Decided to try this place because of the yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. From the apps, entrees, deserts and service, everything was delicious and enjoyable. They are very personable and we love having the view right into the kitchen as we watch the cook at work. The beef medallions were excellent. Coming from someone that doesn't like mustard, the mustard style sauce was to die for. I drowned every last bite of food in it. These mom and pop type places are second to none. Stopped by this rest. that happened to be on my way to another destination. Considering this rest. was located in Canton, I didn't have very high expectations. However, the restaurant was cute and very clean. Ordered coffee, blackened mahi and salmon blt sandwich. Coffee was ok, both sandwiches were good and flavorful but a little salty for my taste. Yesterday I decided to try something new so I went to Bistro C. It was absolutely the greatest experience ever! The food was great, and so were the workers. My waitresses name was Alex, she was super sweet and didn't have us waiting on anything. The cook made some delicious foods for me and my friend to eat. I decided to have them cater our son's wedding rehearsal dinner because we had visited a couple times before and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Everything has been very fresh. Well, I made a good choice, everyone loved their dish, nothing left on the plates! Some had the Moroccan Salmon and some had the French Style Beef Medallions. Called in advance to see if they would accommodate 20 people who needed to eat and return to the National Veterans Cemetery (9 miles away) for a service. They did, had a table set up and ready. We admittedly overwhelmed them - only 2 people in the kitchen - and 20 people all at once - but the food was good, breakfast items and sandwiches well made and tasty, the soup delicious and prices very reasonable. I always love to see so many positive reviews for independent restaurants. It's a good sign that they care about their customers and typically have good food. This place it a hidden gem. Great food done with love and passion and very affordable. I read the very few negative reviews about waiting for water refills and not being authentic etc but they're in the minority. You can never please everyone and I don't leave negative reviews because a waiter wasn't perfect. Keep up the good work, we love this place. read more

I love the food and the staff! The food is absolutely amazing! The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because there isn't a good set time for the restaurant. Some mornings he is open at 8, others 845 or later. It's like he comes in whenever he feels like it. So I when I want breakfast I have to drive by just to see if he is open, if not I end up late to work because I have to go somewhere else. I really wish he had set hours so I could eat there every morning before work. It's not good for business if no one knows when you actually open. I have seen mornings when cars were waiting on him to open, including myself, but after 30 mins of waiting he wasn't there so almost everyone left. If that is fixed then a 5 star easy! read more

We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon driving home to Buford. We were welcomed by the owner who is very pleasant. My husband had the shrimp and grits and said they were the best he ever had. I had the beef medallions and even though it was a cheaper cut of meat it was very good and flavorful. My mom enjoyed her crepes also. Prices are good and the menu has a variety of choices. My wife and ate dinner here tonight and the food was simply wonderful. It was the third time eating here so we've now tried six items on the menu and all were great. Tonight we had the shrimp and grits and the crepes which were a chicken, spinach and ricotta cheese with a cream sauce that used a touch of nutmeg, very flavorful. This is one of the best restaurants in Canton. Every time I come in, I'm greeted right away. The waiters are always kind and attentive. The best part of Bistro C is the delicious food. I've tried almost all of the sandwiches, and they have all been good. I'm in love with the Pan Roasted Salmon BLT. It is amazing. The menu has a variety of food, so there is something for everyone. For dinner, my favorite is the Beef Medallions. The sauce that goes on it is plate licking worthy. Even though I am an adult, the macaroni and cheese is to die for. I stop in once a week to gobble up a bowl. Yum! I think most people don't know Bistro C serves breakfast. It is a small menu, but you can tell it's cooked with love. My eggs are always perfect.
