Chai latte

We've been to this location a couple times now. Service has been so good. Christopher took great care of us this visit. Our food was as good as ever. Biscuits and gravy, gluten-free waffle with home fries, country fried steak with hash browns, over medium eggs and rye toast. I like that they have Tucson's own Jabari Sauce on the tables too! Our Chai Latte came out luke war, but Christopher brought oit a replacement even though we told him we'd keep the first. Very thoughtful. There is a nice patioarwa, ut ince it was reezy and overcast, we opted to sit inside. It was mote comfortable this visit.

Wonderful breakfast with GREAT service this AM. It has been awhile since our last visit here, not sure why. Our food was tasty and the mega biscuit did not disappoint.

I just wanted to do a 2025 review of Bisbee Breakfast Club. This hip and trendy breakfast spot has decent food. Overall the portions are a little bit smaller but still tasty. The service was exceptional. We had a really great server today.

It's been years since we've dined here and our recent visit was very good. It took a few minutes to get seated. Very busy breakfast crowd. Our waitress was great. She took our orders and brought our coffee to us in a timely manner. We've been to the original dinner in Bisbee and this dinner was a bit more upscale. The food was excellent and plentiful. Waitress was upbeat and cordial. Thanks for a great dining experience.

Great food, excellent service and cool ambiance. We got the biscuits and gravy and chicken tenders the portions were huge and the food had good flavor. The prices were fair!! We spent around $24

I come here when I can. Enjoy the food and service. Great variety! Usually get the D cakes with a burger patty! Mmm. Patty is amazing. Everything else is so good!

Came in on a Tuesday morning and sat at the bar. Wasn't too busy - food & drinks came out so quick! So yummy too. Service was very attentive and everyone checked in on me which was comforting. I appreciate service who go out of their way to make sure your time & meal is good! Inside is so cute. Sort of diner like but also modern. Glad I stopped by and tried for the first time! Will be back for sure!

Eggs Zorba and cottage cheese

Came here to pass some time and it does not disappoint. I got the egg zorba and it was soooo good. I decided to do a side of cottages cheese with it and a side of bacon. Everything came out perfectly and quickly. This place is amazing and has a lot of cool scapes painted on it to show you the sides of bisbee. Very cool feel.

Loco Burro without tortilla
Serena M.

This was a great stop for an impromptu brunch before more lunch spots are open. The tables are well spaced and the restaurant is bright. The servers were so kind and helpful, and there are gluten free options for bread and pancakes! I ordered the Loco Burro without the tortilla, and my server didn't balk like some people do with my weird diet requests. The Mexican food menu did not boast authentic flavor, but was yummy all the same. The home fries were not as crispy as I like, and my dad said the skillet had a bit too much gravy for him, but overall it was a nice brunch. An extra star to the review for having gluten free options!

Chef Cobb Salad Lunch
Joy S.

A classic breakfast/brunch place with lots of options for your dining pleasure. I had the Cobb salad which was loaded with yummy toppings. It was very filling and delicious. My husband had the chicken fried steak breakfast. It was also lots of food, and cooked just right. The biscuit had an odd consistency, which neither of us cared for, but everything else was great. Our server was attentive and friendly. We did have to wait awhile for an open table, but that's usually a sign of a good restaurant.

Chorizo Rancheros
Mike B.

The establishment has a nice modern atmosphere coupled with relaxing folk like music that you'd find throughout the streets of Bisbee itself. The stainless steel countertops at the bar nicely compliment the Arizona Turquoise booths behind them. The service was excellent. Not knowing what I wanted to have, the waiter even offered to take back the plate if I was not satisfied with the food. The food was very tasty and had a pleasant appearance. The tortilla it came with was massive and a nice way to round out the plate. I guess the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is when I asked for a suggestion on the menu for something spicy, the Chorizo Rancheros was suggested. It was a good plate of food but I don't think it hit that itch of looking for the spice to start the morning . I would come back here or more likely due to living in Sierra Vista, go check out the original location in Bisbee next time!

We made a reservation well in advance and even then there were limited time options. The atmosphere of the restaurant is slightly upscale while still being cozy. I love all the plants! Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to give several recommendations. We ordered the grilled and chilled beets and the steak skewers for appetizers. The beets and everything that came with them was very fresh! I love anything with pickled onions. The steak appetizer was excellent and my dad could not stop talking about them. Next, I ordered the swordfish special and my dad got the pork chop. Everything was cooked to perfection and flavor was everywhere! For dessert we split the dark chocolate ganache. The ganache was very rich but paired wonderfully with the whipped cream and other flavors. I don't drink, but my dad also loved the cocktails he ordered! If Tito & Pep has been on your list do not hesitate any longer. I very much regret not coming here sooner and I highly recommend giving it a try!

