Unfortunately I'm updating this once 5 star review, to 3 stars. I'm saddened by this because I don't feel it's the owner Amy's fault. I think she deeply needs more and better staff to help her out. Because her quality isn't the same. Sadly though, my nails are just not the lasting strong quality I use to get from this salon. This time it was just too important. I was getting my nails done (at the time I didn't know, for an upcoming engagement) and it's not even a week later and my nails are already loose near my nail bed and coming up. I want to like this salon, but I may not be back for awhile for myself.

I came here on a whim, because I was on my way to a lunch and had some spare time--& I'm glad I did because everything about this place was "almost perfect". I originally went here because their prices were lower than their competitors--But I quickly learned that what you see online is incorrect! they're actually slightly more expensive than the average place. Not for any reason other than selection. A bunch of colors for gel, and three extra spa pedicures, but nothing special. the reason why I've rated them so high was because they were friendly, clean, and I got a great pedicure! I can bypass anything, if my pedicure at the end is great! No shipping on the polish and even the polish job was beautiful. My favorite thing was that they had access to the aerosol spray that dries polish quickly and this is something that I appreciate more than anything else! I will be going back and try and one of their spa pedicures. I will update the review as well.

Came her Sunday morning with really a badly done set of acrylics done down in California. Amy and the girls did a wonderful job removing the nails and giving me SNS that I absolutely love! I have been here in the past, usually just for waxing because they do a really good job and are fairly priced. This was only my second time getting nails done and both times I have left extremely satisfied. The ladies here are always professional, efficient, and very friendly. For all the work I needed done on my nails this trip, the price was very reasonable and they didn't try to push extras on me, which I appreciated. Thank you so much, Lavish Nails!

My $37 mid-choice pedicure was at best "okay." They had one tech doing pedicures, so as soon as another customer came in wanting one, rather than ask her to wait, they sat her nearby. At that point the race was on. Once my nails were painted, I was rushed off to the front of the salon to sit in a non-massaging chair and stick my feet binder a filthy drier unit. It was an uncomfortable experience. However, this was my return after not patronizing this salon for over two years because the last time here was less than positive. My foot/calve massage was no longer than two minute in totality, one minute of which was with the magical warm stones (supposed to be hot). The skin grater device was aggressively employed with a vengeance I have never experienced, and am grateful to have survived. Not a relaxing environment. TV blaring, lots of activity. It's a mail painting processing factory, to which aI was just one more head of cattle being herded through.

Purple shellac! Hope it lasts ...

This is the absolute best nail salon you could ever go to! I've been going to lavish nails for 3 years now and will go for the rest of my life, I dont trust anyone else with my nails! Everyone there is incredibly hard working and talented. Amy always makes time for me to come in and gets me in and out! I'm constantly blown away by how amazing my nails look and get compliments often. The color, shine, shape, everything is perfect. They will make your nail dreams come true. This place is the BEST!! I couldn't recommend this place enough, you must go!

Went in to have a dip color change and to have some redone because they had lifted completely from a previous place i had them done 2 weeks earlier. I had to go back and search when i actually went in because i am in shock at how strong and how long they have lasted. My actual transaction date was Sunday March 27, 2022. I usually go somewhere that's 30 mins away from my house but was feeling super lazy because i was starting a new job the next day at an airlines and our nails need to be well kept, either no polish and trimmed or polished and certain color ranges that aren't crazy and natural lengths. Lavish nails is just up the street so i called in and they got me set up to come in 30 mins later. I was honestly expecting not expecting much.... The usual... for the actual dip color to start lifting and breaking off my nail around 1 1/2- 2 weeks. This would be about the start of my on the floor training where we are lifting suite cases ranging up to 50+ lbs. ... NOT THE CASE!! It is now May 8... 6 weeks later and they are still solid!! The grow out of my nails is what is having me needing to get them redone instead of them breaking which is an actual first!! I use my hands everyday to lift and pull ranges of suite case sizes as well as clean my house up after a 5 year old.. i can't not tell you how many times i have had that moment where i was pull on a suite case handle and it slipped and my first thought was "that nail just broke for sure" ( if you have had your nails done I'm sure you know what i am talking about) but NOPE! They are CEMENT! I have never left a review on a nail salon i think but honestly have been telling everyone about them because of how impressed i am! I am attaching a photo... the navy is a color i painted over because i found out 2 weeks later the lighter blue color may have not been in the companies "approved" colors so don't kind that.

