I googled a nail salon close to me and Bliss showed up. I took a chance and am so glad I did! I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the spa. Everyone was very friendly. The place was spacious and decorated cute, complete with a Bliss flower wall I got an SNS manicure and pedicure. They have one pedicure available- no hemming and hawing over which to get. My toes are taken care of and perfectly happy. My nails are GORGEOUS!! Jennifer was sweet and methodical in taking care of me for both. She didn't mind when I changed my mind suddenly and was more than happy to be artistic (picture attached). I went with fun but simple and she threw in the perfect amount of flair. Definitely check this place out- you won't regret It!

The service here is great! The workers are very nice and willing they talk they make sure to ask if it's good and if you like it before moving on. Usually there isn't a wait and when you walk in they are ready. I recommend this place!

7days of shellac

Trying to find clean salon nearby home and ended up here. First of all, it is tricky to find it cause the signage is same color as the jiffy lube so i thought the whole corner was jiffy lube. Got shellac removal and new one. It took 1:30minut to get this one. I only did 1 color nothing special. Also, the color i chose was way off of what it looked like. Nail technician said cuz it faded. Also, it chipped after 1 week. Mine always lasted at least 2 weeks. Also, n.technician got all the nail kit from her desk not sanitized one.

I have had some bad experiences with different salons and my husband has witnessed my frustration and disappointment so, for Mother's Day, he got me an acrylic and pedicure, plus a facial. This review is gonna be focused on the mani-pedi. First of all, the gal checking me in was very rude to me and that put a big downer on my day out without the kids. Then, my pedicure is below average, but it's not as annoying as the fingernails because I don't see it all the time. The acrylics and gel polish... ugh. I showed a picture of what I wanted (will post some pictures of what I got vs what I wanted). She said, yes, of course she ca do that. I asked a few times for a fix but then I realized the skill just wasn't there so I decided to just roll with it and make the best of it. As I left (after paying $90 plus tip for the nails), I realized that the more I looked at them, the more I hated them. Got home and had dinner and I just had to go to Sally's beauty to get some gel polish to try and fix as much as I could. Now, I'm spending more money and what was supposed to be a nice afternoon for myself has tuned into a hassle because I can't stand to look at my hands, so I spend my evening trying to make them more bearable. Oh, and I don't know if the pandemic has made me more aware of things, but it just seems like nail salons just don't sanitize their stuff between clients.yup Very disappointed. Hopefully I find a place that can be my go to place because

It's small but my index finger nail is chipped 1 day after getting them done.

I really wanted to love this place. The girls were super nice, the salon is also so much cleaner than most which I love. When you walk in you get the feel of being in a place to be pampered not just a place to get your nails done because it's just part of your routine. My experience in the salon was great. Unfortunately my polish chipped one day after I got them done. I tried calling a couple of times but couldn't get an answer. I haven't even made it 2 weeks and I've had to file off chipped ends on all but 2 nails. Super bummed.

HOURS after leaving salon my nails chipped, by 24 hours they were peeling off. Additionally, during the appointment I had to ask the tech to redo a nail because it was obviously super thick looking, and got two cuts from how harshly the nail tech was filing. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever.

My sister and I have been trying to find a salon for manicure and pedicures. This salon is clean and professional. I typically have manicure and pedicure. I didn't feel pressure to overspend and I had the best experience and outcome. lily did my pedicure and she did a wonderful job and I was satisfied with her attention to detail Amy did my manicure and I think the "cat eye" polish was a little bit challenging for her. Mine didn't look anything like my sister's and hers was amazing. Maybe I'll stick to French tip manicures. My manicure wasn't too bad. It still looks nice. I just went out of my comfort zone. We will definitely be back. Hopefully it get my sisters manicurist. Wish I knew her name. lol I'm also considering of getting my eyebrows done.

If you looking for the best spa experience of your life then this is definitely NOT the place. If…read moreyou looking for your "spa fix" then perhaps. The price isn't bad, because you have access to amenities and a message. There's a NO bathing suits policy in the locker areas where you access the steam room, hot tub, pool and showers. So if you're shy/uncomfortable find another place. The Good: lots of amenities to access. Staff is attentive and open to solving issues when made aware and are generally nice. Quiet/meditative atmosphere. The Bad: THE MESSAGE: that little Korean woman beat the shit out of me. Lol. There is a form for you to complete that offer an opportunity to inform them about problem, areas, areas to avoid and etc. They completely ignored that. I received my massage on Tuesday and it's just now recovering from the pain on Saturday. Swedish vs deep tissues doesn't mean shit. I'm a chubby dinosaur, so I know a masseuse would look at me and think they would have to work harder to make an impact. That's just not how it works for me. And unfortunately the masseuse speaks little English so communicating your needs will not be possible. The more English speaking staff are at the front desk and the 1/2 individuals running around. Tips: communicate your needs for massage upfront when you pay so hopefully they are translated clear before you get to your massage. Bring your own towel. Be prepared to leave your American shyness at the door.

The facility…read moreis a bit run down with old sofas/common area, but the spa experience definitely met the expectations. You start by checking in and receiving a shirt and a short with towels. You will remove your shoes at the entrance and walk into the woman's locker/hot spring area. There are 2 hot water pools, 1 cold pool, an infrared sauna room, and a steam sauna room. Next to the pool, there are 2 spa areas for body scrub and massage. You will probably get the most extensive body scrub experience here, leaving with baby soft skin. The oil massage was a bit rough with the Korean auntie, but you will leave feeling relaxed. There is a snow room upstairs, and multiple hot rooms such as salt and charcoal rooms. There is also a Korean restaurant in the facility which was very convenient. Food was decent, a bit on the pricy side since the portion was small. Overall, it's a place where you can easily spend hours to relax, eat a nice meal, and go home feeling refreshed!

I came in requesting bright, blended, neutral (not brassy) highlights with clean face-framing pieces. The result was uneven, with visible brassiness, harsh lines at the root, and poor blending throughout, particularly around the face. During the service, while my hair was already partially foiled, my stylist shared that she had primarily been working in waxing and had not been actively doing hair. This was unexpected, especially since I booked based on her profile listing 15 years of experience in hair and color. To the salon's credit, I returned for a correction. However, the second service did not resolve the issues and left the color still inconsistent and not what I requested. I paid $300 for my service and $200 for my daughter, who also experienced uneven results. We are now in a position where both services require professional color correction elsewhere, which will cost several hundred dollars more. I gave the salon an opportunity to correct the work, but the final outcome did not meet expectations.

However, partway through my shellac manicure, she was sent to do a pedicure for another customer. Another woman, who seemed to be the owner, stepped in with no introduction or explanation and just continued the service. I had asked for an almond-square shape, but she did a square shape instead, which wasn't what I wanted. I decided to let that go at the time. Unfortunately, the shellac started chipping just two days later, and another nail chipped on day 7. Normally, my shellac lasts over two weeks without issue, so I was really disappointed in the quality. Overall, I appreciated the convenience and the quick seating, but the communication, attention to detail, and durability of the manicure fell short.

The lady who did my nails was friendly but It took 4 hours to do this set of nails and a pedicure.. They started lifting the next day and breaking off the day after that. These pics were taken 2 days after I got them done. I'm a stay at home mom so my nails usually last at the very least 2 weeks. These are the ugliest nails I've ever had but after taking up half of my day I was ready to just get out of there. The nail polish is super thick in certain places and this was supposed to be cat eye polish which I paid extra for. They also charged 15 dollars to do my cuticles and as you can see my cuticles are not done. This was a very expensive lesson.
