Terrible service, terrible food, terrible management. This place is basically a complete sh*thole. Server was a complete creep who actually sat down next to us trying to "hangout" instead of doing his damned job. I was then forced to pay for food that was rotten and inedible. Manager even ACKNOWLEDGED that the food should NEVER have made it to my plate in that condition, but still stuck me with a bill for the full amount after lying about removing some portions from the total (even though they should have comped the entire bill after what I went through). Was excited to have this place open up in Canton but I have to say I was just not impressed with the food. We came during the lunch rush on a Sunday and it was crowded so maybe I just ordered the wrong food. It did take a while to come out but they were working hard and the service was good. The egg white omelet was just not great and I hardly tasted the feta in it. I got a side of avocado toast which I did enjoy more but was still not loving it. The tomatoes that came on the omelet did not look very ripe. The interior is basically just one big open room, to me that feels more like a cafeteria. I did enjoy seeing the opening into the kitchen and watching everything being prepared though. read more

I'm giving 4 stars because our server was amazing. We arrived and were promptly seated. Our hostess gave us drinks. We looked at the menu while waiting for a server. No one showed up for appx 10 minutes. I flagged down a server to question why we were without a server. Courtney informed us that it was not her table but she would be happy to help us. She took our orders. She was incredibly kind and attentive. The server our table was assigned to was sitting in a booth chatting with customers. Her name was Brandy. She came to our table maybe once to ask if we wanted condiments!!! I am glad Courtney was there to do her job! Management needs to tighten up on ALL of their servers! I shouldn't see servers in their phone while serving or sitting at a booth chatting while serving. This is a bad look. Outside of having to find my own server, the food was exactly what I ordered! Tried this place for the first time today. We had a biscuit, steak omelet and pancakes. I paid extra for a side of potatoes to be included with my biscuit. At first I was EXTREMELY mad when I found that they were missing from my order. But after I ate one of the potatoes that were included in my omelet I wasn't that mad.. they were HORRIBLE!! This is a must try for breakfast or brunch. It can get crowded, but that is because it is very popular. A basic diner layout - functional, comfortable, and a little nostalgic. The food is outstanding, the portions are generous, and staff is great - especially Liv B, who is an outstanding waitress and fun to talk with. So I'm rating this with 3 stars not cause the food sucks it's actually pretty good, the service is nice too. My issue is the head chef Jason! I usually sit at the stool section where I can casually watch my food being prepared. On several occasions I've watched the cooks throw paper receipts on customers food (including mines). I brought it up to my server and she asked if I'd liked it cooked again, which I denied cause I'd be late to work. I met the owner and he's a cool guy unfortunately he wasn't here today. TWO servers came outside to assist the tables next to me NONE OF THEM ASSISTED MY TABLE. 11:34am the hostess came out to check and see if anyone ever came I responded no, and told her I was leaving due to that. And the pancakes I'm still dreaming about! So, so good! Our server (Brandy) totally took care of us, was super friendly & honest with us about some hiccups they were having that day (which I totally appreciate). It's a newer business, so I'm sure they're still working out the kinks, but that's to be expected & I commend them for opening up a new restaurant in the middle of a pandemic. Presentation, quality and value for price paid have earned this a 1 star review. I ordered the hash Benedict specifically with the English muffin double toasted and hollandaise on the side. The muffin was barely toasted and soggy and the sauce was cold. If the server had come back to check on us, I would have sent the order back but that never happened. This is our second time here. The first time was not so good, but we decided to give it a second try since it's so close to our home. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Eggs up is a great place to go, if your not gluten free. The gf pancakes were very mid. You did not even need to cut into them for them to break apart. The service was amazing, along with the other food. Only thing I would suggest is a different gf pancake mix. Definitely will visit again, 5 stars for sure. read more
