Had another great experience at the Chevy store. We bought a new truck last year and love it!! This year we were looking for a new car (not chevy this time) but I had been getting the run around from dealers on my trade value, never enough, you know how that goes!! But I remember that the manager Matt was so nice there that we looked him up, called over there and asked him some questions about getting a good deal on our trade. He listened and then suggested we sell it to him, even if we don't buy a chevy. WOW!!! Didn't see that coming. He promised he'd make it easy, fast, do all the paperwork and cut us a check quick. He actually did everything he said he would and we got more money for our nice trade than any other guys were offering!! Thanks Bill Pierre Chev, Matt and all the great team. The treatment I (white) received was far different than that of my friend (POC), far enough to the point of her feeling uncomfortable for her wellbeing. When we got there it was a total Bait and Switch! They totally changed everything... and Jenell was so unprofessional that she didn't even tell us the changes herself, she had someone else do it and disappeared. From the start Danny was very straight forward, no BS which I truly appreciate when it comes to buying a car since it's generally a stressful situation. We got to test drive the car(s), double check, triple check the car and ask a million questions--Danny and his sales manager Melvin were very kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I didn't plan on buying a car today but the negotiating was so smooth and hassle free and they made sure I had everything I wanted with the new car that I felt confident in giving them my business. This place is a total rip off and be more aware if you are a woman that you aren't going to get a clear accurate explanation of cost and services. Both the service agent Matt and his manager were unaccommodating. They charged $170 for a diagnostic assessment while being very unclear upfront. The next mechanic (reviewed at 4.9 stars and just 5 blocks away) said that test was unnecessary and should have only been less than half the price. The only reason I went up to this dealership is because they mass marketed an auto recall on my airbags and then couldn't even get the parts. So anyone looking to go to this dealership for service, skip and find a more reliable and trusted mechanic in the area. read more

The best new car I ever bought was my old Bronco 2. The Explorers were good too. Mostly, my business at the dealer lately has been with their license agency. They make such an effort to be helpful that it is hard to believe that they are an alternative to dealing with the government. BEWARE OF THE LYING SALES STAFF AT THE CHEVROLET STORE. While looking at a new car to trade my 2016 Duramax in, Mike was super helpful. As soon as I said I found the car cheaper elsewhere, his attitude completely changed. Text messages 10x a day saying the car was going to sell to someone else, need to do the deal now, etc... I decide to go back in to see if they will negotiate since they are asking $5,000 more than other dealers. Matt, the sales manager insists it's worth that amount, no deal. I find the car elsewhere, go to do the deal, the other dealer runs my VIN on my truck and it shows on CARFAX that it's listed FOR SALE AT BILL PIERRE CHEVROLET!!!!! YES, they listed my truck for sale as some sort of high pressure tactic. I had to hire a lawyer to get them to fix the CARFAX on my own vehicle. If you want a good Chevrolet sales experience, try Lee Johnson in Kirkland. Avoid Pierre at all costs, especially MIKE AND MATT. read more

They will screw you over!! Stay away!!! The service center messed up on our oil change and drained transmission fluid instead of oil, then refilled it by adding more they assured me that the level was fine but it was too full and caused it to blow a line. We never had a leak before we got the oil changed there and then from the day I brought it home after it was leaking, when I brought it back less than 2 weeks later they said it would cost me $1000 to fix it. They refused to take responsibility for this and told me to have my car towed out of their shop! What a joke!! We have purchased 2 cars from them in the last 8 months and they have no loyalty to you as a customer. Don't do business with them! They don't value your business!! read more

