I used to go here a lot to get my nails done; but lately I realized how awful their service is here. I wanted just a color change and after the drying process, a piece of dust got into my nail and I asked for them to redo it. I was taken by another worker; an old lady to be exact, who didn't even care to fix the problem. Instead - she made my nail look even worse by just adding a massive clump of white nail polish to my nail. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time and not be given the good service you expect. read more

I came in at about 3:00 pm on Saturday, December 2nd. As I walked in. Y'all were busy and one woman asked my name then two women decided the time for me to come back. Then one of the women made an appointment with me for me to come back at 5:00 pm and I agreed to the appointment. So I came back at the agreed time and one woman asked me to wait because they were busy again, so then I sat there for about 15 minutes when another woman had just come into the salon to get her nails done too. The woman was then taken back to a chair and given service right away while I was still waiting for service. So I left because I was disregarded when they gave another woman service before me when I had been patiently waiting. read more

I normally go to a nail salon in Lynnwood, but I had the day off, live in Everett, and was looking for something close by, so I came here. I had two broken nails and needed a fill. My shape is a short, coffin. Everything was okay except she asked if I wanted to keep the shape. I said yes, and she started talking to her coworker in her native tongue. I never assume they're talking about me, but she said something, something "shape", something something. Who knows but suspicious. I don't care, as long as they do my nails correctly. Well she didn't. She put on the two new ones and both were obviously longer and thicker than the other ones. Ok, whatever. I asked very politely if she could make them the same, and she takes the electric tool and shortens it to my skin basically. Now it's SHORTER than the other one, and is no longer a coffin shape. I ask her to thin it out, she does, and it still doesn't match but at this point, she obviously is just trying to get me out of the chair (there were other people who walked in) so it's fine. I'll fix it when I get home. I always tip, so $50 for a mediocre fill with a rushed lady. And she wasn't gentle at all. My fingers are sore. read more

Lady did my boyfriends nails and accidentally cut too deep we asked them for a clear coat many times and they never did that either when I went and asked the lady for a discount for his nails she said the cut wasn't a big deal. Very rude. However the women who did mine was super sweet and gentle. We still tipped them as well. read more

I have been coming to this place of and on for years even though they have new management I still big think this is the best place to get your manicure done or shellac. I'm m not a fan of the pedicure procedure here or the lotion i do bring my own but I like that they pay attention to trim all the dead skin off and they're very detailed when it comes to removal of cuticles and I have never been hurt here. read more

I used to love this salon. But my last two trips haven't been too great. I always call ahead to make sure they will have time to work on me. I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait 15-20 mins before the services began. I had two family members with me and we all were very displeased with the quality of work we received. They were pretty busy and they rushed on all of us. I HATE being rushed on. I won't be going back to this salon if this is the way they treat their customers. read more

I found this salon a few months ago after my old salon closed down. I'm very picky about how my nails are done. They do a great job with the Nexgen nail dip and shellac. I've always been welcomed and never waited for a full set or pedicure. The ladies have gotten to know me and care to ask about my family and daughter who I often bring with me every time I go. They give me a manicure in between each new set and never charge me extra. They take great care of me and my daughter. read more

I got a nail fungus that came from this business. I have had to see my doctor and pay for a prescription that I have to apply daily for 90 days. I will lose my nail with pain. I'm not able to recommend Diamond Nails to anyone. Nice people, but they need to sterilize better and use plastic inserts in the foot bath for each client. I have been advised to use my own polish and that seems like a good idea for anyone. read more

I don't have much money and the only thing I splurge on is my nails because my nails are weak and break and my fingertips are very sensitive, so the acrylics protect them. I have been to this salon before a few years back with two family members (mani-pedis). Even though they weren't busy, they couldn't seem to get all three of us done near the same time and usually one of us would have to wait 30-40 minutes for the last person to finish, even if we made appointments for the same time. So, we stopped going there. Today I was in need of a nail fill. The technician asked if I wanted the same shape I had right then and I said yes, that the shape I currently had was perfect for me (mainly square with the very upper edge of the sharp corners rounded off so they aren't sharp, but square). She asked if I wanted them shorter and I said yes, about half off. Well... the shape of my nails now are a weird almost oval with a flat top (I guess this is "square") which has removed some of my protection for my fingertips that I usually had because of the shape of my nails being the basic square, with the sides just straight up and down, not oval or round like now. and they are so short I can hardly see ANY nail when I looking at the palm of my hand. They are shorter than when I got the tips on in the first place. I didn't go back to where I had them put on because they left them so thick they were hard to work with and they did an awful paint job. The tech at Diamond never asked me if I was ok with the length or shape as she went along like many other technicians will do, and by the time I saw the length, well it was too late, but at least they were still square...little did I know she was not done hacking away at what little nails I had left. One hand's nails are longer than the other and then there is the minor infraction of them leaving nail polish on the underside of my fingers while not getting the edges of the tips painted very well (very splotchy). And now, I have to try to find the money to have these removed and a new set put on because they messed them up so badly they cannot be fixed, per their own tech. They said I would need to get new nails. I won't be getting them here. read more
