Transmission Fluid Flush & Filter Replacement
    Wendi K.

The Owner Fetene is quick, friendly, very transparent, overall an amazing business :) Brought in my 2005 Honda Accord in with transmission issues, he replaced the filter and did a fluid flush. My new go-to auto shop!

LOL...not sure that's supposed to be there.

I got my tires rotated here. David was very helpful, explained pricing, and it only took about 45 minutes. Highly recommend.

Given Moss Alley Motor's charming response on my google review to my issue with their decorum, this was the same tone and respect given to me, as soon as walking into their unkept office/wait room. I never asked them to drop everything the day I walked in. I had asked if they'd be able to take time, not immediately, to give me a quote on a part I knew of, simply not the name of said part before committing to having work done. Given their distasteful reply, I'm glad I'm saving money and spending it elsewhere. So should anyone considering these "professionals" to work on their car; no CLASS all ACT. How sad. Good luck! ;) Wanted to charge me for them to walk 25 feet to my car point out the part I needed, being I didn't know the name of said part, but could have easily pointed out the cap and seal I needed within 5 seconds. Oh well, their loss of business. How Seattle business have fallen. I'll keep my business in Bellevue where customer service is next to none. Thanks for nothing Moss Alley Motors!

My car was there all day with nothing fixed. $330 for just diagnostics, which was indeed the quote I was given and something I knew I'd be paying. That's on me but driving away with a car in the same exact condition and several hundreds out is its own unique sinking and foolish feeling. The quotes for the work to fix things were astronomical. I felt like I was being taken and made other calls to other neighborhood mechanics. Every single call was 40% - 50% less and in less time.

I dropped my jeep wrangler at Village Auto Care at University Village after it died on the road…read moreabout a month ago. They quickly diagnosed it as a fuel pump issue, and replace the fuel pump at a cost of $2,100. They were very friendly, but I did think the pricing for such a job was very high. The average cost for a fuel pump replacement is $1000. I paid it anyway. A few days later my vehicle died again on the road. I had it towed back to Village Auto Care. The manager called me and told me that the fuel pump they had replaced was a faulty part, it would need to be replaced again, but that it is under warranty. A couple of days later I hadn't heard anything, called them, and the manager told me they had ordered the part, but it hadn't come in. A couple of more days passed, I called, same story. A few more days pass, and they told me the part was ordered via UPS and probably lost in the mail. This went on for two weeks - a back and forth, and story about the supplier losing the part. I am unsure why the $50-$100 part wasn't reordered much sooner from a different supplier who would surely either have it on hand, or be able to source it in a day or two. Fast forward a total of 2 1/2 weeks since my vehicle was towed there (the second time), they finally get the part in (from a different supplier?) and fix the jeep. I asked for - at least - a partial refund because I know they have to pay their guys, but was told that was not a possibility. It is lost on me that any reputable business wouldn't at least think that a partial refund is necessary in this case. After almost a month of this deal - breaking down after they first repaired it, having to return due to a faulty part, taking 2 1/2 weeks to source a new part, and after paying $2100 in the first place - on a Jeep, a very common vehicle with parts that are easily accessible anywhere in the country. You can probably imagine the impact the loss of transportation to work for 2 1/2 weeks had on someone. It made life pretty difficult. I understand things happen, but in my opinion this situation warranted some accountability and meeting in the middle.
