Kaya to great care of us today! She was helpful, patient, and attentive. I ordered the Founder's Hash and Eggs. The hash was rich and cooked to perfection. Typically hash can be too salty but not at Eggs Up Grill! The home fries were seasoned and tasty, although a bit cold. The eggs. Oh the eggs. For a place with eggs in the name, I wish the cook/chef would make a medium egg without runny whites. My husband got the Melty Cristo and it was massive and delicious. Y'all, it rendered him speechless. We're bringing half of it home, too. Yay! The restaurant and bathroom were clean per usual and the decor sunny and cheery (but not obnoxiously so). I like this place! Came in with date on Oct 30th 2025 around 1pm. Parking out front is sparse but there is other parking around the plaza. Place was relatively busy but we didn't have to wait long for a table. I forgot the servers name but she was polite, just not very efficient. I had the steak and eggs with tomato, potatoes and dry toast, steak over medium, eggs over medium. Steak was good but a little heavy on the pepper, eggs were just a bit too runny and not quite as medium as I like but that's ok, I'll know next time. My friend had the omelette with avocado and she really enjoyed it. Only downside was the restaurant size and slow service. Though the eggs and steak were off a little bit it was still good and we will return. I do have another one of these by my house and it's also good. I decided to try this place out for breakfast as it was recommended to me by friends. This place was SUCH a let down. We arrived on a Saturday morning and it took about 15 minutes to be seated. Okay, they were a bit busy (even though I saw open tables) but I let it slide. Then, while we are waiting, we see others who came in clearly after us being seated before us. The hostess comes over and says "Oh, we wanted you all to have a premium seat, so we are working on clearing a table for you. That's why it's taking longer." A bit odd since we didn't specify a certain table. So they finally take us to a booth, seated right next to the bathroom. Not ideal. Plus, the couple that they sat before us were literally sitting in the booth immediately behind us. Not very "premium" I gotta say. Next up was service. Our service was awful, to put it plainly. Our waitress was too busy walking around and talking to other servers to even get us drink refills. For $3 per soda/tea, you better get as many refills as you want. Near the end of our visit, we had to fight to get the check, to-go boxes and to-go drinks because our waitress was too busy talking to the other servers. She would go and take care of the table immediately behind us and turn around the other direction. It was like we didn't even exist. And when we did request our items to go, it took her at least 10 minutes to come back with them because we literally watched her walk around the store doing everything but get our things. Now, onto the food. I ordered the Classic with eggs, bacon, home fries and toast. The eggs were okay, bacon okay, the home fries were disgusting. Literally inedible. They were SEVERELY undercooked and had some weird spicy (?) seasoning on them? I ended up not eating any of the "potatoes."And all of the food was soooo salty. My friends ordered the Homestead Platter and another classic. The other Classic's scrambled eggs were undercooked. ALL of the dishes had undercooked border lining on raw potatoes with the strange seasoning. ALL of the dishes were extremely salty with absolutely no other flavoring. It was as if the chef ran out of seasoning and thought "oh, let me just dump salt on it and it'll cover everything up." I think my blood pressure was up after this visit. And one of my friends struggles with high blood pressure- he did not have a fun day after we ate here. Although the prices were reasonable compared to other breakfast places, it didn't even matter if half of the food wasn't consumed. For about $40 without tip, it's kinda crazy. Between the non-existent service, the strange seating arrangement at the beginning and probably the worst breakfast food I've ever ordered from a restaurant, this is a hard pass for me. I would also like to add the bathroom was DISGUSTING. There were no paper towels, no soap, the floors were covered in filth. You could tell it had not been cleaned in a long time. We moved to Canton about a month ago. I used to work in the area almost 20 years ago, so it has grown a lot since then. We've been on a search for good food since moving here. My daughter and I decided to try Eggs Up Grill one Sunday morning. The restaurant sits in a small retail area and there's plenty of public parking in the lot. When we arrived around 11, there was about a 15 minute wait. The menu is large, very large. Which typically isn't a good thing to me. We ordered a little bit of everything. We had pancakes, eggs, grits, potatoes, chicken sausage, and bacon, and my daughter also ordered a steak burrito. The best thing was the pancake with chocolate chips and the chicken sausage. Nothing was bad, except the grits. They were cheese grits, but tasted like no salt was added and had an off taste. Our server did a good job not hovering too much, but ensuring that we had everything we needed. I wanted to really be impressed since the restaurant is very close to our house, but unfortunately, everything to me was just okay. The place does seem to get a lot of business, but I'm not sure if that's because there's not a lot of competition or if maybe they've found something that they love there. We may give it one more try and try some different things. We'll see! read more

We are in GA staying with friends. Came here for some breakfast. I had the corned beef hash eggs Benedict and my son had a bowl it was very good. The service was ok our server was busy I think there were only 3 working. He could have been a little bit more attentive and enthusiastic. He Just seemed like he lacked customer service, no character and it makes the experience feel really off. It's very clean inside and I think they even have a conference room which I thought was a nice idea. So my only critique would be to be more attentive and smile. read more

