WONDERFUL!! Can't wait to go back!! We went for lunch on Friday and it was so good. So nice to have a place like this with GREAT food at good prices so close to our house!! I had the Salmon BLT on my first visit and well WOW! The tomato basil soup was fabulous and my husband loved his roast beef sandwich as well. We will be back soon!! It also is family friendly so we will be bringing the kids in, I noticed their kids meal are all about $4 with drink and all things my kids love. Update: We have been there several times now and tried quite a few things on the menu and all have been great! My kids even loved it! This is absolutely the best food in Canton/Woodstock. Don't let the size or location fool you. Everything is made fresh and to order. The owners are the sweetest and hard working. They take pride in their craft. I recommend the crepes, whereas, both shrimp dishes are hard to turn down. And their gumbo? Is to die for. The food is always delicious. Hot and fresh. The chef gives us a smile and a wave each time we come in. The chicken couscous salad is one of my favorite salads anywhere. If you like a lot of dressing you may want to ask for a little more. It comes already tossed in a champagne vinaigrette. The biggest disappointment is that The crepes have been taken off the menu. If you are there and they by chance are offering them as the daily special, jump at the chance to try them. For dessert I highly recommend the white chocolate bread pudding. Well worth every calorie. What a delightful and delicious meal. Had some extra time as we were running early for an appointment. Went in and tried them out. I had wonderful shrimp and grits and DH enjoyed the Moroccan salmon. Oh. My. God. This is a panini elevated to the level of fine dining, as far as I'm concerned. I don't know when I have eaten ANYTHING as delicious as this. I was just in Canton for the day (I live about an hour away) and I was hungry, so turned to Yelp. The first restaurant I went to was closed, so this was next on the list. Thank goodness, too. I can't imagine the other place could have even touched this! I had the Southwestern Chicken Panini (no tomatoes). The fries alone were good enough to have been a stand-alone dish. Seriously go here. We didn't see another diner in the place, and it was dinner time. I can only conclude that no one knows this place is here. If they knew how good it was, it would be standing room only. Seriously. Stop reading and go eat. Also, the owner was SO friendly, he was a one-man show! Cooking, serving, waiting the table, and he did it all politely and personably, even when my toddler was making a mess of his food all over the table. UPDATE: We have been back several times since I first left this review and Bistro C is consistently excellent. I have never had anything here that was not top notch, whether that is the food or the service. Let me tell you about this quaint little restaurant on Marietta Hwy, in Canton. Not what I would have expected nestled far away within a strip mall. What lacks in ambiance more than makes up for a very courteous staff with generous portions of delicious and fresh food. Mediterranean but very American, with bright flavors and a shrimp gumbo to drive the distance for. I had the salmon BLT which could not have been more fresh and with ample portions of salmon with smoky bacon and a garlic aioli. My husband enjoyed a very delicious chicken panini club with a hearty Mediterranean salad with Champagne vinegrette. I can't rave enough that the prices are far lower than expected, for the quality of food that was served. I give Bistro C an A+ and will drive from Alpharetta back her just for the delightful and bountiful meals. Great job for an amazing lunch. First time visit for the wife the teen and I. Easy parking as it's in a strip plaza and has limited outdoor seating (Not Advisable During afternoons in July) place services all three mealtimes so I can't wait till my breakfast visit. So, as we burned up every other restaurant in Canton and surrounding cities, we have never partake in this restaurant, that being said time to talk about the food and visit. The son and I met with the wife there during her commute so about 5:30 o'clock-ish easy to get to off exit 16 on 575, sat right down at a table booth combo, nice and roomy not cold in the restaurant actually slightly warm but they turn the air on which was nice, the menu was easy to read and not a whole lot of choices, but there was a mix of different things between sandwiches and entrées and soups, I asked if they did samples of soups and they do so I tried the crab bisque and the tomato basil, both were good but the crap is definitely the winner. We ultimately ordered the creeps to split with chicken-Spinach and ricotta cheese stuffed with some type of creamy topping that they baked on top, it was well prepared but both the wife and I found it was bland of favor and a tad starchy it definitely need a parmesan cream topping to go with it. The crab bisque was delicious and very rich I couldn't finish the cup I had, not that that's a bad thing. The kid had chicken tenders and fries, not much to talk about there, he ate it up like nobody's business. All in all the service is great, the atmosphere was nice and quiet at least during the time we were there, and we will probably go again to try something else definitely breakfast. In a nicer setting this would be a must do restaurant. Small (tiny) restaurant with an open kitchen. The food is way beyond what you would expect in a strip mall hole In the wall. We were greeted with a smile and hello from the kitchen. Dinner menu is limited but varied, almost eclectic. Obviously these are people that love what they do and love to cook. Our party of 5 tried the Mahi sandwich, Crepes and more. Everyone was pleased with the presentation and quality of he dish. Yes, I said presentation. Believe it or not you can tell thought went into how the dish is placed in the plate. Again, the restaurant from the inside out would never suggest the quality of dishes available. We ate, we enjoyed the meal at a reasonable price and were given a hearty thank you and a big smile from the kitchen when we left. No alcohol available and if you are seeking ambiance pass it by. This is a nothing special setting. That said, If you want a good meal at a reasonable price with owners who obviously love what the do, give it a try. read more

My family and I are foodies, always looking for the little hole in the wall places offering something different. When I heard about Bistro C I was so excited because I thought I found a place that would be absolutely amazing. In reality, it wasn't. We waited about 30 minutes for 2 paninnis, a breakfast sandwich, and biscuits and gravy. We were sipping on ice for at least 10 minutes. When we finally got the food we didn't have any of these aiolis that other people mention, our fries were salty only tossed in dried parsley which does nothing, and the panini was good for the amount that we paid.
