Server was a complete creep who actually sat down next to us trying to "hangout" instead of doing his damned job. I was then forced to pay for food that was rotten and inedible. Manager even ACKNOWLEDGED that the food should NEVER have made it to my plate in that condition, but still stuck me with a bill for the full amount after lying about removing some portions from the total (even though they should have comped the entire bill after what I went through). Was excited to have this place open up in Canton but I have to say I was just not impressed with the food. We came during the lunch rush on a Sunday and it was crowded so maybe I just ordered the wrong food. It did take a while to come out but they were working hard and the service was good. The egg white omelet was just not great and I hardly tasted the feta in it. I got a side of avocado toast which I did enjoy more but was still not loving it. The tomatoes that came on the omelet did not look very ripe. The interior is basically just one big open room, to me that feels more like a cafeteria. I'm giving 4 stars because our server was amazing. We arrived and were promptly seated. Our hostess gave us drinks. We looked at the menu while waiting for a server. No one showed up for appx 10 minutes. I flagged down a server to question why we were without a server. Courtney informed us that it was not her table but she would be happy to help us. She took our orders. She was incredibly kind and attentive. The server our table was assigned to was sitting in a booth chatting with customers. Her name was Brandy. She came to our table maybe once to ask if we wanted condiments!!! I am glad Courtney was there to do her job! Management needs to tighten up on ALL of their servers! So I'm rating this with 3 stars not cause the food sucks it's actually pretty good, the service is nice too. My issue is the head chef Jason! I usually sit at the stool section where I can casually watch my food being prepared. On several occasions I've watched the cooks throw paper receipts on customers food (including mines). Presentation, quality and value for price paid have earned this a 1 star review. I ordered the hash Benedict specifically with the English muffin double toasted and hollandaise on the side. The muffin was barely toasted and soggy and the sauce was cold. If the server had come back to check on us, I would have sent the order back but that never happened. And the pancakes I'm still dreaming about! So, so good! Eggs up is a great place to go, if your not gluten free. The gf pancakes were very mid. You did not even need to cut into them for them to break apart.
