I originally got my lashes done right before prom, but was not really content with the results.. so i assumed it was just the shape of my eye or the amount of eyelashes I had. Mackenzie is by far the best at lashes! She is meticulous with her work and makes sure it comes out perfect every time. The spa she works out of is super cute and her work station is very comfortable. She uses great quality products, and the lashes last a really long time. In fact, the first time I got them done by her I immediately scheduled my fill for 3 weeks out (the average time), and I actually had to reschedule a few weeks later because they were still looking great! I started seeing MacKenzie after having a poor experience at a larger lash boutique. I was tired of being treated like a dispensable bag of money, and wanted to see a private specialist who really valued my business and put in the time and effort to make my lashes look beautiful. A friend recommended her, and almost 3 years later, I won't see anyone else. She clearly values each and every one of her clients and takes the time to evaluate eye shape, lash type, lash health, and care routines of each client to make sure we get optimal, long lasting results! Mackenzie is not only a talented lash artist, she is an amazingly sweet and kind soul. Before finding her, I had gone to two different lash artists. I left with swollen, puffy, and itchy eyes each time, and the lashes never lasted. I was frustrated. I have dry eyes/skin, so I've noticed that lashes can make my eyes/skin puffy, swollen, and itchy in general. I came to Mackenzie with my issues and she was able to accommodate to my needs so I wouldn't have these problems anymore. I was worried I would have to stop lashes altogether but since switching to her, those problems have gone away! She puts her clients first and cares about her clients comfort and happiness. I found Macklash through social media. Initially didn't see diverse ethnicity eyelashes, but decided to give them a shot at adding me eyelash extensions. Anisa, DIDN'T DO GOOD JOB the eyelashes were VERY THIN, UNAESTHETIC for a promotional offer. After applied her team member kept interrupting persuading me they look great and that she did her best. The promotion listed volume mega and classic included. They CLAIMED to given me a classic look despite me telling her I wanted a full volume look. Makenzie and Anisa insisted I come back and PAY MORE WITHIN 2 weeks!! And both women AMBUSH me with UNSOLICITED ADVICE. I have a more glorifying look with glued on drug store eyelashes. Also they gossip about most clients BE CAREFUL new clients for Anisa and Makenzie (the Misjudgment as well as the QUALITY of lashes from Macklash. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for they'll Manipulate the idea of lashes into irrelevant sub-categories then give you MEDIOCRE Eyelashes upon their decision. Especially if they doesn't like you much upon arrival. I also asked for a follow up appointment to only discuss the lash unlikeness in person since they fell off within one week. Holy crap!!!! This was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Mackenzie is one of the sweetest most genuine people I have ever met. She really takes the time to teach her clients about what she is doing, how the process works, and after care. I appreciate on a whole other level how clean she is and the effort she puts into her work. I have an autoimmune disease and have gone to places where people are sick and coughing and I sometimes will walk out. Mackenzie where's a mask which takes her to a whole other level as a lash artist. That might not be a big deal to some but that means the most to me who can get sick and be in the hospital by someone sneezing on them. Her bed is so comfortable (pretty sure I fell asleep twice) and she always checked to make she so was comfortable. I was never once in pain or had any discomfort which I can't say for my other lash experiences.
