I booked a 60 minute and wish I did a 90 minute instead! The spa itself was clean, very calm and relaxing. It is located in downtown Snohomish with easy parking. Outside of the spa is a covered patio, where I took a moment to breathe in the fresh air after my massage was over. They also had a mini fridge with beverages like coconut water or sparkling water. Most impressive was her Gua Sha therapy. I was experiencing unexplained pain in my foot that seemed to be radiating from my ankle. I had never had this type of therapy preformed before, but after a few treatments the pain was gone. I feel I should add that the scraping from the Gua Sha tool wasn't relaxing like the massage and hot stone treatment. In fact it was a bit painful, but well worth it! Never had a service there...because their customer service is terrible…read more I booked over a month out for a microdermabrasion. I didn't get an email confirmation so I forgot when the appointment was exactly...I assumed I would get a reminder a week out or at least a few days out (pretty standard protocol if you're booking over 3 weeks out for anything) Nope...I got a text the day before. Giving me less than 24 hours heads up on my appointment. I can't make the appointment as I have a conflicting appointment (I'm pregnant...so many appointments). I email the contact on the text and get notified that I will be charged 50% of the services I'm 100% not getting because I didn't cancel before 48hrs when they do not reminders...honestly who's fault is this (theirs) I understand this policy if you're a regular client and no show frequently. But seriously not even a call to let me know...just careless and rude. There's plenty of other places to get skin treatments. Dealing with shitty customer service vs driving to Seattle...I'll take the 30 min drive. Don't waste your time and money
