It seems no tire places are open on Sunday -- except Pro Tires, which was. I apologize for not getting the name of the young man who helped me. I called, he said come on in. pulled out the screw, checked to see how far into the tread it reached. No puncture. Tires were good. He checked the air pressure and assured me all was well. 5 minutes, total confidence that my drive would be safe. Friendly, kind, and helpful. Next time I am in need of tires or repair, I will certainly be back.

I'd been going to the now gone Pep Boys in West Seattle. After a very brief online search in Yelp I decided on Courtesy tire. With parking and a convenient night drop, the AAA driver and I left it in the Courtesy parking lot. They called me first thing in the morning to let me know it's a rubber cooling hose. By then I'd had a little time to research and knew that I didn't want it replace with a likely to break rubber hose again, but asked if they could use a metal one, which they obliged. It wasn't cheap, but I really think you get what you pay for and I like to support West Seattle businesses. I've since brought in my Honda for a wheel bearing gone bad and once again had a great experience. Can recommend!

I was able to get the job done earlier than the expected time which is always a good thing. They are miracle workers there! Highly recommend them. I made a huge mistake taking it to another auto body shop to switch out my grill and the first place I took it too did a shitty job. Leaving my hood with a big gap between the bumper and hood not only that my hood could not open and the warning light would not go off warning me my hood is open when it's locked and unable to pop open. I should have checked with Brian first it's something they could have done without all the hassles. Lesson learned! Got my full refund from the shitty first place and took to Brian and they confirmed it's a job they can do. Scheduled the apt drop off and pick up 5 hours later and I was so impressed with the job. They know what they are doing and they will be up front if they can or cannot do the job instead of giving you false hope and dealing with trying to get your money back. **** highly recommend! Go and see Brian or Carlos they know whats up.

I requested that my two tires be put in my trunk because one of them were actually brand new winter tires, a Pirelli $500 tire that I bought a few months earlier. They replaced my tire with a different used tire because I am a black woman and thought I wouldn't know the difference. When I called and confronted the store about it they tried to act as if they were not at fault and said they through my tire out. My opinion is they stole it and sold it. Do not trust this business. If you want to get ripped off go here, the prices seem attractive but in reality they are a slimely auto parts dealer that gives the business a bad name. Buyers beware especially of the manager KP, if that is even his name. He is a crook and a theif. Update 6/30 Instead of trinity trying to fix what they did to me, they reported me to Yelp. Showing even further they have no interest in addressing the huge deficiencies and crooked business practices that they have internally. That means these problems come from the top. I'm not spending my BROWN dollars here and I encourage anyone who reads this review to really evaluate if it's worth the risk for you too, especially when concerning your tires and safety. Pay a little more for better and honest service.

Today, I went back because I started hearing this awful squeaky/grinding sound coming from one of my front tires/brakes. Emmanuel (Owner) put my car up on the lift, took off tire, examined it, and was able to find a small rock caught between the tire and the break. He showed me the rock and where it had lodged itself. After putting everything back together, he handed me my keys and sent me on my way-no charge at all, even though he spent a good 40 minutes fixing it!!! I'm so thankful for his help, his labor, and his precious time. Most importantly thankful for his honesty. He could've easily said I needed new parts, but he didn't. This time, I didn't even have to leave the shop. ( made an appointment yesterday) He took care of my car as soon as he became available. The only thing I didn't like was actually the customers in the small waiting room on their phone playing games with sound on and talking on speaker phone. No etiquette. :( Recommend by my friend who used to get service from the previous owner of this shop who also was an honest man. I will definitely continue to come back here.
