Had two nails in tires they got me in same day and did a quick patch for a reasonable price. Great customer service. Professional and reliable. read more

I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire. They said I needed a new tire "due to wear" even though the tires only have 5K miles on them. They also said that because the screw was so close to the sidewall they couldn't repair it. I went to the larger shop down the street, and they repaired it without any problems. read more

Had a hole in my tire. Literal 8 hour/50 cars ahead of me at Ballard Les Schwab. Was going to try discount tire in Northgate but remembered this place existed on my drive up 15th. The guy working stopped what he was doing to fix my tire in 20 minutes for $60. Absolutely amazing. read more

Fast, friendly and honest. They repaired my tire and reinstalled same day. Very satisfied.

Recently under new ownership, and the new owners are amazing with customer service. I had my tires installed by the previous owner, and found out later that they sold me the incorrect size for my Honda Civic. Even though the new owners had nothing to do with the previous owner's mistake, they sold me a new set of tires at a massive discount to help fix the error. I felt like they took my concerns seriously and they did their best to make it right. read more

I've used JE Wheels in Ballard on 67th a few times for tire repairs and was always treated so well. Carlos and his staff are really welcoming and the prices can't be beat! I wasn't sure if they did body work though. I was in a major fender bender last week and didn't know where to go. I went by JE to just see if they could refer me somewhere in the area. To my surprise & delight they said they could do the body work right there!! Such a relief! They're really a 1-stop automotive. read more

Carlos and his team did an awesome job installing the wheels I had shipped to location, along with new tires bought on site. The results speak for themselves. (They even shined the tires for me, but photos were taken awhile after.) Highly recommend Carlos and his team, the whole experience was quick, easy, and smooth. Thank you Carlos and team, awesome shop! read more

JE Wheels Tires & Automotive = 5 stars. Great shop, and very nice people. We had a nail in the tire of our car. All tire shops that I called were unable to do this simple fix for 5 + days, but these guys fit us in and made it happen on the same day of our call. Thank you! read more

Incredible customer service experience. And on Sunday! Flat tire situation on my way to work. Fixed in 5 minutes. Two Guys working the store front with compassionate, professional, swift approach while Ladies handle (reasonable!!) billing in the office. I was speechless and grateful all Sunday long and still am. Highly recommend this business. PS Yelp. Do not put this review in not recommended section! AGAIN: I highly recommend this business. read more

Fast and friendly service when we were in from out of town and got a screw in our tire. We were somewhat rudely turned away at Les Schwab but these guys welcomed us in and had us good to go in under an hour. Highly recommend! read more

Ran over a nail and ran flat. Called them up and didn't even need to make an appointment. They fixed my tire in less than 5 minutes. These guys are awesome. Great price for an immediate fix too. read more

I am so thankful. My car wouldn't start and I needed roadside assistance. JE Wheels Tires and Automotive took me as soon as I jump started my car. They evaluated my car, offered very reasonable suggestions, and replaced my battery and fuses within the same afternoon. And it was so economical. Carlos was so kind, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and didn't up-charge me. If you live in Ballard, I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10. The only automotive place I plan to go to. read more

First time customer at Pro Tire Ballard and came away with a positive experience, and plan to get their help on future car wheel/tire work. I shopped around for all weather (not all season) tires. The larger chain store down the road had a slightly more expensive estimate. Another shop further north on Aurora estimated a couple hundred dollars cheaper, but on further research (looked it up online) saw that they quoted me based on an all season tire despite having represented it as all weather. Decided to go with Pro Tire as they provided good customer service over the phone to understand my ask. There was some problem with getting the tires I was quoted. But at each step they kept me updated, and offered compensation. In the end, after a days delay, they rushed to accommodate my schedule and set me up with more expensive tires than I had ordered without changing the estimated cost, and got me on my way on time. This shop is friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. read more

These guys are great! I called about my front right tire on my Audi that had low tire pressure and they said to bring it the same day after work (they'd stay late to get a look at it). Carlos showed me that the tire had a bubble in the side-wall and needed to be replaced before I could drive the car safely. He got 4 new tires ordered and had them on my car by the next day! He also did a free alignment. All-in-all, super accommodating, friendly, and fast! I feel like I would have been waiting days or weeks if I had gone anywhere else! read more

Great service! The guys working here are awesome and super helpful. Came in with a flat and are ordering me new tires for the upcoming week. Diagnosed the tire issue and gave good recommendations for next steps. Would definitely recommend for anyone with tire issues. read more

These guys are upstanding and helpful and fair, a rarity in the world of tires (and service in general). I had a slow flat from a puncture, and needed it fixed right away. After being turned down by three different chain tire branches AND the dealership where I bought the car - all of whom were far too booked up to offer assistance - a local auto parts place suggested JE Wheels. I pulled in without an appointment, and Eddie (the manager) offered to help right away! Not only did he have his crew fix it in 45 minutes, they only charged me $30 (it would have been free if I bought the tires from them). I also inquired about a recommended quiet all-season set of tires, and Eddie recommended a brand and his reasoning for it, giving the price per tire plus $25 install fee - which includes free rotation, flat fixes, etc. - and a 30 day return policy (for credit to another set)! I checked just to see what Amazon would charge for the tires and it was the same price! Plus you support a local business with good people. Well worth checking them out, thanks guys! read more

