There's also free parking in the garage. They have such a large selection of colors that you pick out of a book. They offer you an array of drinks and snacks. It's super clean and cute and doesn't overly smell of chemicals. I brought my daughter and her friends for her 10th birthday and they treated them so nice. They played K-pop demon hunters on the tv which is my daughter's favorite. When making the appointment, I was able to select the kid"s manicure with additional free basic designs. Affordably priced for a kid's manicure too. After they were done they had a treasure box where each girl could select a squishy, pen, or stickers. They also had an extra little prize for the birthday girl. They also gave me a beautiful rose for Mother's Day. Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend and come again! I am thrilled with my experience at Cookie Nail Salon in MLT. From the moment I walked in, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is obviously very clean. My pedicure was perfect and relaxing. My nail tech was detail-oriented and gentle. I have a corner of my nail that sometimes hurts and needs special attention. She was so careful with it and then when I left there was no pain at all where there had been previously. The nail shaping and paint job were impeccable, and this is something rare in my experiences, so rare that I usually just do my own nails. The new ownership took over in July 2025 (so keep that in mind when looking at old reviews), and they have specials for new customers including discounts. I got a complimentary paraffin treatment and a gift goodie bag on my way out. I understand some reviews about the high pricing, but I actually think for comparable service, this place is on par. What they call a classic pedicure lasts 60 mins (actually mine was 85) with superior quality everything at $60...you can pay $40 for a "classic" elsewhere, but they'll have you done in 30-40 mins and it won't be so thoughtful (or include hot stone!). For a long time, I lamented not knowing of a local nail spa where a visit feels truly relaxing and luxurious. I'm happy to say I think I've finally found one. read more

I really needed to get my nails done, I had some old soft gel nails done in a different salon that were hanging on by hope and dreams, so I called here asking if I could come in and made an appointment. Everything after that was just beyond words. We both decided to get the premium pedicure set. Stopped in for a manicure today and I was not spoken to at all during my service. I was asked for my phone number multiple times after I explained that I hadn't ever been here. I paid $30 for the express manicure and got no hot towel or massage, just trimmed, filed and painted. Not the 30 minute service that I paid for at all. Today was my first visit to Cookie Nail Salon Hau scheduled my appointment and kept me updated on timing (a nice perk in case they were running late). Upon my arrival, I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage. The staff confirmed my desired services, including cost, and helped me pick out polish colors. Heidi and Vicky worked as a team to provide both a pedicure and manicure, respectively. Both were professional and courteous, confirming each step as they went. Pricing was as confirmed...with a 20% discount as a first time customer! They also sent me out the door with a little gift bag (nail file, hand lotion, and lip balm). I had a reservation for 1:10 and didn't get into a seat for a pedi until around 2:00. The staff was friendly but clearly distracted and not able to concentrate on providing services due to how overly busy it was. She paused to answer the phone, check out customers, etc at least 6 times in my 20 minute pedicure. She would forget if she had turned on the UV light (&one time I turned it on for her when she forgot and ran to do something). I appreciate them trying to earn money but they were so busy that my experience was quite poor. I would rather they offered me to come back later for a discount than receive the inattentive service. I am pretty disappointed with the new ownership. A lot of the staff has left or isn't working on weekends. I've been coming here for years and always appreciated the atmosphere and quality. My husband and I went yesterday for pedicures and a radical gel fill for me. The person that gave my pedi didn't even massage my legs at all. The menus say that the service is now only 30 minutes (instead of the previous hour), which means quality is suffering. I then received my second radical gel fill. As I'm sitting there, I felt incredibly uncomfortable watching the music videos that were on the TV with mostly naked people. Not to mention the radio music overhead that was too loud and so many curse words. I'm not prudish at all but 100% would not ever bring my nieces there! Not to mention the entirely inappropriate conversation one of the staff was having with another customer who also felt uncomfortable. I've had polish peel off on two nails in 2 days. 2nd review August 2023. ( 2 years after first review which was a raving fantastic 5 stars. ) I am downgrading due to unfortunate changes that don't seem transitory. The staff are amazing; kind and talented at their craft. Having said that, there are concerns that trouble me. I have met three people out in the community ( people who have lovely nails so I ask where they get their nails done). When they say "Majestic" I ask them about their experience . Each has noticed the highlights below and are struggling with what to do, as am I. Nobody wants to take away business from the nail technicians. It seems they are admired across-the-board. Here are the concerns: Owner raises voice ( yells) and argues with customers. He has raised his voice to me once. Three technicians (that I can speak to firsthand) request customers bring cash tips due to history of tips made on cards " disappearing" and not making it to the technicians. Where as an occasional tardy start time is fine, the past 5 to 6 months chronically starting 10 to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time (without an apology or offer of other accomodation for the inconvenience). I am aware anyone able to experience the pampering of a nail service is fortunate. It's a first world problem to be sure. However, people do have choices, and it makes me wonder ...If a customer is on time and has no history of being late, I do not know why that can't work both ways? I want this business to flourish and thrive. The technicians are truly wonderful. I want them to know that every tip a customer makes will end up in their hands. A customer should not be inconvenienced by having to go to the cash machine before going to the nail salon in order to feel confident that the gratuity will make it into the hands of the actual service provider. For now, my choice will be to stay (loyalty to technician ) but it won't be for long if things don't change. read more

I am new to the area and looking for my new go to place for nails. I made an appointment Saturday morning and Majestic was able to take me same day at a reasonable time. They are highly responsive over Yelp and I was grateful to get an appointment. Majestic nails is very conveniently located right next to a parking garage and so I was able to park then walk 15 feet to their location. The inside of Majestic is SUPER clean. They really care about how the inside of the salon looks. I was able to pick my colors for my nails (I needed a dip manicure and gel pedicure) and I waited about ten minutes before two girls started on my feet and hands. I'm not a big fan of having my nails and feet done at the same time because it's hard for me to relax, but Cindy and Linda took their time and made sure my nails were shaped and painted right. My pedicure was OK as far as the massage, soaking etc. It didn't FEEL luxurious or pampering, but Linda made my toes look beautiful. They were shapped and cut well so overall I was happy. I am impressed that Cindy was able to give me a true almond shape and the color I picked for my natural nails is prettier than I was expecting. I would definitely come back, but preferably not on a weekend since a mom brought her two eight year old girls in and they were loud and obnoxious half the time I was there. read more
