Very happy to have found this place. Had a great pedicure about 4 weeks ago, which still looks fresh even now! Went in today for dip manicure and removal of old dip. My color was matched perfectly, exactly what I asked for. Old dip was removed with care. I also like that this place feels bright and clean. 10/10 highly recommend. read more

Leslie is the best! Quick service but never rushed, she always makes sure your nails look perfect. So many unique color options for gel to choose from as well. Cat's eye is my favorite! If you're looking for a great nails spot in North Seattle with a nice updated feel and great service and quality, this is your spot! The service here is always exceptional. It's extremely clean, everyone is friendly. I've only had pedicures here but I will say that it's pretty busy on the weekend with folks getting a variety of services, so I'd definitely call and make an appointment. Lastly... and most importantly, apparently I'm the only person who comes in for the jelly pedicure! When I call and make an appointment, they know it's me... which is also kind of fun. Don't sleep on the jelly - it's impossible to find in Seattle and it's great! read more

Holy molly, the artist completed her work of art on my nails under 1 hour without impacting the quality of work. I am so impressed at the precision! Now let's talk about the space. Nice comfy massage chairs for pedicures. Clean and modern. There are 4 parking spots right in front of the store and more along the complex. Definitely highly recommend! read more

I normally am not one to write a more constructive review to a small business but I personally didn't enjoy my experience here. I don't get my nails done often anymore but when I do, I typically expect the person doing my nails to do a decent job. The owner and most of the workers were nice and they have a lot of chairs as well as colors to choose them. The person who did my feet was fine but the older lady with glasses who did my hands probably needs some practice on using the tools (which is why I at least gave 2 stars). I've had people use the electric nail filing/drill before and accidentally hit my skin and not do it again. Instead, this lady kept the file/drill on my skin for a while until I couldn't bear it anymore and had to yank my hands away. This happened multiple times, maybe a total of 7 times and almost on every single nail. I would pull away, she'd look at me upset, and keep going. When I went to go and wash my hands, the area she kept hitting with the file/drill would sting because she ripped off the skin and caused mini cuts. I was bleeding a little in two spots. I should have told her not to do that but at the time I was just more shocked and thought she'd get the hint after I pulled away the first 3 times. I felt anxious the rest of the time she used the file/drill. Also this was the first time I got dip nails. Maybe idk what they should look like but it looks dry and like there's air pockets on the side. Once she finished with my nails she was watching the other girls so maybe she was in training? But still, I think having my skin ripped and given cuts that many times repeatedly without taking a hint is not the most fun. For almost $100, I personally don't think it's worth it. My friend came with me and hers turned out great though and she didn't get the file/drill on her skin. So maybe it was just that one lady. Maybe if you go, just ask for the younger girl she had, she was great. read more

Severely unimpressed with this salon. They charged me $80 for a manicure without touching my cuticles and a couple very poorly drawn hearts on four of my nails. She didn't even apply lotion afterward. Seemed to be rushing the entire time even though the salon was empty. They looked so bad I had to go to another salon immediately afterwards to get them fixed. I do not know how they have such high reviews. Save your time and money. Went to another salon down the road and had the best experience. I will never be coming back to this salon. read more

This is a fab nail shop in Shoreline. I get the dip powder manicure and my nails always look great and last for weeks. The owners and folx that work in the shop are always very friendly and personable. They greeted me by name on my second visit and always take the time to ask how things are going. The price point is comparable, if not better than others in the area. Definitely worth a visit! read more

Looking at the reviews, I was in desperate need of a fill and was no where near my regular spot. They took me in last minute and I was impressed with the detail and how quick the techs were with the entire process. (Yes I was watching another nearby as well) It's hard to find consistent nail techs that care about the quality of their work and you can tell these ladies do! They check for smoothness, even filing and made sure their customers were happy with them. I just love this nail bar! It's located on Aurora in a plaza with plenty of parking. I was greeted and taken care of by the owner I believe. She has a great demeanor and was very attentive. I came in for an acrylic removal and shellac toe polish removal. Now I usually get a lot of push back from other nail salons because I think they just rather spend their time doing something other than removing. I know it's not a fun job. But my acrylics (from a diff salon) were really bothering me and I really appreciate that my nail tech understood that. She removed the old acrylic and shellac in a safe manner (without damaging my nail beds). She cut my cuticles cleanly, was super detailed, and she gave wonderful leg and arm massages. Her paint job was superb- I just love a classic clean mani & pedi. The ambiance of the nail bar is peaceful. It's exceptionally clean, well-stocked, with tons of nail colors. I've been here a bunch of times before the pandemic and always had a great experience, this is my first time in a nail salon in 2 years so it is really worth a review. Appointments are easily made in the Yelp messaging system, they responded very quickly with availability. The inside has changed, instead of the original static chairs and sinks, they now have massage chairs with the circulating foot baths. Everything seemed really clean and neat. My pedicure was pretty thorough, could've used a little bit more nail shaping but the cuticle cleaning was great and massage was also good. Polish application was really well done and I also got nail art. Prices are still very competitive. This is my favorite nail salon in Shoreline by far. I've tried so many and Polish'd is still the best. read more