As someone who LOVES breakfast & brunch and hugely appreciates places that serve them all day, I've had my eye on Eggs Up Grill for awhile. But they have really middle-of-the-road reviews which speaks more to me than bad ones. And here I am, falling in line with the majority. I was invited to breakfast here this past Saturday and was excited to finally have a reason to go. I was seated very quickly - always appreciated. Our server came and got my drink order while I waited. After my dining companion arrived, the same girl came back and got our drink orders, again. She didn't acknowledge the fact that she had previously asked for mine and just not brought it. I mentioned to my friend that she'd already asked and she gave me a "Yep, the service here isn't great." She also advised that if I return, don't sit at the bar. And let me state - the server wasn't in a mad dash waiting on other people, it just seemed to go in one ear and out the other. That's basically the only "bad" thing that happened. Our food was brought out in record time and while I loved the sourdough toast, my omelette and home fries weren't exceptional at all. Temperature was fine, taste was good, but if service is a recurring issue - I'd honestly rather go to WaHo for an omelette & hash browns. The food was good and I had the Texas Farmhouse omelet, but thought the kitchen was heavy handed on the jalapenos and the vinegar was negatively influencing the flavor. But I was able to pull them out, and next time will have them only put the green chilies on the top. They are having a few of the just opening hiccups. For instance the wait at the door and who gets served next could definitely use some work. I'm sure that some of the employees, which are new, just need a little more time to get adjusted. Our server Gabby, was great. She did my favorite thing at a breakfast restaurant; keep my coffee mug full. The coffee has two choices of house brew and dark roast. I went with house brew. It was solid and piping hot. My build your own omelette was great. I had a feta, black olive, jalapeño with home fries and wheat toast. The home fries were served cold. My guess is that they were plated first and sat for a while. My hope is that all of the small problems get worked out quickly because It is so close to my house. I believe this restaurant will be great once all the timing kinks are worked out. Arrived here on Sunday morning before the rush and even then, the hostess and waitresses had trouble quickly seating people...even though the place was near empty when I showed. After being seated the service from our waitress, Gabby was, near flawless. She was friendly and helpful and checked regularly to see if we needed anything and to keep our coffee cups full. I ordered a Shrimp and Grits omelet with home fries and pancakes with patty sausage. The omelet itself was good. The shrimp was a little over cooked but overall it was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the home fries were cold, as if the plate sat with home fries and no omelet for a while. The patty sausage was delicious. But again, the pancakes were cold, as if they were plated and waiting for the sausage to be finished. Additionally, the pancakes just weren't very good. They were dense and tough. Overall I will try out Eggs Up Grill again. The service was amazing and the entire staff was friendly. Drove to Woodstock to go shopping at the outlets and decided to grab some breakfast before, so began my Yelp search and this place popped up. Headed over and it is located in a shipping center with a Publix, but it's off to the side so there is plenty of parking. We saw some people waiting outside but went in anyway to see how long the wait would be. The hostess greeted me, asked my name and how many. She also said that if we wanted to sit outside, we could be seated right away. So we opted to sit outside as it was a beautifully sunny day. Our severer, Erin, came over right away with a smile and an awesome attitude, and took our drink order. When Erin came back with our drinks, she also brought waters and took our food order. Erin insured to check on us throughout our meal and refilled my coffee. Every interaction with Erin was absolutely pleasant. Now on to the food; I ordered the southwest bowl (might not have the name correct), but it was a good portion and very filling that I couldn't eat it all. Whatever seasoning is sprinkled on top gives such great flavor. It is spicy, so if you don't like some heat in your meals, I wouldn't recommend this dish. We put our name on the list and were told the wait would be 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, we were told it would be another 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes versus an hour is quite a difference. Overall experience was okay. When we first got there, everyone was friendly. Our order didn't come out completely correct and mine was fairly cold. I ordered the "praline pecans" for my waffle, but it was just plain pecans cooked inside. The home fries are more like diced red potatoes. My advice would be to ask more questions! I've been a couple times and the service is always great. Staff is attentive and listens the first time to what we want I ordered the build your own biscuit. Bacon egg and cheese with extra cheese is what I ordered. What I got was a small biscuit with eggs and bacon and not extra cheese. It tasted really good, just wish the portion size was better! The waffle..... y'all..... the WAFFLE!!!! it is so good. Best waffle I've ever had hands down. You can taste the vanilla and it was so soft. The syrup was amazing too. This is the second visit here as it was convenient when I was in the area. My daughter had the Little waffle in the Hen House and I had the Texas Farmhouse Omelette. Both were prepared well and I loved the potatoes. I loved the flavor of the Texas Farmhouse. We had 2 servers as one was being trained. Service was very prompt and courteous. There is a separate meeting room for large gatherings. I was initially worried about service due to the large gathering but it was quick and food was hot.