Made a stop here to look at a Honda Accord I had been eyeing online. As soon as we parked out ran a salesman named Casey to help us. I told him I was there to see the Honda, and that I wouldn't mind looking at any Ford Fusions they had either. He started off by searching for the Honda and asking questions about what other kind of car he could sell me. We had to walk quite a distance to the Honda, and I was eager to hurry up and test drive it. When I opened up the back to look at the interior, there were crumbs all over the back seat and garbage on the floor. Then I saw a clipped fingernail, and the piece that goes inside a brand new deodorant. At the same time I noticed the metal track under the drivers seat was covered in rust...which tells me this car had water damage. Casey was not amused with all my findings and proceeded to tell me that it was not rust. That rust wouldn't come off on your finger the way it was. It was just some sort if calcification. When I said there was moisture inside the window of the car he tried to tell me it was fog and that is what defrost is for....even though no other car on the lot had "fog" in the window. He was becoming very defensive and upset with my comments about water and filth to the car. He said they have 750 cars, and 127 employees, and they all send people on multiple test drives and things get vacuumed and cleaned the best they can. When the trunk opened the piece that locks it in was really chewed up...again Casey became defensive saying those things were deducted which is why the Accord was such a great deal. I finally caved and agreed to a test drive. When Casey pulled the Honda out it was making terrible sounds and driving strange. He got out looked in the front and said it had a flat tire. Ok moving on. He walked back in the building and came out with a new salesman for me, Robert. Robert wanted to sell me anything else on the lot. An SUV, Corolla, Ford Focus, numerous cars with not enough room for my needs. Again after walking all over the lots (in my boot cast), he couldn't find the Camry for me to try. It was fail after fail and I was getting frustrated. Then he wanted to put me in a Dodge, and an Altima, etc. My favorite part of the day was him showing me how his 6'2" frame could fit in the back seat of a Ford Focus.......uh sure...enjoy that ride my friend...cause you were pinned in there. No way in HELL my kids would fit back there with out full on war. Finally I said I was going to go to the other dealerships on my list. Robert returned with an offer to take me to one of the other lots to see what they had...it would take 30 minutes or so. Yeah no. I love when dealers think you'll never find the car you want for the price you want. Oh contraire mon frère. I did my work. And I found my car....somewhere else. read more

I called and negotiated the deal over the phone with their salesperson before driving over an hour to buy the truck. The salesman name is Richard AKA Country. Stopped by this morning to see if I could schedule maintenance on my three Ford SUV's . I have two Explorers and an Escape. First little office in the service entrance I asked the "service Manager" for direction. He said he did not have time for me because he was busy and I should find someone else. And not in a nice way. Quickly you surmise that this is an unfriendly place and it's not a good place to do business. I did turn around and drive off. I always believe that the employees reflect the owners attitude. I did meet Bill Pierre in the old days and he seemed like a fine person. This apparently did not carry on to his sons. I really appreciate the fact that Bill Pierre Ford assigns a representative who works with you whenever you bring in your car. We have always worked with Greg Karras, and he's been terrific. We recently took the car in for service, and he made sure that we had it back in time for a scheduled road trip. He even called us when we were on the road to see if everything was satisfactory. Recently bought a truck here, Galen was very nice and high energy. Truck is good quality, eyed it online before hand and was not our first time looking. Never ever buy a car from these people. I made the mistake and now no matter what the repercussions it's going back. The car is fine, but the deal changed buy a couple of hundred bucks, it took three weeks for their bank to call me with final approval and then the very next day the jerks call to say the had made a VIN # mistake!! So that means the contract has to be redrawn, the financing has to be redone and the insurance that they set me up with is no good!! I have been driving for almost a month with no insurance because these jerks can't do their job correctly by double checking a VIN# when they sell a car!! Hi Everyone, I just wanted to give a shout out to a team that finally gave my wife and I straight answers in the adventure of buying a used car. After going to several used car dealerships on Lake city way and having really bad "luck" ie. at one place the four cars we wanted to test drive they could not even start...... and that was with a battery starter. We decided to look at a bigger more established dealership. We came across a sales man called Gary Lapointe. He was I would guess the main reason that we decided to go with the place. Gary really understood what we were looking for and walked us through every step. He really had a great eye for detail and made sure that everything was taken care of on the car. He gave a personal touch that a lot of people would not of thought of " signs on the car to say its ours, filling the gas tank up before hand over and even better hand delivered the car to my work which was above the call of duty. We got our financing through the place and I am getting all my work on the car done there. I just wanted to say to anyone that is looking to buy a used or new car look up Gary ( MR. Tipee Man!!!!)
