"Nothing but great things to say about this place. They turned a bad situation into a great experience. I was stranded on the shoulder of the freeway at midnight with a blown tire and thought I was stuck until morning--until I found the only 24-hour tire shop in town. Not only did they answer, but they came out to me with a replacement tire within 15 minutes. They slapped it on right there and had it back on my truck in no time flat. I couldn't believe it. Super professional from start to finish, reasonable prices, and they saved me a fortune on a tow truck. They kept me calm, assured me they'd get me home that night, and they delivered. University Used Tires is my new go-to shop. Can't thank those guys enough!" read more

Shoutout to University Used Tires! Honestly, we would have been stuck without them. We got a bad flat tire that couldn't be repaired. Our insurance was sending a tow truck, but every place they recommended would have been closed by the time the tow truck arrived. Thankfully, University Used Tires wasn't too far from where we were stranded. We called to see if they would be able to help us once the tow truck arrived, and they said they'd take care of us. Our tow truck dropped the car off there, and in less than an hour, we were back on the road! Andy found us a brand-new tire that was super close to what we needed for our EV and got it changed quickly. Everything was great from start to finish. Not sure what it would have cost elsewhere but we were glad to be able to get our new tires and be on the road. We're so grateful to University Used Tires for being available, helpful, and professional when we really needed it. Thank you, Andy! Highly recommend! read more

We didn't even catch his name, but the guy who helped my friend with her flat tire deserves a huge shoutout. He was so accommodating, took the time to find the leak, and turned what could've been a stressful situation into an easy one. Seriously, if guardian angels wear work boots, this guy is one of them. His kindness and willingness to help didn't go unnoticed. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Thank you for going above and beyond; you made a lasting impression, and we hope this review finds you! read more

Got a last minute tire rotation done on my honda fit. I was happy that the technician took his time to make sure my car was stable that the order of tires was correct. I appreciated that he ensured the lug nuts were on without stripping them!! I feel lucky that they are 500 feet from my place! read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my brother because of the terrible experience he had My brother got a flat tire and was stranded on the freeway, so he called this tire shop for help Instead of assisting him, they repeatedly answered the phone by saying Hello or Yes, and then immediately hung up I also called several times myself to try to get help for my brother, and the exact same thing happened they answered and then disconnected the call multiple times This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when someone is stranded on the side of the freeway and needs assistance If they were too busy or unable to help they could have simply said so instead of repeatedly hanging up on us It was frustrating unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for potential customers read more

Yesterday I got a flat tire and was stranded on the side of the freeway I called this tire shop to ask if they had brand-new tires for my Toyota Corolla Hybrid XLE The person who answered told me to call back in 10 minutes I waited about 15 minutes and then started calling back I called around 20 times. They would answer the phone and immediately hang up or disconnect the call on purpose instead of helping or simply telling me they were busy Being treated like that while stuck on the side of the freeway was extremely frustrating and unprofessional If you can't help a customer at least have the courtesy to say so instead of repeatedly disconnecting the call Very disappointing customer service I would not recommend this tire shop based on my experience shame on them read more

I had such a great experience with Andy at University Used Tires. I called him in a bit of a bind after hitting a massive pothole with no spare, and he immediately jumped into action. He checked his inventory on the spot, and when he didn't have a match, he found the exact tire I needed within minutes and called me right back. From there, the service just kept getting better. Instead of making me deal with multiple trips, Andy met me at my car, removed the damaged rim, sourced the tire, mounted it, and got everything back on quickly and efficiently. It was completely seamless. Andy and his partner were both incredibly kind and easy to work with. They even dropped me at a coffee shop while the work was being done and picked me up when my car was ready. Communication was excellent the entire time with clear updates by text. This was one of those rare experiences where someone truly goes above and beyond. Fast, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely recommend Andy to anyone who needs tire help. read more

AMAZING SERVICE! Everyone was super helpful & hard working! Highly recommend!!! Definitely coming back !!!!

Accomodated a tire change at short notice. prompt service from friendly staff. Their venue is small and simple, few hard working folk doing a solid for the neighborhood. I ordered from Tire Rack and chose University Used Tires to fit it on the rim. They called me shortly after it arrived and fit the tire 20 minutes later. I will use these folks whenever I have the need. read more

Stopped by around 8am. Oliver helped me if I'm not mistaken. Drove in with a flat tire. Asked them if they can repair or replace. Oliver diagnosed the tire and said it was repairable. Did a great job quick and easy. As Oliver was wrapping up I asked him how much I owed him and he not to worry about. I was honestly in shock because I've never had that happen before. Really good people and great knowledgeable work will definitely be back read more

I had an exceptional experience at this tire repair shop and highly recommend their services. Their pricing is the most fair and reasonable you can find, not just in Seattle, but in the state as a whole! They are really offering a type of excellent value for quality service that's hard to come by these days. What truly distinguishes UUT is their availability--they are the only tire repair shop in the greater Seattle area that is open 24/7, providing unparalleled convenience, especially if you have a day job that prevents you from being able to get away during the restrictive, elitist daytime hours that every other tire shop tends to keep. As if all that weren't enough, they are one of the few shops that service Teslas, a rare and invaluable offering that can really save you time and, more importantly, money. The staff is professional, highly knowledgeable, and efficient. For anyone seeking reliable, top tier quality tire services, don't bother looking anywhere else, you've already found the best of the best, so congratulations! read more

Friend of mine called on the evening before Thanksgiving just after midnight; flat tire, no spare. Thankfully University Used Tires are open 24/7 and came through for us. Had a new ($70 used) tire on the rim and on the road in less time then it took to drive there (mere minutes). When most places would try and push 4 new over priced tires and phat rims, we were done before we knew it. Whether you are in a bind or it's time for some new traction you'd do well to reach out to these guys so you can quickly get moving again! Thank you guys! read more

We had a nail in our tire. No places were opened Sunday evening. We found this place on google and yelp and thought we gave it a shot. The fishes and turtles outside were a surprise too. We forgot to ask for his name but he was nice, outgoing, kind, and honest. Thank you for your services! We would come back and recommend this place again! read more