Suffice to say she absolutely raved - placing it on par with many of the Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants she has sampled back east. And, we agreed, when Michelin publishes its first-ever SouthWest U.S. edition later this year (2026) I recognize getting a star is a mighty fete but if Tito/Pep does not at least make its S.W. Bib list I will know the fix is in. We started with the Queso Fundido ($13) - with chewy cheese, sauteed mushrooms, and beef chorizo it was a perfect blend of meaty/savory/fatty. We also ordered the Grilled Octopus ($17). What a surprise this was, the crunchy roasted pepper flakes and unusually soft grilled octopus it kicked the pants off of "calamari-style." We inquired and the way they remove the typical rubberiness is by poaching the octopus tentacles for 5(!) hours before grilling. You Go chef Martinez! For our entree we opted for the day's special: deep fried whole Red Snapper for two ($85)... as did about a half-dozen other tables in this intimate 20-tabled venue. See pics as a written description is inadequate. The crisp was excellent and the tender moist fish just beneath, exquisite. The roasted jalapenos were other worldly - somehow only mild heat and with a subtle sweet/acid presence... totally and entirely edible. As fantastic as the vinegar slaw was atop our self-made fish tacos, the tomatillo puree was ridiculous - so fresh and not sour that its scent was nearly as strong as its flavor. We asked again, how?! and were told they first cook the tomatillos for 3 hours. Folks, the effort involved to present this kind of meal would be nearly impossible to do at home for even double the cost. We concluded with the ganache dessert ($12). While so richly decadent it was possibly too rich, only by virtue of its size... it needs to be shared! We were deeply torn over that or the olive oil cake and will opt for the latter... next year, Lol. For drinks we ordered two glasses of their "red blend" (really good for a simple blend) and then the Pie Allen after dinner cocktail ($13) - an interesting combination of prickly pear liquor and port. The staff were amazing - not just in timely attentiveness (a minimum requirement at this level) but especially in terms of being able to field our deep curiosities about several of the dishes. Due to our "layers" of ordering we stayed an easy 2+ hours and were never rushed. Parking will get tight at peak times but everyone will be accommodated. Pre-tip we were at $165 - a special occasion outing for sure but, we both agreed, an (almost) bargain. At this level of quality and degree of effort in Chicago or Miami (places she recently lived) would be closer to $250 for two. Small note: three years ago this began, now it's the norm - restaurants are calculating the tip based upon a total that's After the tax has been added. It's a minor but, nonetheless, unconsented-to, inflation of the tip. Just an fyi :)

It was a smash cheeseburger on texas toast, fries and one big chicken tendy. I got the special to try their burger for the first time and save some money. I'm not usually a fan of having my burger smashed but this one was hitting the spot. It had a slice of American cheese and their cowpig sauce. Very tasty I must say. I found myself dipping it in more sauce. The fries were perfectly crispy, they kinda remind me of McDee's fries and were just as good. The tendy was huge and crunchy and served with a side of ranch and cowpig sauce. I also enjoyed the "jams" they were playing. It was some old school 80's and 90's hip hop and R&B bangers. The bar itself is very small but you can sit out in the back if you need more space. Although I didn't drink this time, it appeared that they had some really good beers on tap as well. Next time I'll will have to grab a few.

Luckily, they put us at two long tables next to each other in the back, which was perfect, because we are a noisy group. The Cork has a very eclectic menu, very diverse. There were many choices between beef, pork, chicken and seafood, as well as Bison, lamb and venison with a few daily specials thrown in. To start off they provided wonderful breads on each table. The Cork is known as a steakhouse so many of the diners ordered steak dinners. I ordered the lobster tail which was wonderfully delicious and cooked to perfection. All of the diners commented that their dinners were cooked to their specifications, no matter what was ordered. The Cork also has a very extensive wine and cocktail menu that most of diners ordered from and were happy with their choices. Our waiter was wonderful. All of our orders were correct, which is a big job to accomplish with 18 diners in the same group. The dinners came in a timely manner, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The only issue was the Baby Back Ribs on the menu had a price of $35. However, when the check came $37 was charged for the item. When the diner pointed it out to the waiter, he stated he would fix it. Unfortunately, it did not get fixed. It went unnoticed until after we left the restaurant. Further although the reservations were made in August for this dinner, somehow our reservation was lost. Nonetheless the restaurant was very accommodating for our large group and our "lost" reservation was honored. It was a very good experience. I would highly recommend The Cork - Tucson.

I understand the head chef has a French influence, but frankly it overwhelms the food and takes away from the freshness. I had the snapper since they didn't have the halibut. Where they seemed to sit everyone coming into the restaurant. If the restaurant was packed I would understand but every other room was empty. Who wants to sit along the pathway to the bathroom? Service was so/so. Had to ask for drinks multiple times. But frankly the quality of the food was not worth the cost. Definitely will not be returning, until they revamp the menu to include less French style and more uniquely inspired fresh food. I mean if we wanted French we would have gone to Le Rendezvous or Wild Garlic which are top notch.
