a bit. This was the first place to do that that I've been too. They also do paraffin wax which is always nice. The wax was way too hot though. They lotion, oil, scrub your legs and give a very short massage. They also offer free nail design. I also got a manicure. Both manicure and pedicure came out well. At almost every other place I've been to at least one or two nails end up with a smudge but this time I'm smudge free. It helped that they didn't rush me out and allowed for time to dry. They have my a fan for my nails and allowed me to continue sitting in the comfy massage chairs. The total cost for mani/pedi including nail design and paraffin wax $30. Definitely worthwhile. Recommend a visit to this place. read more

I booked appt on 6/15 for 2 shellac manicure on 6/18, check in time 515p. We came on time at 515pm and pick our color quickly, we were seated and waited for 40 mins, no one start working on our nails. Whats the point of making appt ahead of time then? I don't find this business valuable and worth my time. This business does not acknowledge appt made ahead of time, I regret trying this place after reading few good reviews. I came here today to get my nails done before a trip and wow I was so pleasantly surprised. This was by far the best shellac manicure I've ever gotten- the girl took her time and my small bedded nails can be very tricky but she did AMAZING! My pedicure was fantastic as well- I have an ingrown toenail that most salons just ignore but the nail lady took her time and get it out as well as asked my questions on if I was feeling any pain or if it has been bothering me. I always have Kelly do my nails - not a lot of places do the coffin shape well but she's amazing. Their pedicures are also great and reasonably priced. They never rush and always do a wonderful job. You get the sugar scrub and parrafin wax included for their basic pedicure, which is $25. I've noticed a lot of other places charge extra even for just the sugar scrub...