I love this place! Clean, friendly and always a wonderful experience. Sadly I'm moving out of state and wish I had found this salon earlier :( I've gotten several dip manicures by Nancy and each time my nails have come out looking fantastic! This is the only salon in Seattle that knows how to do a good dip manicure that lasts (trust me I've tried dozens). 10/10 recommend! read more

Great experience. Made an appointment online for the next day, super accommodating. Nancy did a great job on a full acrylic set with white tips. Extremely efficient, the entire process was 45 minutes flat and cost just under $50, which I find very reasonable. Also an awesome dumpling place next door which was a convenient surprise; you're able to place online orders mid nail session and pickup food on the way out of the parking lot. I love this place! The workers are all really sweet and they pay attention to small details. I have even come in last minute and they find time to squeeze me in and still do a great job. I came in to remove my full set because it ripped off and she mended me back together LOL. I NEVER felt any pain as she was grinding my nails down to even them out. Also, included in the manicure, they massage you and it is SO GREAT. Just as a heads up, the massage is like a shoulder and neck massage so keep that in mind. They have raised their prices a bit but it's worth the price for the services they provide. Definitely my new go-to nail salon read more

I've been disappointed the last two visits to this salon. I came to get my dip nails removed and they didn't fully remove everything and the process still damaged my nails. :( Also, I came to get my nails done yesterday and while the lady was very sweet and nice, she cut my nails really short around the ends and they're hurting me now. Also she made my big toe bleed also during my pedicure. She also filed my nails over my pants... so that didn't feel very clean. They're trying to ensure safe practices during covid which is good but it feels random. They make everyone sign a form upon entry and they even have the transparent walls but they don't use it for everyone. Unfortunately I'll have to find a new nail spot now. read more

Got acrylics for the first time and a pedi to go with! I was pampered and two weeks later my nails still look great. I used to get regular manicures a few times a year. Last year, I decided to start getting gel manicures because my hands are always in food pictures and videos on Instagram. I had a short list of places I wanted to try out and Polish'd was one of them. When I started coming, there was a change in ownership but it was so close to my house, I decided to give it a try. I've been coming here ever since! Parking is a breeze with plenty of spots in the lot. I've had more success dropping in here than other places during off peak times. You can schedule an appointment on Yelp and Nancy is very responsive. Nancy does an impeccable job on my nails. She is very detail oriented with cuticles, which is one of my problem areas. She's very nice and happy to talk or be quiet. Sometimes I'm chatty and other times I just want to stare at the TV. I'm a grown woman and I'll be honest and say that I can't stay in the lines and paint my own nails. Nancy does them perfectly! On my last trip, she asked me if I wanted to try a different polish. I usually get a regular color but have been making my way through the rainbow. This one was DND Cat Eyes Collection and I'm in love! It starts with black base coats, then a metallic color (whichever you choose), then she takes a magnet to make a pattern. Wanna know the best part? The regular price for a gel manicure is $30! If I pick a polish that is going to cost more, Nancy always lets me know ahead of time. I'm a sucker for chrome and anything a little sparkly, but not too sparkly. As I'm writing this, I realize I need to schedule my next appointment. Bottom line - Nancy is the best! read more

Made an appointment on yelp and the owner responded to me no longer than 1 hour after I asked for an availability. Absolutely love the ambiance when I arrived; the owner greeted me along with a area already set up for my appointment. My appointment took approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The owner was fast and precise with her work and made sure I liked the way she shaped my nails throughout the whole filing of the nails process. There were no problems during the appointment other than me tensing up however, every time I tensed up she politely asked me to relax. I will be coming back to get my nails done from them again, such a lovely salon and they are willing to start a conversation their clients. read more

Excellent pedicure! Very relaxing and my toes look cute again. I also had a builder gel manicure which is the best of gel polish and acrylics all in one. The builder gel protects your nails better than acrylics (less lifting, longer lasting) and is thinner and more natural looking like gel polish. I'm hooked. read more

After four plus hours of bleaching and coloring, I was told that it would be better if he cut it a certain way (showing that he knew it didn't look right) but I'd have to make an appointment because it took longer than planned. I had told him from the beginning to use stronger bleach but he ignored this. I told him I knew this from multiple experiences but he said it'd be fine. He suggested shaving a pattern in the back. I hadn't planned this but he encouraged that it would look good. I looked up images and gave him several options and told him to do the one that he felt most comfortable with but he assured me that any would turn out great. When I saw it later it looked like a toddler's drawing. When I texted him pictures of it later he never responded. In the end, I paid $230 for a frizzy, haphazardly colored, and poorly designed head of hair. To be fair, he only charged me $200, but I am a stickler for always tipping well no matter what. I had sent them pictures, I asked if they could do it, I did not go there with higher expectations than what was promised. Now I will never go back and I encourage you not to make the same mistake that I did.

Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, unhygienic, and uncomfortable.
