I walked in on a Thursday looking to get a Shellac pedicure done and was seated right away! The nail technician was very friendly and efficient and did my toes exactly as I asked. The space was quiet and relaxing and also very clean! I definitely will be returning to get another pedicure done by Adora Nails & Spa. I came in as a walk-in on a Sunday and was really glad the salon was open since most others are closed that day. I was seated right away, and the first technician was friendly and welcoming. However, partway through my shellac manicure, she was sent to do a pedicure for another customer. Another woman, who seemed to be the owner, stepped in with no introduction or explanation and just continued the service. I had asked for an almond-square shape, but she did a square shape instead, which wasn't what I wanted. I decided to let that go at the time. Unfortunately, the shellac started chipping just two days later, and another nail chipped on day 7. Normally, my shellac lasts over two weeks without issue, so I was really disappointed in the quality. Overall, I appreciated the convenience and the quick seating, but the communication, attention to detail, and durability of the manicure fell short. read more

I came here for Valentine's Day because my normal salon was booked and my fiancé was taking me on a surprise weekend getaway. This is the absolute worst salon experience I've ever had. The lady who did my nails was friendly but It took 4 hours to do this set of nails and a pedicure.. They started lifting the next day and breaking off the day after that. These pics were taken 2 days after I got them done. I'm a stay at home mom so my nails usually last at the very least 2 weeks. These are the ugliest nails I've ever had but after taking up half of my day I was ready to just get out of there. The nail polish is super thick in certain places and this was supposed to be cat eye polish which I paid extra for. They also charged 15 dollars to do my cuticles and as you can see my cuticles are not done. This was a very expensive lesson. read more

Adora nail and spa For someone who has been picky about nails salons and how sanitary everything is.. Adora Nail & Spa has been the go to place to take myself and my girls. We have been coming here since they opened. Very friendly and clean. They have never had a problem fitting me and my girls in. One of my daughters loves designs and specialty Nails. the art work has always been amazing and impressive. They were able to accommodate our walk-in visit. My daughter and I wanted to get manicures and pedicures. It was our first visit to this location. It was clean and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The service was quick and efficient. Love the massage chairs as well. Was not told at the time I made my fill appt that there was new ownership. I did not like the quality of my nails under the new owner. They are sloppy, bumpy, the polish is uneven, the shape is off and nails are uneven. I miss don and his top notch quality. He did so amazing. The pedicures are still being done by the same gals, and they are great. I will never get my nails or a fill here again though. read more

New owner lacks customer service skills and I'm not even sure if she's a licensed nail tech. She applied the acrylic super sloppily, the shaping was the worst Ive ever seen, and when I tried to ask her to fix them she became very rude. I usually am not too picky but I don't even know how she would be okay with a client walking out with my nails looking the way they did. The whole experience was so upsetting that I told her I was going to end my appointment after she refused to fix the shaping any further. Luckily, another tech spoke up and kindly offered to fix my nails but tbh they still look pretty bad. Prices have increased under new ownership, but does not reflect the skills or customer service they provide. read more

Wish I knew where the original owners went....called to schedule a fill, was never told there was a change of ownership; arrived for my appointment to see a "new management" sign. I had only been to Don a couple times, but had finally felt like I had found the nail tech I was completely happy with. Probably the worst fill I've ever had....nails are bumpy, thick around the cuticles, painted terrible....the list goes on. Just wish I would have known going in....felt like they should have told me to expect a different tech....not happy! read more

Super bummed. 4 nails chipped after 3 days. Paid extra for dip powder and it only last 4 days? I live in Olympia so I am out of luck for any remedy unless they decide to refund my friend who paid. I do not care how great the salon is - I pay money to have nails that last . If I wanted nails that chip in four days I would do them myself for free. Super bummed. read more

First timer and I was pleasantly surprised! My stepdaughter and I came here on a whim for gel manicure and pedicures and we both left feeling relaxed and pampered. Foot massage was great, hot stones and wax I'm doing every time, lots of color options, length of massage for feet and hands felt appropriate, very nice people, and we got right in! Ann and Bella helped us and I liked them both very much. The price is higher but I'm very happy with all the services, so I didn't mind it. I love this place! The nicest staff, who obviously care about and love their work. Pedicures are super relaxing and they have a huge choice of colors. The gel shellac manicures always look so good and last more than two weeks!!! 10/10 recommend if you're in the area. read more

