I am not in the habit of leaving reviews. This may honestly be the first time I leave any business a review, but it is so well deserved. I went in because my Lexus LX470 was having a misfire and running super rough. I had just done spark plugs, coils, air flow sensors, catalytic converters, exhaust, all fluids, new everything related to the evap, pcv valve.. you name it, I just got through doing it. I'm leaving out suspension stuff cause that wouldn't be the problem, but my baby got a complete overhaul. So with the misfire I was at a complete loss. I had to take the day off and was trying and testing everything. Finally tapped out and took it to Masters after 8 hours of trying. Unfortunately, they had no openings for another week and a half. The man at the desk in true dad energy sat and trouble shooted with me. We talked about all the things that I had just done and how he would go about diagnosing the problem. He even printed me out diagrams at no charge. He must have talked to me for 30 minutes. I was then able to fix my truck in 20 minutes. There was no manslapaining, no machismo, just the best masculine/dad energy. To say that I would trust them to work on my truck is an understatement. It was an amazing experience. They patched it fast for a super reasonable price, and we have had no issues months later. Two weeks later, we got a flat from another screw! We were driving on the spare in the middle of a move. I first came by this place a couple of years ago when I got a flat tire during the winter driving in snow. They just happened to be open and fixed my flat free of charge with the owner saying "You'll be back" when I was thanking him for making a bad day better. I sometimes take my car to other closer places to get my oil changed and each time I do the mechanic will tell me I need some major repairs. That is when I take it to Greg's and have them take a look only to find there is nothing wrong with my car and Greg hasn't ever charged me to take that look. Greg and his staff are very trustworthy and professional. They will not try to sell something to you that you don't need. They gave me a quote and replaced some spark plugs and wiring on my car and when that didn't fix all the problems they even replaced my coil at no cost. Found them by accident but will be back at next auto problem. I had taken an estimate from another shop with ommitted $$$ values. Greg estimated about $1000 less without seeing the car. I would've given therm higher marks but they failed to fix my car's problem- they somehow didn't find what another shop found - meanwhile I was without a reliable transportation. read more
