This place is a diamond in the rough. It may look like a tire shop,but it is much more.Inside are professional ,knowledgeable ,and skilled mechanics. My first visit was punctured tire and AAA led me here at 5:30 pm and they fixed my tire in 20 minutes.My second visit was tires that were much less than other stores.My 3rd visit I had front and back struts done at 1000 dollars less than present mechanic. I have stopped by for a few incidentals that they fixed in 15 minutes at very low prices or free. Caleb the manager is everything you would want and more in a car repair situation. This is my new my new mechanic and could not sing higher praises for this business. They are honest,care for your car and a pleasure to work with .You cannot really say that about many businesses any more. They are the real deal.You wont be disappointed. read more

Last month when I was in town,on a Sunday afternoon,my rental car suddenly encountered a flat on the left rear side,so I called to find out if they were open,so I drove over to get it repaired only to find an employee EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional in my 10 min I was there.I would suggest finding another local tire shop nearby AND to skip BRUNO'S!!! I went down there to get a tire put on they gave me a pretty new tire that was $80 so I thought that was a pretty good deal drove it for 3 weeks tire went flat couldn't figure out why it was going flat filled it up with air drove it for another 2 weeks with no problems and today it went flat like I had a blowout they went from 40 lb of air to 4 in a Snapple finger was not able to pull over due to I was on the freeway finally pulled over had AAA put air in it ran fine but they told me the tire was damn is due to I drove on it so I went to get a new one at the place I normally get a map up in SeaTac they took the tower off and found this in my tire a screwdriver. This small business saved us on a Sunday afternoon not long before they closed. As we drove our four grandkids in our daughter's van the back tire was rapidly deflating. We drove in, they removed a screw in the tire, patched it, and put it back on the van for $50. We were immensely grateful to be on our way in the promised half an hour. read more

I had the worst experience at Bruno Tires. When I arrived, they told me it would take 30 minutes because they were unloading tires from a truck. Not only did I wait the full 30 minutes, but when I returned, they wanted to charge me $10 just for air for one tire on my box truck. The staff was incredibly rude!!!! I'm a regular customer of this guys. First time when I got there They changed my tires for one price. Other time they raised a price and 1 tire cost more. Today I visited them to changed tires and they said other price. In 10 minutes I came back to them to say that I'm ready and they raised price AGAIN!!! It's unacceptable to change price all the time even twice per day! When I asked what the hell is going on they even not able to answer why prices all the time change. they are trying to make extra money on customers. Every time they change prices. This "shop" should be shut down. I had 4 tires mounted and "balanced" before a long out of state trip. Not only did they mount a directional tire BACKWARDS, they over inflated every tire by 10-20 psi, over torqued the lug nuts, and didn't balance a single tire correctly. 800 miles away from home and I had to have the tires re balanced and re mounted the right direction. The shop I took my car to had to get permission from me to BREAK my lug nuts because they couldn't get the wheels off due to them being "grossly over torqued". Now I have to replace 2 tires because of the wear incurred from mounting them backwards. I don't know how these guys are in business. DO NOT take your car here!!! A message to the owner: reach out to me if you'd like to refund my money and pay for the two tires you ruined and the additional repair bill I incurred. It's about $500 in total. read more

Worst customer service experience of my life. Went here for a simple mounting and swapping of rims and tires and the guy here tried to rip me off from the start. First it was 100 and then he started adding miscellaneous parts that he needed every 10 minutes until it was 200. He said he could do it for 200 and my wheels were off so I said ok. He said he had to go to the store for a part and it would be at least 2 hours before it was finished. Came back in 3 hours and not only was it not finished, he said he couldn't do it because the rear tires wouldn't fit my car without another part that he didn't have. I had him put the old tires and wheels back on the car and he proceed to tell me that I STILL owed him the full 200 for "parts and labor" This guy is a scam artist. This is my second or third time here. It's a no BS quick, easy fix. They've plugged tires for me, I've bought a used to replace a flat, I bring cash. Boyfriend also bout a whole set of used tires from them and he liked them. They have a a confusing policy. All sales are final after 10 days no warranty on any used tires. I had a flat in one tire of a fairly new set. Bruno's told me it could not be patched and tried to see me a used tire to replace mine. I got a second opinion and Point S a few blocks North on MLK and without comment quickly patched the tire. It has been free of problems over the past 3 months. I wonder if Bruno's was both trying to sell me a used tire I didn't need and then was going to patch and resell my relatively new tire. read more

Absolutely NOT recommended! My boyfriend called & received a quote for $60 on 1 used tire for our Suburban. The person he talked to even put the tire aside. When I arrived, I had to wait one more hour & was quoted $90. After speaking with my boyfriend, they finally honored the price & seemed to have a problem writing me a receipt. Being a woman, I'm always concerned that guys are gonna see me walk into any type of auto business and rip me off, assuming I don't know anything. (Which is almost true, but they don't know that!) This place is the best tire shop I've ever been to, and that means something cause I drive an old POS with terrible alignment so I go through a lot of tires. The price was great ($80 for two replaced tires and a fix on a third) and the service was awesome! The guy was super nice, not pushy and totally sympathetic to me being on a budget and wanting used tires, and I was outta there in 20 minutes. Absolutely not recommended. I called and received a quote for $60 on 1 used tire for my car. When I arrived, I had to wait one hour and quote was $95. Very rude and greedy. If you looking for a good price , I highly recommend discount tires! They have new tires with 40.000 miles warranty for $68. read more

These guys are terribly unhelpful and not friendly at all. Their signs are misleading, making you think you can buy used tires for cheap. Not so. You can get better prices on used tires-- and FAR better service-- at any of the big tire places. They quoted me $40 for a used tire plus another $15. for install, plus tax. They said that was the lowest price they ever have for used tires. I got a BRAND NEW tire from Les Schwaab instead for $51. installed! Do not waste your time here, as I did. On a hope and a prayer we swung by Bruno's just to check....even though they were closed the guy looked for and found a tire for us and put it on the rim...so so so thankful to these guys!! read more