I am so impressed by the excellent work that Don and Maya do at Adora Nails. They are the owners. I have tried several salons in the area, 4 to be exact and none of them do as good a job as Adora Nails. I have my nails done every 3 weeks and I am very particular about how they are done. Don is perfect at placing the polish close to the cuticle. I don't want to look like I need a new manicure in a week after getting it done. He also does a professional smooth coat. No bumps or dips. The pedicures are excellent too. And they are reasonably priced. read more

amazing staff and service! I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a pedicure, manicure or acrylics. Brought My mother here for mother's day and she got a pedicure while I got French nails. The women doing my mothers pedicure took her time giving her a massage which made my mom extremely happy. My nails turned out beautiful and the prices are extremely affordable! Very unhappy with this place. This was my first time at this location and I was getting my nails filled and they ripped my nail two times. It took three different people to finally finish my nails and the whole process of me sitting took two hours and it wasn't even busy. The nails started coming off 24 hours later. It's been like three days and I only have three nails left. Went in to remove them and they said it would be too painful to remove. Highly dislike this place and some of the employees are very unfriendly. read more

The salon is cute and I came in on a very rainy Wednesday. I was literally the first and only person there. I got the deluxe mani and pedi... cost me $$60! There was a woman working on my pedi and then a man started working on my nails--- well 15 mins in they had a walk in so he rushed through my nails... so he could take his walk in.. needless to say it showed. My cuticles are a mess... and this is not something that happens to my cuticles. He didn't clean them well enough and didn't pay enough attention. Also my nails chipped the next day. They use cheap top and base coats. I wear regular polish all the time and they last at least 3 days. They were trying to talk me into shellac. My pedi was okay--- she cut into the corners of all my toenails even though I don't and have never had ingrown nails--- this is actually how ingrowns form... no good. I also got an underarm wax and she definitely didn't get all my hair... it was definitely long enough I haven't touched my underarms in 2 months since I'm pregnant. read more

I got a pedicure here and it was great. When you come in you fill out a little form and pick which oils and scrubs you want. I picked the paraffin wax dip with the deluxe pedicure. The cuteness of everything and the very nice people that work there will keep me going back. read more

This is the second time I've come into Adora and I couldn't be happier. The staff is quiet but friendly. They rock my pedicure and did an good job on my acrylics the first time. Today I went in with 3 broken nails and the rest crooked and Don was able to do a fill, I walked out with the best set of acrylics I've ever had in 5 years. Only $30 with a fill, 3 replacements and Gel polish. This place is amazing read more

This place is AMAZING!!! I went there for my first time today and got a pedicure and the SNS dip for my nails and I am so impressed. My fiancé and I moved to Everett in August and I've tried so many nail salons and always end up leaving unhappy with my nails. They are so friendly, helpful and the salon is incredibly clean and relaxing. And the prices are super decent too! Would highly, highly recommend! They also give a great massage when you're getting a pedicure which is like half the reason I get pedicures. read more

I came in for the first time yesterday 04/06/19 and let me just say that it was the best experience I've had. I used to go to Avalon inside of Everett Mall & I was never satisfied with the way they did my pedicure. First, at Adora, when I first walked in I was immediately approached and sat down. Everyone was so nice to me. They had complimentary drinks for you but I declined haha. They do way more than what Avalon does. She cleaned up my toes and the paint was very nice and clean. Tiffany was the one who was giving me a pedicure and she was so nice. She conversed a little which is what I like since I don't really like talking much. This is my new favorite spot, I'll definitely be coming back!! read more

She is very professional and a perfectionist as well. She really took her time with mapping out my brows and also making sure that I was happy with the shape. She also was very informative and walked me through each step before, during, and after. Love how she also checked up on how my brows were healing too. She is so proud of her work and it shows! Though the booking process had changed slightly since my last appointment at Beauty Elite Co., the company culture set by the staff had always been super engaging, inclusive and rewarding! I had the pleasure of assisting my friend who spoke English as her third language throughout her service. In the end, my friend felt knowledgable and trusting about the whole process despite the language barrier. The staff really took extra steps to make sure their level of professionalism was high quality. I've seen how well Emily is able to adapt to create perfect brows on different faces.
