Went in for an oil change it was a about a 2hr wait but the customer service I received was excellent John & Deyante were very friendly.

I had a utility blade stuck in my tread last weekend. I pulled over and pulled it out with pliers. Then I used a can of fix-a-flat just to get me home. I knew I needed it patched or plugged properly in the long run. I usually walk to work, so I let it sit. Sadly, I drove a little bit to far before pulling over and ruined the tire. Although it was holding air with the fix-a-flat, there was evidence on the inside of the tire that the rubber was chewed up and degraded...and unsafe. NIce chairs in the waiting area. Happy they are open so early on a Sat. a.m. for those of us who work during the week. Friendly personal service. While I waited, they knew some of the regulars by name. So glad there is such a thing as a "neighborhood" tire shop in this day and age. I did have to buy two new tires, because I have a part-time AWD system (Haldex). I'm positive that if I would have gone to any of the big national chains they would've insisted on selling four new tires, which is normal for full-time AWD vehicles. I"m glad Express didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I definitely trust them more than an 18-year-old at a big chain store trying to upsell me on everything. No sales pressure here at all. I was a little uncomfortable not being able to comparison shop for the tires like I normally do when I need new tires. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home. I looked up the price at one of the big chains and Express was cheaper. Not by a lot, but I would expect and indpendent shop to charge more than the big chains. Very dishonest shop. I went in for tire changes and they did a bad job with balancing the tires resulting in car shaking (which didn't happen before) when driving on freeway. I came back to the shop to ask them to check the tire balance, was told they couldn't remove the tires to rebalance and I had to pay for new lug nuts if I want them to fix their mistakes. They claimed they had no idea how the person (who's conveniently not there) did the tire change before managed to get the tires off before. They're giving off a very dishonest vibe, especially the guy named John was very dismissive and condesending. These guys will take advantage of you, not to mention their quotes are 10-20 percent more compared to other shops nearby. Avoid this place. read more

Attention!!!! I cannot endorse this place, as they appear selective in their willingness to assist customers, raising doubts about their commitment to serving all. They deactivated my engine light without diagnosing the underlying issue, assured me that everything was fine, and declined to provide any documentation, stating that payment was unnecessary; consequently, I am now without a vehicle. They don't know how to accurately read codes according to the type of car if you have a Kia (PO455) mean you have a leak some where and it's not the gas cap. read more

Have gotten my oil changed here twice so far and happy to say that I found my new local auto shop! Very friendly, efficient, high-quality and reasonable. Both times I arrived a few minutes before they opened and they were quick to check me in and service my car. The first time they saw a concerning part that needed to be changed. They texted me a photo before doing any work which I so appreciated. I agreed with what they saw so they proceeded to switch out the part. Have had nothing but a positive experience here. I had a leaking tire and called ahead. I was warned it could be an hour wait as they were short-staffed. I had the time and on one else in the area could get me in faster, so I went with my laptop, intending to get some work done. They assessed my needs quickly and I had barely gotten into the work groove when I was being called again. They pulled out a big bolt out of my tire, got me patched and out the door in about 15 minutes. The guy helping me was polite and respectful and called me by name. went to get winter wheel swap, was told wheels were stuck and it would be 30$ per wheel to remove for. a total of 160$ . OK that is fine, but i asked if they checked the other wheels, they said yes. i checked the car on the lift and the lugs were still on 3 of the wheels they did not check. i don't like being lied to so i left. went home and did it myself, 1 wheel out of the remaining 3 was stuck so i added some wd40 at the interface and it came right off, so they tried to chard me 120$ for wd40 application with a straight face and lied to me. read more

Been here twice before for a flat tire - fairly quick and good all-around service! They used to open on Sundays but with the current COVID situation, it's closed on Sundays while Saturdays are still open until 5pm for those of you WFH during the work week. I've grown up driving by this place, but in February I needed a nail repair fast, and within $20. So, I could return to the road to make more money. Everyone said they had a wait, and it would be $25+. This place saved me. $15 to start the first tire, and a deal for any other tires that have nails or whatever. Express had me patched up, and on the road in 15 minutes for 1 nail, with other projects going on around them. Express indeed. Will use again. Actually using now. This ended up being a $500 oil change. I had an oil change here in December. My car started leaking oil a few weeks later and the check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership and was informed that Express Tires and Auto didn't put the gaskets back on, causing my car to leak and causing about $400 in damage. I went back to Express Tires and Auto and they refused to pay for the damage they caused. I would never trust them with my car again. read more

Came here on a Sunday for a standard oil change and it was pretty busy. Was told it'd be about an hour wait but took about an hour and 40 mins. I understand that you can't estimate wait times but it's always better to overestimate than underestimate, so that was a bit frustrating. The oil change went well though and they even notified me of a manufacturer recall on some of my parts that I wasn't aware of. Price was decent at $38 for an oil change. Dishonest, shoddy workmanship, and damage to my wheels. Brought my own tire here to replace since I have an all wheel drive and preferred to have the same depth to not mess up my drive train. Thai the wheel technician was working and smoking a cigarette while he was talking to me and had me moving the car I big deal right? He assured me he knew what he was doing and had been doing this for 20 years. He had one job to put on the tire and damaged my newly repaired rims. I had my wheels redone a month ago and am the kind of person who has pride keeping my car clean and well kept and know every little scratch or ding. My tire had been leaking for a week while I waited for the right tire with the right depth to arrive from my online order so I had been filling the tire everyday and never noticed any damage. I had to fill the tire right before I brought it in and was eager to get my tire on. The owner Kevin did nothing to help and said they would check the cameras. I told them to go ahead since I know my car and that there was not damage to my wheel prior to coming in. They tried to show me fuzzy footage and claimed it was already damage which was not clear from the footage. Also the spoke the claimed was damaged was not the one in the footage since I pointed out the location of the valve stem which marked the location as the opposite spoke. Sat in there for 2 hrs while they had customers come in and out to figure things out. Nothing got resolved so a $20 tire job turned into over $250 to repair my rim. Save yourself trouble and take your wheels to a reputable shop! I wanted to help a mom and pop shop out but not worth the hassle. Don't believe these yelp reviews! read more

Checked out my tires for me and told me that it was in great shape. Oil change with regular oil under $50.
