My friends and I decided to order from this location since reviews said there were usually long lines at both locations but we figured the other one would be more popular. During the time we were in Seattle (September 2022), they were only taking online orders so even if you showed up at the front door, you'd still have to order online. There's no seating inside, blocked to only allow pick up orders, but there were a few tables outside. After you place your order online, they send you a confirmation and tell you to check the sign out front for the approximate wait time. They also text/email you when your order is ready. We ordered at 12:30PM on a Tuesday and it was ready in 15 minutes, so definitely not a long wait if you decide to get it on a weekday. The biscuits were soft and fluffy, not the crispy type, but still a decent size. We only picked it up ~10 mins after the order said it was ready but maybe that affected the texture. I got the Bitchwich with egg and cheese along with a side of sausage gravy (which was ~$4). The cheese was slightly solidified by the time we picked it up but it was still good with the egg and gravy. The gravy had a good amount of sausage inside. My friends got the one with bacon and the bacon in it wasn't crispy, more of the flimsy type. I also tried the cheesy garlic grits and the garlic grits and butter. Both good, but I prefer the cheesy garlic grits. Overall, a great biscuit spot in Seattle. They only take online orders so definitely order ahead and make sure to add their stickers to cart too (free!) as well as utensils if you need. I first came here on a Sunday morning and was greeted through the window by the cashier, who let me know that I should order online and pick up my food. I ordered their combo meal, which came with a hot link sausage bitchwich, cheesy grits, and a cup of their coffee. The sausage bitchwich was really good. The biscuits were pretty heavy, but were really tasty. The hot links were good too, and the egg which came inside of the bitchwich was perfectly gooey, which helped add moisture which was otherwise lacking. 4/5 After eating the bitchwich though, my satisfaction definitely went downhill. The grits had a thick layer of oil on top, and underneath the grits there was even more. If I had to guess, the ratio of oil to grits was probably something to the figure of 1 to 3. Yes - I mean that somewhere around 1/4 of my bowl was filled with oil. It looked like someone accidentally used a cup measure instead of a tablespoon measure when determining how much vegetable oil to throw into my grits. I figured that we weren't supposed to drink the oil with our spoon, so I buckled down, and mixed the grits together so the oil was mixed in. Big mistake. Tasty? Yes - for the first 2 scoops. Made me feel terrible? Yes - for the rest of my morning. I even came back a week later to try the garlic grits since I figured that maybe it was just the cheesy grits. The area was a little sketch so we walked a few blocks down and found a nice bench area to enjoy our meal. The front area gets crowded and if you don't know the process you may be a little confused at first. My only qualm is that they do not allow you to remove any part of the biscuit but will let you add on jalapeños or cheese or meat. I don't regularly eat cheese so would have liked the option to remove it. They say no substitutions but removing an item isn't a "substitution" to me and sometimes people have allergies but still want to enjoy the rest of the item! My only bone to pick with the bitches, as they refer to themselves, is that occasionally the consistency in the biscuits is off. Some of them are baked perfectly, some of them are overdone.
