I went to have my eyebrow and eyeliner permanent make-up touched up as it had been 5 years since I had the work done. Also to have my lips defined and shaded. Pam is the best! My brows and liner are renewed and look amazing. Well, they will need to heal first! Pam was very concerned about managing any pain and had to constantly add more topical numbing as I don't get the same numbing effect most do. She was very attentive. On to lips. She did a beautiful job and made every effort to slow the process to allow my lips to get and stay numb. It was a lot of work for her! I will know more once my work heals, but I've been through the eyebrow and liner process before and know it will be perfect! And I have every confidence the lip work will be exactly what I hoped for! Pam Neighbors has to be the best of the best. Usually you would have to follow one of her expertise to another part of the world. I'm beyond surprised she is in my own county let alone ten miles away from my home. Pam is the one you wish you could have been. I did my lower eyeliner with Pam earlier this yr. She did a great job, exactly what I wanted. The process is very comforting, starting from a warm consultation, ending with all the instructions and materials for post care. I went back again for eye brows. This time Ran did it. Again she did a great job. We didn't have a consultation session this time. We could have spent some time talking about the end result I wanted and looking at some images. However the room with images and computer is in another room being used by another client. I wish this discussion could have been better. But the end result was good and I am happy with. read more

I love my tattooed eyeliner I got from Pam three years ago. I've never needed any touch up, the color has lasted and her consultation is thorough. She is worth every penny. Cosmetic tattooing is not the time to go cheap, people. Pam has over 20 years experience and I recommended her to all my clients that inquire about it. One of my friends from my gym needed corrective tattooing for bad brows she got 10+ years ago: too small of a shape, the color faded to brown/pink. It wasn't flattering at all. Terrific new non-laser tattoo removal process! Pam is an excellent tattoo artist as you can tell by her portfolio, but she's great at a new tat removal process, too. She is working on two large colored tats I have on my arms using a new technique not involving laser or incisions. The first session went well, and I can't wait to see the results of the second session. What makes her great is that she is all about getting results that the customer wants. Do your research...this is your faced after all...I chose Pam after quite a bit of research for two reasons....her portfolio and her years of experience. When I looked at other people's work it looked like they gave every one a standard "stamp" of eyeliner and eyebrows...well not every ones face is the same. I recently began filling in my brows, and everyday my teenage daughters or husband pointed out how uneven (and basically horrible) they looked (we encourage honesty in our home. Their opinions were solicited by me!).While I am usually an impulsive buyer, getting permanent make-up on my eyebrows was something I was going to take my time with in researching. I went to Pam for a consult after reading all the reviews about her and looking at her webpage and portfolio. During my consult Pam answered every single question I had with professionalism, and gave me additional info that I hadn't thought of to ask. I decided to go for it! Pam made me very comfortable, making sure I was sufficiently numbed before putting the needle to my face. Throughout the process she asked if I was ok, and when the numbing compound began to wear off she reapplied it.