Wow, this place is amazing. I had the greatest experience. I went there to remove my shellac manicure. The service was excellent, so I decided to do a gel manicure. She took her time, she put all her energy on her work. I love it. Shape is perfect, color is perfect, at the end she made a nice message, and also used hot stones. Nothing like compared to the place that I used to go in Bellevue. At the beginning they were good but later they're doing like a robot, by trying to be quick, service is poor with no hand message. But anyways. I'm glad that I tried this new place! Thank youu

This place had a lot of reviews and seemed like a good place to go, but now I'm writing a review to WARN OFF OTHERS! I came in with a simple photo and asked if they could do it, and they said yes. The process began and the nail shape couldn't be perfected after many attempts, so then the owner of the salon had to take over. As the process kept going the owner got so frustrated with me because I mention that some nails didn't have the same shape and made a sigh out loud and snapped at me. And THEN To what seemed like she was done with my nails , I had asked if she was going to cut my Cuticles because they were all pushed up and not flush looking. I spent 2 HOURS THERE and I left very unhappy and felt so uncomfortable with the way they treated me there. DO NOT GO HERE IF U WANT GOOD QUALITY NAILS!!!

SNS is the best!

An older woman did my pedicure and accidentally put regular polish on instead of gel -- they offered to fix it but I declined, no big deal. Entire pedicure was very quick and for $39 I wouldn't recommend. Meanwhile my friend's dip removal was left on way too long, and she said her nails started falling apart. Then I was moved to the regular station for my manicure, and the woman was INCREDIBLY slow and drilled way too long and too hard, right on my cuticles. I actually turned to my friend and said "this hurts." After she was done with the basics, the other woman working stepped in to a) fix what she had done and then b) did my design (one nail per hand). We were there for almost THREE hours, but their pricing is the biggest kicker -- nowhere on their website do they have the price of dip removal listed if you're getting a manicure with it. Their website says "Dip removal w/o manicure $20" (which is the highest I've ever seen, I've been to ~10 salons in the area and have never been charged more than $10). We were shocked when we went to check out. My friend's total for just her hands was $77 before tip -- $14 for dip removal (for 4 full nails, and a few that were very chipped), $10 for a design (one nail per hand) and $53 for a dip manicure. My total was $106 before tip -- $39 for a quick pedicure, $14 for dip removal on four nails and a design on one nail per hand, $53 for a dip manicure. This was the most ripped off we've felt in a long while and we're monthly dip manicure girls. Edit: 8 days after the dip manicure and a finger already chipped.

There's also free parking in the garage. They have such a large selection of colors that you pick out of a book. They offer you an array of drinks and snacks. It's super clean and cute and doesn't overly smell of chemicals. I brought my daughter and her friends for her 10th birthday and they treated them so nice. They played K-pop demon hunters on the tv which is my daughter's favorite. When making the appointment, I was able to select the kid"s manicure with additional free basic designs. Affordably priced for a kid's manicure too. After they were done they had a treasure box where each girl could select a squishy, pen, or stickers. They also had an extra little prize for the birthday girl. They also gave me a beautiful rose for Mother's Day. Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend and come again! I've already made another appointment. :)

The best part of this nail salon was the nail tech Justin, who apparently no longer works there…read more Honestly, I should have taken that as a sign. My first visit started rough. I came in asking for a gel builder fill with an ombré design and brought a reference photo. Instead of confidently executing the look, the nail tech kept asking me which colors and techniques she should use. I'm not a nail tech. That's literally why I came to a salon. At one point, it became almost all hands on deck. A lovely woman sitting next to me even tried helping the tech figure it out because she could see how stressful and awkward it was becoming. The atmosphere overall already felt chaotic. I remember another woman there with her daughter who had clearly been waiting a very long time and was visibly frustrated. At some point we all just kind of laughed and tried to make the best of it because the experience was so disorganized. Thankfully, Justin stepped in and completely saved the appointment. He was phenomenal. Super personable, incredibly talented, and clearly experienced. We laughed the entire appointment, and he absolutely nailed the set. It was genuinely one of the best nail experiences I've had. Four weeks later, I called back specifically to book with Justin and was told he had "left the profession." Justin, if you actually just moved salons and happen to read this, please tell me where you went because I will follow you there immediately. Unfortunately, my refill appointment this time was a mess. I asked for a simple fill, one solid color, and the same almond shape I already had. Instead, the tech kept filing my nails shorter and shorter trying to "fix" the shape, turning them more oval by the minute. I finally had to ask her to stop because my nails had become painfully short. At one point she abruptly stopped working on my nails altogether, and I sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for someone else to finish the job. What made the experience even worse was hearing the staff switch languages while talking and laughing back and forth about "the ombré nails." It was uncomfortable, unpleasant, and incredibly unprofessional. I left disappointed, frustrated, and with nails much shorter than I wanted. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend this salon. Save yourself the trouble and find wherever Justin went instead.
