The person who ate them complained about how good they were because he over ate... We just laughed. "No one made you eat everything." The portions of my carnitas were very generous and I was able to take half of them home to enjoy the next day. Both diners who had the Volcanes raved about the delicious food. One person had avocado slices while the second had refried beans. Note, the stuffed jalapeno peppers will light your mouth on fire. Loved them but for those not into heat, beware.
