Great to have another restaurant by the owners of Pops. We tried the smash burger, chicken tenders, fries, sweet potato tots, slaw, and brussels. For me the winner were the brussels. Perfectly cooked, so good. Everything was great though. Clearly good quality and a very homemade taste. My only issue was that when ordering a kids burger, each topping was an extra dollar. So start with a $9 kids meal and add a dollar each for lettuce, onion and pickles which are often free add ons elsewhere, and I'm adding more than 30% in cost to the burger. I returned about two weeks later to give this restaurant another try. It was a warm and sunny Thursday evening at about 5PM. I was warmly greeted and placed an order for the Smash Burger (triple with candied bacon added), the Chili Cheese Dog, Strawberry Cheesecake Milk Shake, and a side of fries. The dog was the best item and served on a nice bun and the dog was great quality with a good flavor. There were two types of cheese and a topped with corn chips and a garnish (possibly green onion or chives and parsley). The corn chips were not fresh and probably had sat in an open container and absorbed too much humidity from the air. I'd have them hold the chips on future orders. The chili had a great flavor with a tang of tomato and a touch of heat. The side of crinkle fries were mostly crisp but could do with a bit more to elevate them. The burger had nice thin patties with caramelization, but the flavor was pedestrian. The candied bacon was not crisp and didn't bring any flavor to the burger except sugar. That combined with the cooked onions and a Hawaiian bun made for an overpowering sweetness. So, I'd forgo the bacon in the future. The "crispy" onions were nowhere close to being crispy. Neither they, nor the pickles, brought any crunch to the burger. The flavor of the house pickles was okay but nothing special. Plenty of American cheese was added (one for each patty) and the "keeper" sauce was a good pairing, with the last topping being shredded lettuce. The Strawberry Cheesecake milk shake had a good strawberry flavor and was nice and thick. There was an occasional hint of cream cheese, but I've had better versions elsewhere. And the graham cracker is a powder, which gives it an unpleasant sandy texture. I'd recommend just the plain strawberry milkshake instead, and it will be the better version at a better price point, too. Since they do not have a soda fountain, I got a can of Diet Coke for $2.00. As previously noted The seating includes indoor tables, a covered and screened patio, and uncovered (but umbrellaed) picnic tables. The interior décor is pleasant, the seating comfortable, and the 50's music enjoyable. At least three different employees came by to check on me during my meal. A service station offers napkins, straws, seasoning (for the fries), ketchup, etc. read more

When I try a new place for the first time, I always go with whatever is traditional to get an idea about how they prepare and cook. So the Traditional Smash burger is was with all the normal toppings. American cheese, lettuce, tomato, nice onion and fresh bun (very important). Crinkle cut fries and a Coke. You can't more traditional than that. lol. A perfect burger, juicy and lots of flavor, all topping were fresh and tasty. Fries were fine like fries should be. A little bit of crunch and soft tender center. Great 1st visit here! We ordered online for pickup on a very busy Saturday night. Our order was ready within the stated time and we really appreciated there is a separate pickup window for togo. The smashburgers were delicious! Appreciated the unique side choices also. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We are excited to come back to try more off the menu. Well worth stopping in when in the area. We loved grabbing it Togo and finding a good picnic table spot closer to where they were having live music. Nothing negative I could possibly say about our experience! The ambience is very cool, from the old school diner feel to the music. The staff was very knowledgeable and everyone working with a smile: it's clear they enjoy what they do! Ownership was so kind and genuine when asking about our experience, and the Father's Day treat was a nice touch (and delicious according to my husband!). Most of all, for me, I felt safe eating there: I have celiac, and they are very gluten friendly and I could see they were very careful about handling the food. Overall this was really good! Since this restaurant is new, there was a bit of a wait to order but that is to be expected. You'll love the signature sauce if you like garlic. The pickles were more like cucumbers in texture and appearance so a bit strange but still good. They all use King Hawaiian buns so that gives a bit of a sweetness. The fries were crispy as well. I really liked everything I ate! My husband and I ended up spending about $45 with tax for 2 smash burgers, 2 fries, a strawberry lemonade, and a can of coke. I recommend! read more

The employees were very friendly and helpful. Responsive to our requests. They came to our table several times asking if we needed anything else. Service was quick. I would recommend not going a peak hours as the place filled up after 5PM and there was a very long line. The atmosphere was nice. And I've had a lot of burgers lol from many different establishments from fast food to high-end. Came here for the first time, service was good, not at all the issue. The food is not good at all . I paid 12 dollars for a "buffalo chicken sandwich" which was just 2 tenders tossed in a super weird Buffalo sauce, and a green almost avocado lime ranch sauce drizzled on it. To top it off, it was on like a hot dog bun ( which they also have ) not even a traditional sandwich. Tenders were kinda dry too. Fries are decent if you drown them in salt. Don't bother with this place, go down the street to canyons and get six tenders ( way bigger) for 11 bucks. Better deal, better food. To top it off, why not normal , tots, just sweet potato....?