I had a flat tire in my F150, comma I called Costco to get a flat tire repair and they said they were 2 days out Before they could fix my tire.. When I showed up for my appointment I had to wait an extra 45 minutes For them to tell me the tire cannot be repaired. I just came from JE and they fixed my tire in 15 minutes no appointment needed. I found my new wheel and tire spot. read more

These guys were super helpful. Even though they couldn't fix my tire because it was too far gone, they helped me with some other stuff about my car and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing a lot about cars. Much appreciated the service. read more

It's a great place and they try their hardest to see what's wrong and just friendly and good people def recommend

Appreciate this team. I had concerns about my truck tires and JE was able to accommodate me the same day as my call. They were thorough, and thoughtful in their explanation of the issues I was having. They even recorded a video of how to test and take care of my spare. I will definitely return for future service. read more

I had problems with my car for awhile before Carlos diagnosed the problem! My car computer system even kicked him out of the diagnostic cus it was so messed up. He found the problem himself by troubleshooting. He fixed it in less than 24 hours for a great price. I will never take my car anywhere else again! Carlos is a Miracle Worker! read more

These guys are amazing and super helpful. I hate to. I hate to be the girl who doesn't know anything about tires but I am. They explained each step and even wrote down what I needed. Super friendly and professional. read more

These guys twice fit me in very last minute and got me out quickly. Nice, friendly service.

Took 24 hours to complete an oil change WITH an appointment. Guaranteed completion the next morning and it still took until the afternoon. Didn't pick up the phone during business hours, terrible service. read more

I had a flat tire and wasn't sure if I would be able to get it fixed the same day. Carlos and his staff were very responsive and great to work with. It took may be 20 minutes for my new tire to be installed and rotated! I definitely will continue to come here for future car needs, highly recommend! read more

Pros Tires Ballard - Booberry is happy as can be. Drives so much smoother & got a fresh wash - Auto Repair Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Got a lift and new wheels. They did excellent work, great prices, and a very friendly staff. Would recommend JE for all of your auto needs!

I have been coming here for several years and have recommended them to a lot my family/friends but I will never return here again. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I had came in today to get my tires changed and they stole my wallet which had my ID all my credit and debit and they spent it on Fred Meyer which was 6 minutes away from this location in a 2hrs window. When I came back looking for it they were very rude and unhelpful. I'm very certain who it was SHAME ON YOU I will never recommend this place to anyone again. read more

Came to JE Wheels for a basic oil change...Conveniently close to our home, but upon arrival it felt as if they weren't expecting me at my reservation time. They took my phone number and told me it would be an hour or so--no big deal. Never received a phone call saying it was done which was a little goofy. $96 for a basic oil change seems on par with dealer prices, a bit excessive for a small shop. Get in my car to leave and my steering wheel, shifter and armrest are totally grimy and greasy. Didn't bother to reset oil notification either. Kind of a joke...go to Loyal Automotive. read more

LIFE. SAVERS. After the brand new potholes on Lakeview ate my tire, I had an unrepairable flat. These folks got me in immediately, quoted me a cheaper price than Tesla did for the same tires, and had me fixed up and out the door the next day. (I would have had to wait two weeks for Tesla to even look at my car!) Everyone I dealt with at the business was straightforward, helpful, and fair. They gave me an accurate quote for the work and were happy to nerd out about tires with me. (I do a fair bit of trail driving in my volunteer gig, so I care about snow performance.) I am delighted that they got me back up and running so quickly, and had the tires I wanted in stock. read more

This shop truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Not only do they provide quality service, but they sincerely care about helping to the best of their ability. On our way to the airport, I got a ginormous bolt stuck in my tire which caused a flat and I had no spare. Called about 4 chain tire shops and about 8 local shops. They all required appointment, kept me on hold, or couldn't help. JE WHEELS took my call in SECONDS. The receptionist was the sweetest lady. They took me in my state of emergency and got it done in the fastest I've ever been helped before, even though they were super busy! My tire size couldn't really be found immediately in stock anywhere but these guys were able to get there hands on one in NO TIME. They gave me an amazing price on the tire too! You can't beat these guys' service, I swear. Eduardo and the front desk staff are the definition of EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend taking your car to get serviced with this shop. read more

First time going in but it won't be the last. I had a flat and they were close by so I went in without an appointment. Selina provided great customer service from the start. They were finishing up with some other vehicles and it was near the end of the day but after seeing I only needed a patch they were able to squeeze me in and get it taken care of very quickly. I was out of there and on the road in maybe forty minutes. Gave some fair and honest suggestions on a time frame for new tires and maybe an alignment, but weren't pushy at all. I'll be back to get new tires when the time comes for sure. read more

I will never go anywhere else to get tires! You cannot beat the prices as well as the service. I do not know as much as I should about cars and am always given the best advice and help from their employees. They always have patience with me and are never condescending. They were so quick to get me in as well as changing my tires (2) in an hour. I've had both my front and back tires replaced by them on two separate occasions and seriously cannot recommend them enough! read more
